This gorgeous fully renovated house is for you! Over the last year we have poured our heart and soul into making this the perfect property for the entire family. Oak View Inn is conveniently located next to our incredible wedding venue (Aurora Farms) that we had built in 2017. Oak View Inn was renovated to accommodate everything that your entire family will need, whether your family is getting married at our venue or you just need a place to stay right in the middle of everything. The home was originally built in the 1940s and was right in the middle of a horse farm. This quiet slice of old living has been fully updated with everything that you need for an incredible stay. The property was a horse farm for the majority of its life. When we purchased the property in 2016 there was a full 25 horse barn, a horse racing track, and an oversized covered horse riding arena. We wanted to keep that awesome feel of the horse farm, while updating it to a completely modern farmhouse feel.

Oak View Inn is a 3 story house with enough space for everyone. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, including the master, and 2 very private bathrooms. The kitchen comes straight from your dreams. It has all brand new appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, ice machine, multiple coffee machines, and a drink refrigerator. All of the hardware and faucets are new and beautifully matched to the charm of the kitchen. There is 2 dining rooms connected that can seat your entire party of 22. The entire first floor has freshly redone original hardwood flooring that brings the entire first story together. There is an oversized front porch that is completely covered and screened for your enjoyment. The overly comfy chairs out there will have you losing time and forgetting about all of your worries. There is also a patio of the back of the house connected to the kitchen. The back patio is the perfect place to enjoy your afternoon and eat dinner with the family. The old pecan tree is in direct line sight for your enjoyment. There is seating for 12 for everyone who wants to enjoy their dinner outside with a beautiful view. There is also a large family room for everyone to get together and enjoy a movie by the fireplace.

The second floor has 4 of the 8 bedrooms. The real highlights of the second story is the game room and bridal suite. The game room is a perfect place for all of the guys to hang out and just have a relaxing time. The game room includes a bar that goes the entire length of the room to accommodate everyone. Whether your enjoying watching the huge flat screen tv, playing one of the many games on the arcade machine, or just playing a game of 8 ball on the pool table, there is something for everyone today. Don't forget to grab an ice cold drink in the 50s inspired fridge while enjoying all of the amenities in the game room. The bridal suite on the other hand is ideal for all of the women to come together and pamper themselves. The cosmetic bar and mirror stretch most of the room making for a fantastic experience getting ready together. Two closets come together to give everyone enough room and create a fairytale get together with everyone. The best part is the private bathroom that resides in the bridal suite. Indigo Terrace is a new one-bedroom basement apartment perfect for a couple, small family or business traveler. This modern space features a beautiful, spacious bathroom (with tub for 2!), full kitchen, one bedroom with queen bed, and sleeper sofa in living room. It’s located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood and has a private driveway & entrance with self check-in. Conveniently situated off a main road, it's close to GSP airport, Taylors Mill, and just 8 miles from downtown Greenville.

This is a bright and modern apartment with careful attention to detail. We clean meticulously between guests and do our best to make your stay comfortable and memorable!

KITCHEN: The full kitchen has been stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, knives, measuring cups/spoons and all of the basics for cooking. There is a Keurig, a French Press, and a teakettle, with a robust coffee & tea bar. A toaster oven and blender are provided. Pantry staples such as cooking oil and some spices are in the cupboards. You will be welcomed with cold drinks and snacks for weary travelers. There is a Target within a few blocks and an Ingles supermarket 1.5 miles away for your shopping convenience.

BATHROOM: Enjoy some pampering in the beautiful bathroom! The six-foot soaker tub offers a relaxing retreat, and we are pleased to provide our favorite local herbal soaps for guests! Plenty of towels and washcloths are stored under the double vanity. Bright, glass enclosed tile shower has a rain shower head.

BEDROOM: The special feature in this room is the navy blue tray ceiling with recessed lighting. Queen bed has a medium firm, comfortable gel memory foam mattress. It has soft 100% cotton sheets and choice of regular or memory foam pillows for a great night's sleep.

LIVING ROOM: There is a 50” Smart TV for you to access your Netflix, Prime, and Hulu accounts. No cable service provided. There is bedding in the bedroom closet for the sleeper sofa--let us know if you want us to have it made up for you in case of late arrival. Enjoy a game of Ringer or a board game while you hang out.

LAUNDRY: A washer/dryer is available for your use. Starter laundry detergent is provided.

PATIO: Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio overlooking a peaceful, tree-lined backyard.

KIDS: If you are traveling with young children, we are happy to provide a pack-n-play, booster seat and stroller for your use free of charge. Let us know and we will also make sure some age appropriate toys and books are put out for your use.

The back of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We also have a pack-n-play if needed.

The hall bath has a full combination tub/shower and bathroom.

The first bedroom features two twin beds, dresser, closet space and an additional Roko TV for streaming from your account. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and closet space.

The Master suite occupies the back corner of the house and overlooks the peaceful wooded backyard. It features a Queen bed and a large closet with dresser.

The Master bathroom has a double vanity and walk in shower.

The Laundry Room features a new front loading washer and dryer along with additional cleaning supplies.
