The house decor is light and airy and it's like a home away from home. We are 2 miles from the center of town, and a short drive to Parris Island. Also nearby is an awesome bike and walking trail called The Spanish Moss Trail. This BnB has as additional room listed under "A Room with a Million Dollar View"

Our innkeeper will greet you upon arrival, or provide you with access to the locked keybox. We are also just a few minutes away and can always be reached by voice or cell.

We are about 2 miles from downtown Beaufort which is a charming and beautiful town. 10 miles to Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot. Hunting Island State Park (beach) is a pleasant 20 mile ride to South Carolina's finest beach. Hilton Head is 35 miles away. Savanah Airport is 40 miles away. Just a short walk to Spanish Moss Bicycle and Walking path.

"The best things come in small packages!" If the thought of waking up to birds chirping and a soothing breeze off of the marsh seems like a dream, it can be reality! Hunting island beach pass included during stay! A nice quiet, quaint space, with a million dollar view! Stop looking and book, guaranteed wonderful stay! Please remember no kitchen, not intended for heavy cooking,compact space. *Remember twin bed is on the porch and the road is not paved* Explore then return for a cozy night stay!

The space
The ceiling on the porch is now covered with painted clouds, a twin size bed on porch.144 sq ft with a full bed and walk in shower. Split System AC/Heat available. Please remember there's no kitchen, just microwave, mini fridge with a small freezer. The space is not intended for heavy cooking,compact space. WiFi! *Remember twin bed is on porch* Please remember to pack light, i know its hard but remember you will be dwelling in a tiny space. Do not rearrange furniture please.. Take on the adventure of packing light and enjoy this cozy space!

The entire tiny house is accessible, as well as the yard.

The property is secluded, but there are 2 other buildings on the property so other guests maybe booked at the same time.

As the owner, I reserve the right to access property for upkeep during stay at reasonable hours.

Please be honest and do not bring pets.

Please no cleaning or cooking of seafood inside the tiny house, you are more than welcome to cook seafood on the grill outside. Please clean seafood outside at the outdoor sink. Please no food down kitchen sink please discard food in trash can, this is a house rule.


Please only message or inquire if serious about booking. Also when booking honestly disclose the amount of guest staying, this ensures the proper linen is left and makes me aware of the number of individuals on property. Beach pass is not available until check in.

Utilizing the porch for the cooler may be a better idea. Thank you in advance for your attention to the above matters!
