Accommodations include 6 bedrooms with a sleeping capacity of 12. Plenty of space for large or small family gatherings. The neighborhood clubhouse is available to rent separately for family gatherings or wedding receptions and has an outdoor basketball court and playground. Lake Rabon does have restrictions, it is a shallow lake and is restricted to trolling motors or pontoons with a maximum 30 hp motor.

Lake Greenwood Lodge is more like summer camp, and built for adult entertainment! There's enough room for 2 boats, 4 vehicles and your well-behaved pups. We have a beautiful, fully fenced in, secluded acre with a spacious main home and a small guesthouse. We are excited to share our family's home with 5 star guests while we travel.
The home is recently renovated with chef's in mind. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens are well equipped to whip up extravagant meals. We have all gas appliances, large grill, a smoker, charcoal grill, and all of the standard household appliances, plus some.
The 3 bedrooms in the main house have brand new king sized beds and 50" tvs with satellite internet. It boasts a wonderful, all tile, walk-in shower and beautiful half bath in the master suite.
The main house livingroom can comfortably seat 8 on the couch and 4 at the island, and has a 70" tv with satellite internet.
The dining room is perfect for game night! We provide a ton of games for all ages.
The home office overlooks the lake and is a peaceful place to conduct business, with some of the best views in the house.
The guesthouse (has yet to be renovated but is scheduled for fall of 2025) is rented separately on occasion so please check availability for the entire property before booking. It is a stand-alone, tiny home with a private deck equipped with its own grill and outdoor cooking area, queen sized bed, 2 tvs and small dining area with a full sized refrigerator in the kitchenette. It's perfect for 2 adults.
We provide 2 kayaks, a canoe, life vests, some fishing equipment, and a little firewood for use at your own risk.
The property is not suitable for small children. There are no barriers around the lake or dock.
We require a 4 night minimum, with discounts for longer stays. Accessive cleaning requires an extra fee. Guests are required to clean appliances after use, clean and put away dishes they've used, put dirty towels in the hampers, and report any damages. Accessive cleaning fees are to be determined by housekeeping/or owner. Inventory is taken after each guest and we have a zero tolerance policy for theft.
All garbage must be taken to the recycle center 2 miles away, as we are to rural for pick up.
Boats must be put it a local ramp before entering the property. River fork boat ramp is about 2 miles away. There is no turn-around once you've entered the property. Trailers can be backed through the gate and parked near the entrance.
We have surveillance/recording cameras and equipment throughout the entire exterior of the property for the security of our guests and property. We respect your privacy and do not monitor our guests unless there is a problem. We love our neighbors and hope our guests will respect our property and our neighbors. A drivers license and a signed liability responsibility form are required to book our properties, and must be emailed to the lodge prior, to be given access to the property.

The Space:
Secluded campsite on 16 acres surrounded by quiet neighbors under 2 hours from Columbia, South Carolina. Take a break and put your feet up!

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Other Things to Note:
Thank you for keeping our TentRR site clean! Please put items used back in the original stored place clean when finished. Put all trash in provided receptacle with lid secured and take to main receptacle upon leaving. Please do not wear shoes inside the tent. Place shoes in bug resistant container at tent entrance. Keep all food items in sealed containers to prevent bugs or other critters ie Raccoon's from entering the campsite. Do not cut down any trees, but feel free to gather fallen limbs for firewood. Fire wood when available is placed under tent deck at campsite and host office. Keep all open flames away from the tent and use screen cover to avoid forest fire mishaps. Please do NOT try to feed or pet any animals. NO smoking of any kind. $50 Cleaning Fee Does Apply if campsite left in disarray. This includes placing used Potty Loo bags in trash receptacles on exit day according to guide lines provided. Thank you

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

I am available 24/7 as host. I work finance but when I’m not at work I can be found in my small wood shop where I restore furniture and sew. We are looking forward to sharing our home with you! If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've found it. We're located at the upper end of the lake and are surrounded by natural beauty. We have a pair of bald eagles that are nesting on the island, just off the property and a short, easy kayak away. We have a pileated woodpecker nesting in a tree, loads of little tree frogs when it rains, lots of egrets and blue heron fishing every day in front of the dock.

The main house has been completely renovated and is a chef's dream. The kitchen is an open concept with high-end appliances, double oven and loads of spices. The outdoor kitchen has so much to offer, besides the amazing view. A 36" grill with side burners and rotisserie, a smoker and griddle. Or lounge on the decking the amazingly comfortable day bed!
We have a designated office space overlooking the lake with starlink, large monitor and a printer for your convenience.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have brand new king sized beds with high-end hotel quality bedding and 45" tvs. The master bedroom has a half bath. The main bathroom is so dreamy! Huge walk in shower and a washer and dryer.
There are 3 dining areas. The space inside has a cabinet full of games and a huge seating area, surrounded by loads of pillows and overlooking the lake. Dining area number 2 is outside under the pavilion. The table seats 8 comfortably and has all of the amenities of chef's kitchen. Dining number 3 is closest to the lake and screened in for those buggy nights.
The firepit is wonderful for making s'mores and sitting by the water. We provide a little firewood for our main house guests.
The dock is 120' long and has room for several large boats. Access to kayaks and a canoe and an easy place to get them in the water. There is a water volleyball court and a small pavilion on the dock. A perfect place to have your morning coffee!
We are huge dog fans and welcome well-behaved pups. For their safety, we have provided a two door kennel in the main house.
The guesthouse is the cutest little place! It may be small but it has everything you'll need. It gets a lot of visitors! It has a brand new queen size bed with hotel quality bedding, a full bath and a small kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, a private deck with an out door cooking space that includes a grill and dining space. Even though it's small, we provide lots of cooking options. There is a microwave, large grill with a side burner, tabletop oven, extra side burners and plenty of dishes. It is also equipped with 2 tvs, cable, internet, games and starlink. It's perfect for 2!

