There is a target and many restaurants within twenty minute drive. I did not have a good experience at one of the property restaurants so would not recommend those. There is also a Harris Teeter grocery store five min away. If your a walker/runner it is a nice place for that. Overall property was clean, especially at the main property and thats always top priority."

The kids played ping pong, giant Jenga, walked the island, visited goats and parrots, and loved swimming and crabbing off the dock. Jimmy is a great host. We loved the location. We had a chilly and rainy stay, so we didn't get to use the pool or make it to the beach, but the hot tub was sure welcome! The walk (or golf cart drive) to the beach would have been very easy had we chosen to do so. The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is small, but efficient. Spacious bathroom. Nice selection of DVDs. The bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived was an especially nice touch! Guests enter The Charburgh Yacht Club by walking up the exterior stairs to the front door. Upon entering the villa, you will find the dining room that leads to the kitchen, living room and staircase to the upper floors. You can access the private outdoor balcony with outdoor dining table & a seating area through the sliding glass doors in the living room. Walk up the interior staircase to access both bedrooms and bathrooms. The guest bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom are located 1/2 level up from the ground floor. The master bedroom is located on the home's second floor. There is a full-sized washing machine and dryer tucked away behind the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway for a maximum of 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

The Charburgh Yacht Club is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home during your stay.

You can park right out front in the numbered spot or in any of the unmarked spots. Bike rentals are a fantastic idea and a great way to get around the Wild Dunes resort during your stay.

The bedroom also has a glass door from the bedroom to another screened porch which also leads out to the magnificent yard and pool and exterior entertainment area.

Moving to the first floor where you find the Main Suite which comprises of a very large bedroom with an open plan area with a desk, a daybed with a twin trundle. The room boasts an extra large walk-in closet and an incredible en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower.

This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, or other types of larger gatherings.
- Guest must be at least 30 years of age in order to rent and occupy the home.
- For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front exterior entrance of the home.
- $250 Credit for Beach Gear & there are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.!

We take great strides to make sure everything is clean and sanitized between guests. Historic Downtown Charleston and Antebellum Plantations are just a short drive away when you are ready to explore. Our neighborhood is very quiet and one of the most peaceful streets on the island yet only a 5-minute walk to the beach. If you are a Golfer, Wild Dunes has two highly-rated courses that you can make tee times at. There is something for everyone!

Golf Cart Rentals are very popular on the Island and you can use them to go to the grocery store, restaurants, and beach access. The Island speed limit is 25 MPH and strictly enforced so slowing down and getting into the Island groove is easy!
