The Swamp Rabbit Trail is great for biking and walking. The Bon Secours offers concerts, shows, and various professional sporting activities. We have minor league baseball and hockey teams for Greenville. The Peace Center puts on plays and concerts. There is also the Children’s Museum, zoo, TONS of restaurants for the foodie, TONS of breweries, lots of parks with walking trails, Paris Mountain for lovely hiking and mountain biking trails and views of water, indoor trampoline and inflatable parks, indoor and outdoor ice skating, outdoor water parks, driving range with games and restaurant, history museum, and more.

*Overmounain Vineyard is 40 minutes or City Scape Winery and Victoria Valley Vineyards are an hour away for wine lovers who like beautiful views.

- "Perfect" - "I rented this house for the weekend as I was doing a workshop in Wellford (near Spartanburg) with my Golden Retriever, Logan. The house looks like a cute cottage on the outside — prettiest one on the street. The interior looks like a decorator did it. I loved the fireplace woodwork and matching wood in the kitchen. I had everything I needed in the home and the bedroom had nice black out shades and a comfortable bed. The backyard was nice for playing fetch with my dog and taking him out to potty at night. There’s a privacy fence that is secure — no places where a dog could get out or in. The house even had dog bowls and poop bags, but I left a roll of bags to replace the ones I used. Everything worked great — the televisions are nice, kitchen well stocked, and living room was comfortable for nighttime television watching. I was happy DoorDash was available for dinner as my workshop was 9:00 to 5:00 each day. I would definitely stay here again!"

This is a beautiful, cozy and sophisticated little 2 bedroom/1 bath house you will call your home for the time of your stay in Spartanburg sleeps of up to 4 guests. The newly renovated house that stays on almost an acre of land is located near the heart of historic Spartanburg downtown, 5 minute drive to the Main street where most of the hassle is including great and authentic restaurants, coffee shops, music, businesses and night life.

This modern farmhouse/mid century designed place has finished renovation in 2022 and has everything new including furniture and appliances and just about everything you will see. You will love the beautiful hardwood flooring and perfectly painted white walls, owner created and finished fireplace and kitchen accent brick wall design as well as pebble bathroom flooring done exclusively by yours, and only, the owner with the pebbles brought all the way from California! The heart was put into this lovely residence and it is very loved and cared for so we kindly ask you to take very good care of it while you enjoy your stay to keep it’s uniqueness and freshness thriving!

This space is near a Duncan park which is just a few minute walk away from the house where you will love to enjoy the view of a beautiful lake where you can feed the ducks and spot water turtles resting on the water logs. Well, there is a community tennis court just a short walk away from the house where you can sweat off the extra pounds from the delicious local authentic food as well as a short walk away from the walking/biking trail right at the Duncan park location. GSP airport is only 28 minutes away, Greenville-40 minute drive, few minute drive to Wofford and Converse colleges, minutes away from the Spartanburg Medical Hospital and much more.

Seamless check in is with electronic keypad through front porch. Guests are allowed to use entire house and yard space but be careful, the park side of the space might have some of the poison ivy around so be mindful when you are wandering around the park and try to not touch plants and growth around. Please do not drive anywhere on the grass, paved driveway is the only place to comfortably park up to two vehicles in front of the house, may fit total of three vehicles.

My home is located in an older neighborhood in the heart of Boiling Springs, South Carolina. This is a low crime area that is very family oriented but not what I would describe as quiet. There are often children playing outside, lots of kitties scurrying about & parents sitting on their patios. We have provided additional fencing around the house for a safe & private atmosphere.

The house is located almost at the end of a cul-de-sac with narrow streets, but you can still park in the front yard at your own risk.

Guests can easily walk to Sherman Chiropractic college or bike to USC-Upstate.

The home is located very close to all the Boiling Springs’ restaurants.

Extremely close to Highway 85!!!

Only 10 min from the west side of Spartanburg and about 12 minutes from the east side.

•Welcome to our fully renovated home This rental is conveniently located less than a mile from historic Spartanburg! The open concept with high ceilings allows this cozy 1950s home to feel spacious.

This house has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. It Comfortably sleeps 4 people with the availability of a pull out sofa chair for 5th person in one of the rooms.

