All the amenities you might want (except none of the TV apps like Netflix were attached to any accounts so you would have to provide your own). Neighborhood somewhat questionable and you cannot really walk to the rabbit trail from this house. The street is too busy for that. Short drive. The house is really nice though. This is one of the very few rentals I've had through VRBO that was exactly as portrayed on the listing. The owners have excellent taste in decor and left nothing wanting of it's furnishings and amenities. We stayed following my wife's surgery because we wanted to be near the hospital, which was only 3 miles away. The bed was so amazingly comfortable that my wife took photos of the bed, mattress and pillows because she wants to buy some for ourselves. There is a posted review about a "sketchy" neighborhood. The neighborhood is older and there is alot of folks that hang out on the streets. However, I went out and met the neighbors our first night. It really is just young adults hanging out after work every day. They were very respectful with any noise and actually helped keep an eye on the house when I had to dive out to get something for her. I truly thank you for your impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. We have grandchildren who live in the area and we will definitely be back when we come up to visit them on weekends occasionally. Again, thank you. Jeff and Eva."

The home offers spacious in and outdoor living for our guests to enjoy their time together. It is perfect for lounging or working during the day or enjoying a cozy evening with family or friends. Luxury bedrooms and baths featuring king beds with their own ensuites, custom tile, and a RAIN HEAD SHOWER in the main! The beds are selected with comfort in mind. The place also offers a beautiful deck with a gas grill and seating for dining. The fenced-in backyard provides plenty of rooms for kids to play and/or furry friends to roam. We are equipped with EV charging capability (240 volts) for your vehicle or RV.

We have keyless access and codes will be sent with the check-in instruction on the day of your arrival.

Your furry friends are welcome to stay with a minimal pet fee of $59 for 1-2 pets or $118 for 3-4 pets, good for 7 nights, to be charged upon reservation to cover the extra cleaning.

A recurring fee is required every 7 nights. Please note that this does not compensate for any possible damages on property.

- "Luxury home. As nice or better than any hotel accommodations in the area. Was completely impressed. Many extra details (complimentary water, soda, toiletries, etc) are an unexpected nice touch. Will stay here again." - "Stayed here for only one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. It was thoughtfully stocked with snacks, wine, and even toiletries that you may have forgotten. Neighborhood was a little sketchy be we didn’t really feel unsafe, especially since there’s an alarm system. Also was actually near many some attractions like a food hall. Beds were very comfortable and main TV had many streaming apps already on it."

Natural harwood flooring, wooded lot for nature lovers and privacy, close to Greenville downtown, Easley, SC and the Saluda Outdoor center for tubing/kayaking. Cozy living with deck for drinks and a slowed down atmosphere. Early risers can take a walk/run behind the house to get your workout on -hills included or get in the car and take a short drive to great restaurants/eateries located within 5 miles of thriving West Greenville (aka mini -Soho just blocks from the regular hustle and bustle of downtown Greenville). Closed to everything you need but cozy enough just to relax with friends. Clemson University is 30 minutes away, Bob Jones University is 20 minutes away and Furman University is about 15 minutes away. For outdoor adventure, we are within a 10–15-mile radius from the Swamp Rabbit Trail/Unity Park, Falls Park on the Reedy, Cleveland Park/Greenville Zoo, etc. The Fine Arts at the Peace Center and the BonSecours Arena are equally distanced. - "The house was big enough for our family!" - "It was great and bed was comfortable " - "neighborhood was quiethouse was pleasanteasy check in and check out" - "From the pictures and even from the outside, the property looks charming. The house was fine for the 5 of us staying, but the beds were miserable to sleep in and the bathroom left a little to be desired. The protective covering and the plastic wrap left on the mattresses caused sleeping to be a challenge. The crinkling sound was bad enough, but the two layers covering the mattress caused sleeping to be extremely hot and uncomfortable. The mattress can't breathe and causes immense sweating. As far as the bathroom, it's too small for a 3-bedroom home and the toilet leaks at the base. With a little work, this home could be a nice rental."
