The Swamp Rabbit Trail is great for biking and walking. The Bon Secours offers concerts, shows, and various professional sporting activities. We have minor league baseball and hockey teams for Greenville. The Peace Center puts on plays and concerts. There is also the Children’s Museum, zoo, TONS of restaurants for the foodie, TONS of breweries, lots of parks with walking trails, Paris Mountain for lovely hiking and mountain biking trails and views of water, indoor trampoline and inflatable parks, indoor and outdoor ice skating, outdoor water parks, driving range with games and restaurant, history museum, and more.

*Overmounain Vineyard is 40 minutes or City Scape Winery and Victoria Valley Vineyards are an hour away for wine lovers who like beautiful views.

We are also 3 hours from Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and Gatlingburg, TN, which has Dollywood, Titanic Museum, Ripley’s Aquarium, Believe it or Not Museum, TONS of activities, and such a beautiful drive through the mountains. These are must see cities if you are staying long-term.

- "Perfect" - "I rented this house for the weekend as I was doing a workshop in Wellford (near Spartanburg) with my Golden Retriever, Logan. The house looks like a cute cottage on the outside — prettiest one on the street. The interior looks like a decorator did it. I loved the fireplace woodwork and matching wood in the kitchen. I had everything I needed in the home and the bedroom had nice black out shades and a comfortable bed. The backyard was nice for playing fetch with my dog and taking him out to potty at night. There’s a privacy fence that is secure — no places where a dog could get out or in. The house even had dog bowls and poop bags, but I left a roll of bags to replace the ones I used. Everything worked great — the televisions are nice, kitchen well stocked, and living room was comfortable for nighttime television watching. I was happy DoorDash was available for dinner as my workshop was 9:00 to 5:00 each day. I would definitely stay here again!"

This is a beautiful, cozy and sophisticated little 2 bedroom/1 bath house you will call your home for the time of your stay in Spartanburg sleeps of up to 4 guests. The newly renovated house that stays on almost an acre of land is located near the heart of historic Spartanburg downtown, 5 minute drive to the Main street where most of the hassle is including great and authentic restaurants, coffee shops, music, businesses and night life.

This modern farmhouse/mid century designed place has finished renovation in 2022 and has everything new including furniture and appliances and just about everything you will see. You will love the beautiful hardwood flooring and perfectly painted white walls, owner created and finished fireplace and kitchen accent brick wall design as well as pebble bathroom flooring done exclusively by yours, and only, the owner with the pebbles brought all the way from California! The heart was put into this lovely residence and it is very loved and cared for so we kindly ask you to take very good care of it while you enjoy your stay to keep it’s uniqueness and freshness thriving!

This space is near a Duncan park which is just a few minute walk away from the house where you will love to enjoy the view of a beautiful lake where you can feed the ducks and spot water turtles resting on the water logs. In other words, it is literally a must see even if it is just a drive by! That’s not it thought! Feeling sporty? Well, there is a community tennis court just a short walk away from the house where you can sweat off the extra pounds from the delicious local authentic food as well as a short walk away from the walking/biking trail right at the Duncan park location. GSP airport is only 28 minutes away, Greenville-40 minute drive, few minute drive to Wofford and Converse colleges, minutes away from the Spartanburg Medical Hospital and much more.

Seamless check in is with electronic keypad through front porch. Guests are allowed to use entire house and yard space but be careful, the park side of the space might have some of the poison ivy around so be mindful when you are wandering around the park and try to not touch plants and growth around. Please do not drive anywhere on the grass, paved driveway is the only place to comfortably park up to two vehicles in front of the house, may fit total of three vehicles.

The day before check-in I will provide 4 digit passcode that’s the last 4 digits of your phone number. This will work for the front door. There is a back door, but no key will be provided and you will be responsible for keeping the door locked when you leave the house.

My home is located in an older neighborhood in the heart of Boiling Springs, South Carolina. This is a low crime area that is very family oriented but not what I would describe as quiet. There are often children playing outside, lots of kitties scurrying about & parents sitting on their patios. We have provided additional fencing around the house for a safe & private atmosphere.

The house is located almost at the end of a cul-de-sac with narrow streets, but you can still park in the front yard at your own risk.

Guests can easily walk to Sherman Chiropractic college or bike to USC-Upstate.

The home is located very close to all the Boiling Springs’ restaurants.

Extremely close to Highway 85!!!

Only 10 min from the west side of Spartanburg and about 12 minutes from the east side.

This home is located in a safe, older established neighborhood reminiscent of a typical southern downtown neighborhood. Expect friendly neighbors and mix of updated and `original condition` homes.

•Welcome to our fully renovated home This rental is conveniently located less than a mile from historic Spartanburg! The open concept with high ceilings allows this cozy 1950s home to feel spacious.