We live a few minutes away but do not disturb your stay. The only time you'll see us is if we're taking our boat out.
The nearest boat launch is a few minutes away. You'll need to drop your boat there before coming. Our driveway is long and narrow with no turnaround options for large boats.
Security cameras/recording devices are there for liability purposes. We do not monitor our guests.
Our home is not child friendly. There are no railings around the water. No children or pets can be left unattended at any time.

Lake Greenwood Lodge is more like summer camp, and built for adult entertainment! There's enough room for 2 boats, 4 vehicles and your well-behaved pups. We have a beautiful, fully fenced in, secluded acre with a spacious main home and a small guesthouse. We are excited to share our families home with 5 star guests while we travel.
The home is recently renovated with chef's in mind. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens are well equipped to whip up extravagant meals. We have all gas appliances, large grill, a smoker, charcoal grill, and all of the standard household appliances, plus some.
The 3 bedrooms in the main house have brand new king sized beds and 50" tvs with satellite internet. It boasts a wonderful, all tile, walk-in shower and beautiful half bath in the master suite.
The main house livingroom can comfortably seat 8 on the couch and 4 at the island, and has a 70" tv with satellite internet.
The dining room is perfect for game night! We provide a ton of games for all ages.
The home office overlooks the lake and is a peaceful place to conduct business, with some of the best views in the house.
The guesthouse (has yet to be renovated but is scheduled for fall of 2025) is rented separately on occasion so please check availability for the entire property before booking. It is a stand-alone, tiny home with a private deck equipped with its own grill and outdoor cooking area, queen sized bed, 2 tvs and small dining area with a full sized refrigerator in the kitchenette. It's perfect for 2 adults.
We provide 2 kayaks, a canoe, life vests, some fishing equipment, and a little firewood for use at your own risk.
The property is not suitable for small children. There are no barriers around the lake or dock.
We include pet fees and cleaning fees into our nightly rates and require a 5 night minimum, with discounts for longer stays. Accessive cleaning requires an extra fee. Guests are required to clean appliances after use, clean and put away dishes they've used, put dirty towels in the hampers, and report any damages. Accessive cleaning fees are to be determined by housekeeping/or owner. Inventory is taken after each guest and we have a zero tolerance policy for theft.
All garbage must be taken to the recycle center 2 miles away, as we are to rural for pick up.
Boats must be put it a local ramp before entering the property. River fork boat ramp is about 2 miles away. There is no turn-around once you've entered the property. Trailers can be backed through the gate and parked near the entrance.
We have surveillance/recording cameras and equipment throughout the entire exterior of the property for the security of our guests and property. We respect your privacy and do not monitor our guests unless there is a problem. We love our neighbors and hope our guests will respect our property and our neighbors. A drivers license and a signed liability responsibility form are required to book our properties, and must be emailed to the lodge prior, to be given access to the property.

With walking/mountain biking trails, beautiful rock features, it’s the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Gather in the spacious common area and porches of the main lodge with friends and family but also escape to privacy when needed.

Explore our beautiful 14 acres of private woods on the Saluda River! With your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the Main Stay Lodge and two gorgeous cabins. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by nature views and end your days by the fire making s'mores. This property boasts walking trails, river access, fishing, two fire pit areas, and a covered fire table on the string lit back porch. The trails are also amazing for mountain biking. The Main Stay Lodge is the perfect place for your entire party to gather and hang out. The communal living room, numerous porches, and Pool Table may pique your interest. For the kids and the kids at heart, the basement game and bunk rooms are filled with tons of actives including foosball,basketball, mini golf, Xbox, a vintage PacMan | Battlestar Galactica arcade system and much more!

We are a pet friendly property. We allow up to 3 pets with a one time pet fee of $75.

The Main Stay Lodge offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There is a spacious king suite with a beautiful home office attached for those who might be looking to work remotely.

The back porch offers incredible river views as well as a large couch with a lava rock fire table for those chilly nights.

The second main floor bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and a bathroom with a large shower and jetted tub.

The basement bedroom has three bunk beds as well as a comfy futon. This room can sleep up to 8 kids!

Each cabin has a Queen bed, full bathroom, and small kitchen. These cabins are perfect for couples to retreat to after a long day full of activities.

Looking to roast some marshmallows? There are multiple designated fire pits located on the property where you can make your favorite s'mores!
