Our home has plenty of parking, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a fenced backyard, back patio with eating area, plenty of indoor seating, good wifi, and 2 desk areas. Safe and established older neighborhood just down the road from a park with a playground area. Perfect for families and those traveling for work! Contactless entry, cleaned with care!
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $100 (2 dog maximum). Dogs are not allowed on furniture.

Relax by the fire pit at the end of the day or under the covered porch if the fire isn’t calling your name.

Brand new construction in the best location in Greenville. Right beside hwy 385, at the boarder of Mauldin and Simpsonville, you can’t beat the central location. Pet friendly. No silly pet fees. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Washer and dryer. Master bedroom features a huge California king bed. Fall in love with the spa like bathroom and the biggest walk-in-closet you will ever see. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed each. Fully fenced backyard. 2 car garage. No carpet. I love hosting and have other properties in the area. This is my newest rental. This house is decorated with beautiful furniture, the master suite bed was firm, the other bedroom mattresses are a little softer, home is decorated with high end furniture. The location was great as we were looking to purchase and wanted to explore all around Greenville. We had dinner in Simpsonville almost every night, which has a super neat vibe and trendy restaurants. Highly recommend Stellas, Sidewall, Smoqes Brq and two awesome coffee shops as well. It is a great location for visiting Greenville for the day and it’s easy to navigate the surrounding areas from this homes location. This Cute 3 bed/ 2 Bath is in a quiet community, and is the perfect space to enjoy a quiet stay or enjoy all there is to do around. Located 15 minutes from Greenville Center, 5 mins to Mauldin, and 10 mins to Simpsonville. Within 5 mins of shopping, restaurants, parks, and the library.

The house has been completely renovated, everything from furniture to mattresses is brand new. The house has also been beautifully styled and decorated.

This isn't a shared or basement unit, it's a first floor unit w/ private entrance for convenient check-in. There's no shared space/kitchen included, this is a separate rental space within my home.

This suite is available for mature guests (min 25) who respect quiet, it's close to restaurants, shopping, GE Vernova, Fluor, Michelin, GSP, etc.

The space
This is a 1BR private unit located in a completely locked off section of my single family house. The rental space includes a bedroom, private bath and small coffee area with coffee maker, mini-fridge, and small microwave. This rental space is approximately 220 square feet in size and there is no kitchen for guest use here.

Quiet time here is 11PM to 7AM, do not book this rental if you are a late night socializer/partier we expect a quiet home after 11PM.

There are no shared areas inside the house but registered guests can enjoy the wonderful, private backyard and patio area with gas grill. This is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood.

There's plenty of natural light, a powerful ceiling fan, space heater, windows that can be opened, and a smart TV connected to the internet and an attic antenna. There is no cable TV available in this unit.
