Bay Pointe Villas, located just outside the Seabrook Island gate, is nestled on a peninsula surrounded by marsh and creeks. The location offers excellent privacy, a private pool, a dock, and SUNSET VIEWS overlooking Bohicket Creek. The pool facility grounds have outdoor grills, picnic tables and a wash station.
Bay Pointe Villas are just 3 miles from both Seabrook Beaches, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Sound side of the Island. Enjoy white, fluffy beach sand at North Beach on the Atlantic side with a gorgeous 1-mile walk to Captain Sam's Inlet and views of Kiawah Island. The beaches on the island's sound side offer direct sunset views and calm waters.
Biking is an excellent way to see the island. Several bike rental companies will deliver and pick up the bikes at the condo.

To top all that off this condo was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. The decor was beautiful and themed to being on the coast. The views were amazing to wake up to each morning while sitting on the porch with your cup of coffee. Every evening we made our way down the dock to see some of the prettiest sunsets. It was very quite and peaceful in Bay Point. Also, we took advantage of the pool that was just a few steps away from our condo. We will definitely be back!"

Our beautiful Villa has just been refreshed for the 2025 season! Overlooking the tennis courts, this immaculate two bed, two bath has a fresh open Low Country feel. The inviting granite in the kitchen to the beautiful hardwood floors throughout, pack your bags and leave your worries behind!
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40” flat screen TV, the guest suite is also a king with a 32” flat screen TV as well!

It stormed and raining the first few days, but the armtmosphere more than made up for it. The Salty Dog restaurant was right down the road. It has amazing views! You can't tell from the front of the restaurant. You really have to go in and check it out. Great vibe! Overall, an excellent, stress free getaway. Would love to return!"

This Location is Awesome! This Mariners Watch villa is 200 footsteps to the beautiful Kiawah beach! Located on a premier section of Kiawah (East Beach) and is extremely close to the Night Heron Park, 5 Star Sanctuary Hotel, and brand new Nest Cafe and market. Easy bike ride or walk from the beach to the Sanctuary Hotel's outdoor bar and dining area. It is also a big convenience if you are renting a bike from the resort to walk over to the park if you need a rental or replacement.
The villa has a premier rating (sold surface counters, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances) along with updated cabinets, a bar area, a spacious shower, flat screen TVs, new mattresses, and new furniture. Step into a custom, fully renovated, coastal-modern oasis in Shipwatch Villas, West Beach. You will feel like you are staying in a luxury hotel with all of the amenities of a villa. This fourth floor (top floor-elevator access) end unit provides total privacy and a partial view of the ocean from one of the 3 porches. The exterior and interior of the unit were completely redone in 2023, including new concrete porch floors, railing and all new interior design elements. The open kitchen and living room allows for easy entertaining and enjoying the ocean breeze through the two sliding doors that open onto porches. Custom cabinetry and all Viking appliances grace the gourmet kitchen with a large island for eating with a custom built-in banquette. The master suite has a lovely private porch for enjoying morning coffee in your pajamas. The elegant, attached bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a private toilet room. The secondary bedroom has another private porch and a bathroom a few steps down the hallway with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Closets in both bedrooms are customized. The original art through-out the villa reflects a coastal lifestyle and celebrates many local artists. This pet-free 1 BR/2BA Villa affords majestic view of the Bohicket sunrises and sunsets as well as walking alongside docks full of luxury boats. 2 guest maximum.
No pets allowed, no exceptions! Any evidence of a pet in the property will result in a fine equal to the cost of the reservation booking.
Newly decorated, this villa has 1 King size bedroom with en suite bathroom. Hotel quality linens are provided, along with a Welcome Kit of toiletries and paper products. The master bedroom is relaxing and inviting with a bedside bench and plenty of drawer space. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway of the master bathroom, along with a well designed closet for maximum storage. The kitchen features a fully stocked kitchen, stainless appliances and a bistro table for your morning cup of coffee or post-dinner beverage.
The villa has been updated to include tile floors throughout (hardwood in the entry way) and is freshly painted in coastal colors. Watch TV ( or the boats go by ) in the welcoming living area with sofa and loveseat and seagrass woven coffee table. Entertainment options include DVD, basic cable TV and WIFI. Step outside through the sliding doors that open for immediate and unobstructed views of the dock and Bohicket Creek! Eat al fresco at the patio table, which offers optimal sunset viewing opportunities. The first floor unit is easily accessible with ground floor entrance. A covered garage is steps from the front door. A community pool is about 75 feet from the villa.

Our Seabrook Island villa is walking distance to 3 pools (1 indoor), playground, basketball court, trails, nationally ranked tennis center, a breathtaking equestrian center, state of the art fitness (at the Lake House) and a catch/release fishing pond. Hop on a bike and in 10 picturesque minutes your toes are in the sand!
A bit about the island:
Seabrook Island is a private, gated, 2200 acre resort and residential community located just 21 miles from historic Charleston. With over three miles of pristine beach, breathtaking marsh vistas and a lush maritime forest, the emphasis at Seabrook is a beautiful natural setting, perfect for a family, golf or tennis vacation, a reunion or wedding.
Seabrook guests enjoy two of the '30 Best Courses You Can Play' in SC, a nationally ranked tennis center, featuring 15 courts, ocean-view pools, a picturesque equestrian center with beach and trail rides, fully-equipped fitness center and ocean and golf course view restaurants.
A variety of shops are available within minutes at Freshfields Village, a collection of locally-owned businesses and restaurants...and a wide array of events ranging from farmer's markets to 'Cinema under the Stars'. All this and more... a short bike ride away!

Amenities:
Take a dip in our *heated pool, relax in the infrared sauna, enjoy a cold drink on the patios or grill out, cozy up with s’mores by the outdoor fireplace, all while surrounded by lush gardens and the beauty of nature.
Farm-fresh eggs daily from our chickens are generally available (unless the hens are molting, which they do on occasion).

A note about well water & heated pool expectations:
Our water comes from a well and is treated with an advanced Evolve water purification system. It's clean, safe for drinking, showering, and daily use, and free from typical well water odors as much as possible. We regularly test it to ensure its quality.
However, if you're very sensitive to well water or find its hardness bothersome, this may not be the right place for you. For pure drinking and cooking water, there is a separate faucet with reverse osmosis filtration.
*Pool Policy: The pool heater functions efficiently only when nighttime temperatures remain above 50°F. Heating is generally available from mid-April through September; however, pool heat cannot be guaranteed during periods of unusually cold weather.*
Guest Access & Hosts on Premises:
You would be the only guests on the property. As a separate dwelling space on the first floor, the apartment has its own private entrance and key. The property is self-check-in, hosts are available and live on-premises, and are happy to help you with anything you need during your stay.

Children enjoy the property, complete with an outdoor baby/toddler swing, plenty of toys, a baby countertop bathtub, kid's books, and a Pack n-Play. Little ones will have a blast feeding the chickens and koi fish and swimming in the pool.