* In the living room you will find leather sofa that recline with 55` smart Roku TV. We provide YouTube TV and you are welcome to login to any apps.

*You will find the full size kitchen fully equipped with everything you could need with brand new appliances! The Keurig coffee station & some tea is available for your use.

*The first room has a King size bed with 12` memory foam mattress (cooling gel technology) fitted with 100% cotton hotel quality sheets, pillows, blankets and throws. Down comforter is vacuumed sealed in closet if you get cold.

*Same set up in the next room with a queen size bed. At foot there is a sofa chair that pulls out to a single bed. But this unfortunately will block the closet door (sorry!) For this reason I state the house sleeps 4, but can easily accomodate 5 if you do not mind the tight quarters.

8I have books scattered throughout the house which you are more than welcome to read at your leisure.

8I always keep bowls for pets in the house and a leash at the door. But if you need anything else for your fur baby, just let me know!

Back private driveway easily accommodates three cars and you can park on the street our front if your prefer at your own risk. *You will need to unlock gate and drive around the block to Duncan St to use the private driveway.

*Greenville, just a 25-30 minute drive, has so much to do! The Falls Park is beautiful and a must see with waterfalls, a suspension bridge, and beautiful gardens. The Swamp Rabbit Trail is great for biking and walking. The Bon Secours offers concerts, shows, and various professional sporting activities. We have minor league baseball and hockey teams for Greenville. The Peace Center puts on plays and concerts. There is also the Children’s Museum, zoo, TONS of restaurants for the foodie, TONS of breweries, lots of parks with walking trails, Paris Mountain for lovely hiking and mountain biking trails and views of water, indoor trampoline and inflatable parks, indoor and outdoor ice skating, outdoor water parks, driving range with games and restaurant, history museum, and more.

*Overmounain Vineyard is 40 minutes or City Scape Winery and Victoria Valley Vineyards are an hour away for wine lovers who like beautiful views.

*Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee, and Lake Jocassee are within 1.5 hours. You can rent paddle boards, canoes, boats, and tubing, water skiing, and wake boarding gear.

*Other mountain views, waterfalls, and hiking trails are 40 minutes to an hour away. There are SO many hiking trails and waterfalls to explore being by the Blue Ridge Mountains.

*You can take day trips to Columbia, SC and Asheville, NC, which are just over an hour away. Carowinds, a roller coaster theme park, is also only 1.25 hours away for a day trip. Altlanta, GA, Stone Mountain, GA,. and Charlotte, NC are 2 hours away for day trips, and have tons to do such as aquariums, zoos, history museums, parks, Coca-Cola factory, Stone Mountain amusement park, art museums, and more!

*For weekend trips during longer stays, I HIGHLY recommend the 3 hour trip to Charleston, SC with its rich history, beautiful sites, amazing food, and beaches. We are also 3 hours from Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and Gatlingburg, TN, which has Dollywood, Titanic Museum, Ripley’s Aquarium, Believe it or Not Museum, TONS of activities, and such a beautiful drive through the mountains. These are must see cities if you are staying long-term.

Two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse. The cozy living room greets you upon entry on the main floor and has plenty of space to spend time with your group. Walk through to the kitchen and separate dining area. The table can seat up to four people comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking necessities to prepare meals at the house. Welcome to our cozy townhome conveniently located minutes from downtown Spartanburg. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Less than 5 min from nearest grocery store and restaurants and only 2 miles from West Gate Mall. Only 1 mile from I-26, 2 miles off of I-85, and 15 min from GSP airport. It is also 15 min from the Tiger River Ball park. This home has front row parking for 2 vehicles along with a side yard for your pets needs. Minimum age requirement is 21.

Dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable fee of $150 per stay. If you have a pet that remains in a cage (birds, fish, hamster, etc) at all times, no additional fee will be required. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in beds and must remain on leash outside at all times. Please be courteous and pick up after your pet at all times. No cats are allowed.

No smoking inside the house but you are more than welcome to on the porches. There is a $500 fee if there is any evidence that you or a guest have smoked in the house.

