All the amenities you might want (except none of the TV apps like Netflix were attached to any accounts so you would have to provide your own). This is one of the very few rentals I've had through VRBO that was exactly as portrayed on the listing. The owners have excellent taste in decor and left nothing wanting of it's furnishings and amenities. We stayed following my wife's surgery because we wanted to be near the hospital, which was only 3 miles away. The bed was so amazingly comfortable that my wife took photos of the bed, mattress and pillows because she wants to buy some for ourselves. There is a posted review about a "sketchy" neighborhood. The neighborhood is older and there is alot of folks that hang out on the streets. However, I went out and met the neighbors our first night. It really is just young adults hanging out after work every day. They were very respectful with any noise and actually helped keep an eye on the house when I had to dive out to get something for her. I truly thank you for your impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. We have grandchildren who live in the area and we will definitely be back when we come up to visit them on weekends occasionally. Again, thank you. Jeff and Eva."

Your furry friends are welcome to stay with a minimal pet fee of $59 for 1-2 pets or $118 for 3-4 pets, good for 7 nights, to be charged upon reservation to cover the extra cleaning.

Early risers can take a walk/run behind the house to get your workout on -hills included or get in the car and take a short drive to great restaurants/eateries located within 5 miles of thriving West Greenville (aka mini -Soho just blocks from the regular hustle and bustle of downtown Greenville). Closed to everything you need but cozy enough just to relax with friends. Clemson University is 30 minutes away, Bob Jones University is 20 minutes away and Furman University is about 15 minutes away. For outdoor adventure, we are within a 10–15-mile radius from the Swamp Rabbit Trail/Unity Park, Falls Park on the Reedy, Cleveland Park/Greenville Zoo, etc. The Fine Arts at the Peace Center and the BonSecours Arena are equally distanced. The house was fine for the 5 of us staying, but the beds were miserable to sleep in and the bathroom left a little to be desired. The protective covering and the plastic wrap left on the mattresses caused sleeping to be a challenge. The crinkling sound was bad enough, but the two layers covering the mattress caused sleeping to be extremely hot and uncomfortable. The mattress can't breathe and causes immense sweating. As far as the bathroom, it's too small for a 3-bedroom home and the toilet leaks at the base. With a little work, this home could be a nice rental."

Everything was sparkling clean, This is a loft so the bedrooms have very high ceilings with some opening to the rest of the unit. Visually the bedrooms are very private but you can hear what’s going on so if you have an early riser and a late sleeper and you need to use both bedrooms plan accordingly:) we didn’t use any of the buildings amenities during our short stay but it seems to be well appointed."

Sage Submarine is located in a transitional, diverse neighborhood. You and your guests can enjoy a burgeoning arts district where some foot traffic is to be expected.

Parking is available in the paved driveway. After parking, guests will enter our front door, which is equipped with a smart lock for easy, contactless entry.

Once inside, guests will enjoy our lovely, 70s-inspired living room, with cozy green sofas, an MCM coffee table, Smart TV (for streaming only, no cable), and fun lamps and decor.

To the right of the living room is a formal dining room with a beautiful antique table and seating for 6.

Past the dining room is our newly remodeled kitchen, which includes all you will need to cook up a scrumptious meal.

The first bedroom can be reached either by the hallway, or directly from the kitchen.

It contains a King bed, smart TV (no cable), two night stands with reading lights, a chair in the corner for your comfort, and a closet for storage.

A hallway connects the Master to the other bedroom at the far end of the house.

This bedroom features a rattan shelf for storage, a closet, two Full beds, a nightstand, and a reading lamp.

In between the two bedrooms is a bathroom with a toilet, single vanity, and tub/shower combination.

Across the hall is a nook with our washer and dryer, which are available for your use. Laundry soap is provided.

In addition to our lovely interior, our home features 3 rocking chairs on the front porch, a large fenced in backyard (door off of the kitchen), and a fire pit with 6 chairs.

A vehicle is recommended for getting the most out of your stay, but Uber or Lyft are available for a responsible night out on the town.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).

Pets may be allowed only if the pet(s) has been approved by the Host. This is AFTER the guests submits or expresses to the Host their plan on how the pets will be taken care of while in the listing including pet size, age, and breed along with how often the pet will be left alone.

Guest will have an ENTIRE apartment to themselves except for one closet that is locked for our cleaner's supplies. This apartment is a DUPLEX. The bathroom (located in the bedroom) and the living room shares a wall with the other apartment.