This house has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. It Comfortably sleeps 4 people with the availability of a pull out sofa chair for 5th person in one of the rooms.

* In the living room you will find leather sofa that recline with 55` smart Roku TV. We provide YouTube TV and you are welcome to login to any apps.

*You will find the full size kitchen fully equipped with everything you could need with brand new appliances! The Keurig coffee station & some tea is available for your use.

*The first room has a King size bed with 12` memory foam mattress (cooling gel technology) fitted with 100% cotton hotel quality sheets, pillows, blankets and throws. Down comforter is vacuumed sealed in closet if you get cold.

*Same set up in the next room with a queen size bed. At foot there is a sofa chair that pulls out to a single bed. But this unfortunately will block the closet door (sorry!) For this reason I state the house sleeps 4, but can easily accomodate 5 if you do not mind the tight quarters.

8I have books scattered throughout the house which you are more than welcome to read at your leisure.

8I always keep bowls for pets in the house and a leash at the door. But if you need anything else for your fur baby, just let me know!

Back private driveway easily accommodates three cars and you can park on the street our front if your prefer at your own risk. *You will need to unlock gate and drive around the block to Duncan St to use the private driveway.

*Croft State Park is only 18 minutes away with amazing hiking, waterfalls, and a lake with fishing, canoes, paddle boards, and fishing boats to rent.

*Greenville, just a 25-30 minute drive, has so much to do! The Falls Park is beautiful and a must see with waterfalls, a suspension bridge, and beautiful gardens. The Swamp Rabbit Trail is great for biking and walking. The Bon Secours offers concerts, shows, and various professional sporting activities. We have minor league baseball and hockey teams for Greenville. The Peace Center puts on plays and concerts. There is also the Children’s Museum, zoo, TONS of restaurants for the foodie, TONS of breweries, lots of parks with walking trails, Paris Mountain for lovely hiking and mountain biking trails and views of water, indoor trampoline and inflatable parks, indoor and outdoor ice skating, outdoor water parks, driving range with games and restaurant, history museum, and more.

*Overmounain Vineyard is 40 minutes or City Scape Winery and Victoria Valley Vineyards are an hour away for wine lovers who like beautiful views.

*Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee, and Lake Jocassee are within 1.5 hours. You can rent paddle boards, canoes, boats, and tubing, water skiing, and wake boarding gear.

*Other mountain views, waterfalls, and hiking trails are 40 minutes to an hour away. There are SO many hiking trails and waterfalls to explore being by the Blue Ridge Mountains.

*You can take day trips to Columbia, SC and Asheville, NC, which are just over an hour away. Carowinds, a roller coaster theme park, is also only 1.25 hours away for a day trip. Altlanta, GA, Stone Mountain, GA,. and Charlotte, NC are 2 hours away for day trips, and have tons to do such as aquariums, zoos, history museums, parks, Coca-Cola factory, Stone Mountain amusement park, art museums, and more!

*If you like to ski, Sapphire Valley Ski in Sapphire, NC is 1 hour and 20 minutes away, Cataloochie Ski Area and Wolf Ridge Ski Resort are 2 hours away, Sugar Mountain Ski, Beech Mountain Resort, and Appalachian Ski are 3 hours away.

*For weekend trips during longer stays, I HIGHLY recommend the 3 hour trip to Charleston, SC with its rich history, beautiful sites, amazing food, and beaches. We are also 3 hours from Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and Gatlingburg, TN, which has Dollywood, Titanic Museum, Ripley’s Aquarium, Believe it or Not Museum, TONS of activities, and such a beautiful drive through the mountains. These are must see cities if you are staying long-term.

Two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse. The cozy living room greets you upon entry on the main floor and has plenty of space to spend time with your group. Walk through to the kitchen and separate dining area. The table can seat up to four people comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking necessities to prepare meals at the house. There is a laundry nook with washer and dryer at your disposal. Enjoy the back patio with your morning coffee or your evening cocktail, it’s perfect for meals also.
Upstairs there is a master suite with a king bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the full hallway bath.

Welcome to our cozy townhome conveniently located minutes from downtown Spartanburg. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Less than 5 min from nearest grocery store and restaurants and only 2 miles from West Gate Mall. Only 1 mile from I-26, 2 miles off of I-85, and 15 min from GSP airport. It is also 15 min from the Tiger River Ball park. This home has front row parking for 2 vehicles along with a side yard for your pets needs. Minimum age requirement is 21.

Dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable fee of $150 per stay. If you have a pet that remains in a cage (birds, fish, hamster, etc) at all times, no additional fee will be required. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in beds and must remain on leash outside at all times. Please be courteous and pick up after your pet at all times. No cats are allowed.

No smoking inside the house but you are more than welcome to on the porches. There is a $500 fee if there is any evidence that you or a guest have smoked in the house.

If you damage something please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repairs.
