- Pool: In-ground, saltwater pool is professionally cleaned and maintained before each guest. Pool will be heated from March - October. Heating from November - February is available for an additional charge. (Nov = $75/night; Dec = $95/night; Jan = $95/night; Feb $75/night)
- Hot tub has capacity for 7 people. It is professionally cleaned & serviced before each guest.
- Sauna has capacity for 8 people. Add water for a steam sauna experience
- Outdoor fire-pit available for use. Firewood is included for your use
- Large, propane Weber grill available for guest
- EV (Electric Vehicle) charger included for no additional cost to the guest. Guest must bring the appropriate charging cord for their vehicle.

- We strive to have everything fully functional for every guest. Sometimes things break and we are unable to have things repaired or replaced in time for the next guest. No refunds or discounts will be given for one or more items not being functional. This includes appliances, grill, electronics, pool equipment, hot tub, sauna, arcade machines, etc.
- We are located in the South. Yes, there are bugs. We have regular pest control service in place, and our cleaners pay special attention to areas that might attract bugs. Please note that no refunds or discounts will be provided if one or more bugs are found.

Back indoors, our son especially enjoyed playing on the digital keyboard, which is upstairs, where three of the bedrooms and a full bathroom are. THANKS, Renee, for providing such music opportunities! It was a treat for Ben's grandparents to enjoy hearing the music! Host Renee does an excellent job of keeping communication lines open on a daily basis. We did not encounter any problems or issues during our stay, but I am sure she would have promptly attended to these via her local co-hosts. As for the amenities--Renee makes you feel so welcome. You'll see! Towels are thick and fluffy, and the beds are most comfortable. We appreciate that there is a walker/wheelchair accessible ramp leading to the entrance door--super easy for the grandparents to enter. And QUIET neighbors, quiet neighborhood! A++ overall.