We live nearby but travel quite often for work. If you need anything, we are happy to assist along with any of our local team that we have helping us.

It is highly recommended you have a vehicle for transportation however if you just want to depend on Uber/Lyft, that is doable. The Swamp Rabbit Trail is within walking distance of our apartment.

We welcome pets in all of our units with a required nonrefundable pet deposit. The fee varies based on your pet's size, breed, age, length of stay, and how often your pet will be left alone. This Charleston style craftsman house is 3 mins right west of downtown Greenville, Sc. It is exactly 40 mins from Clemson if you like to hit up the football games! Or if you want to stay in and catch any games or movie nights you can watch on a 75inch tv. It sleeps 6 very easily. Our River Pod is the perfect mix between camping and comfort for two! You will need to bring your sleeping bag/bedding, pillow, towels, toiletries, and camping supplies. There is minimal electricity. There is a space heater that keeps the pod warm and cozy. Please do not bring additional heaters of any kind. We provide the shelter, beds, bathhouse, and spectacular view.

The space
Each River Pod has 2 twin beds, a firepit and minimal outdoor furniture. Staying in our pods is like camping except you don't need a tent. You will need to bring your sleeping bag/bedding, pillow, towels, toiletries, and camping supplies. We provide the shelter, beds, bathhouse, and spectacular view. Road noise is possible due to the location the our River Pods. There is minimal electricity. There is a space heater that keeps the pod warm and cozy. Please do not bring additional heaters of any kind.
We encourage you to bring anything and everything you would to go camping including but not limited to, sleeping bags, wireless phone charges, flash lights and lanterns, cooler for food, and proper clothing. There is a bathhouse located on site. It is a short walk from our pods. They come with full electricity, showers with hot water, and restrooms. You will need to bring your own linens for the bathhouse. We are located by a road that can be noisy at times.

Please enjoy the scenic views and the beauty at Saluda Outdoor Center, where we offer tubing excursions throughout the summer. The SOC bathhouse is across the property and is to be used by guests and tubers, please expect it to be busy during the summer months. The dog park is located in the field to the right of our property. If you go past the light blue tiny house and the dark green container home, you will see the fenced in area for your pups to play and run. Please clean up after them, make sure they are back on their leash before leaving, and the gate is latched when you leave.

We hope you love our home as much as we do. Our goal in creating this Airbnb was to make it a place that we would want to stay. There are beautiful antique furnishings throughout and details were carefully considered.

The space
The front porch is a peaceful retreat for both morning coffee and sipping Rosé on a summer evening after a day of exploring the City of Greenville.
The living room and dining room comfortably seat all guests.
The Master bedroom has a king bed, modern desk with great windows, modern outlets, and high speed internet for remote work.
The other two bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable queen beds and decorated in themed midcentury design.
The kitchen has everything you need for your stay including plenty of cookware, an up to date Brita filter in the fridge, and a Keurig for coffee.
Cleanliness is my highest priority, and I hire and train my cleaners directly.
The fixtures and lighting have been updated throughout the home and smart locks and a smart thermostat have been installed for security and energy efficiency.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire home and property. There is a fenced in backyard, but it hasn’t been landscaped for hanging out. There is a shed in the backyard that we use for storage and is not accessible to guests.

Built in 1945, the Cotton Mill Cottage is a fully renovated mill house that provide modern comfort and convenience while retaining its charm and character. Directly across from the mill where "Shoeless" Joe Jackson worked, that at one time helped make Greenville the world's textile capital, there is no better place to soak in the industrial history of this lively neighborhood. No checkout duties required! Dogs are allowed with a $50 flat fee. Please keep them off of the beds and couch; a $100 cleaning fee will be assessed if we have to clean any pet related messes from the furniture. Children and infants are welcome, however we do not have a bathtub or any children-specific amenities (pack n' play, changing table, etc), and there are sharp corners/edges on some the furnishings, so please evaluate if this is the right listing for your family situation and pack accordingly.

Guests sleeping in the 1st bedroom will have to walk through the living room, kitchen and back hall to access the bathroom (or cut through the 2nd bedroom), so we provide bathrobes in that closet for this reason. There are outdoor security cameras at each entrance but none on the inside.

Please let us know the breed and approximate weight of your dog at the time of booking for approval. We provide a small water and food bowl & a few towels for wiping wet/muddy feet. We do ask that you keep your furry loved one off of the furniture and beds. Dogs are not to be left unattended at the home and must be crated at bedtime.