Our home is located off the road front in the center of what was formerly a 4 acre rustic horse pasture. As you can imagine, the grounds are a work in progress & always evolving. An interior renovation is nearly complete if I can just stop myself from adding projects to the list.
There is a wooded area at the back of the property & many beautiful deer graze the yard regularly. You’ll wake to the birds chirping and see local wildlife including humming birds as you relax on the covered front porch or the back deck. There’s also a grill in our outdoor dining area for 8 under the trees

Our gabled Dean Street flat is the bottom floor of a restored 1880 historic residence. It is full of light, space, and modern amenities. It has a front wrap around porch with a great view of Barnett Park, and it is a block from the Chapman Cultural Center. It is in the heart of Spartanburg, a few blocks from downtown parks, restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife.

Across the street from Barnett Park. About a 2 minute walk from the Chapman Cultural Center, you can see it from the front door. Dry cleaners across the street. Please follow the driving instructions, enter at the driveway of 188 Alabama Street, into the parking lot that serves that business and several surrounding apartments. The back of the apartment is at the opposite end of the parking lot. In that parking lot, you will have 2 spaces next to your patio and your door. If you need more parking we might be able to accommodate. You have access to the downstairs patio.

Cozy studio apartment on the top floor of a duplex. We are 0.5 miles from Spartanburg Regional Hospital and a few miles away from Wofford, Converse, and VCOM schools.

This 500 sq. ft space is an open concept studio with a full kitchen furnished with all your basic needs, a full bathroom, and bedroom with a dresser and queen size bed. The sofa bed is a bar-less spring-less pull out foam pad sofa bed topped with an extra memory foam pad. Very comfortable! A hi definition Roku (smart) TV is in the cottage along with a HDMI cable and WiFi but no cable or satellite. There is an Amazon Dot provided for listening to music, pod-casts, setting a wake-up alarm, checking temperature/weather forecast, etc. For your safety (and ours) the drop-in feature has been disabled and online orders cannot be placed. All towels and bedding are laundered using "clean and clear" laundry products.

Located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors and lots of charm, our little Hampton Heights home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Best part - this sweet little 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a short 5-minute walk from downtown Spartanburg.

Parking: there is ample street parking and a shared driveway. If you choose to use the driveway please park all the way at the top on the right hand side (1 vehicle only) to ensure that there is plenty of space for our neighbor to get in and out.

Keypad Access: the keypad access for entering the home is located at the front door. Please be aware there is a flight of stairs from the sidewalk to the front door. Guests considering booking should feel comfortable going up/down stairs.

Traveling with kids: we’ve tried to make our home as child-friendly as possible. There is a pack-n-play in the closet of the first bedroom, a high chair in the dining room, outlet covers, and children’s toys and games in the living room. There is also a cabinet lock in the kitchen drawer next to the garbage can that we recommend putting on the cabinet under the sink (we store all the cleaning products here) if traveling with little ones. Please note, there is no bathtub (shower only) but if you’re in need of an infant tub please let us know when you book and we can provide one.

Checkout Checklist:
-Place any used towels on the bathroom floor. Leave beds unmade.
-Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, add dish detergent from under the sink, and push start
-Place all trash and recycling in the appropriate cans outside

The property features two separate units. Your unit is located on the first floor, with a private entrance from the backyard, while the second unit is on the second floor and has an entrance from the street. To ensure a peaceful stay, we’ve installed high-quality soundproofing foam in the ceiling, so you won’t hear noise from the upstairs unit.

Spacious Backyard & Outdoor Amenities:
The backyard spans nearly an acre and feels like a private park, complete with towering trees and a picturesque stream. You can enjoy the serene views from the bench near the entrance, or you can use two lounges to enjoy the nature - in this area the weather is good almost every day!

Additionally, there is a shared BBQ area in the yard equipped with a round table, chairs, and another grill. This space is shared with guests staying in the second unit.

A 1930s duplex in the middle of historic Converse Heights, in downtown Spartanburg.

Listing is half the duplex, the half behind the red door.

850 square feet, 2 floors, 2 bedrooms. Kitchen. Washer and dryer. Brick patio. Private parking for up to three cars. 1 mile walk to downtown. 6 blocks to Converse College. Two blocks to YMCA.

There is wi-fi and a smart tv set up with Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

Bedrooms and bathroom are on 2nd floor. Two full sized beds

The space
I spent six months living in this side of the house, fixing it up all the time. There is a lot of color in the house. I like color.

I love the wood floors. They have had 85 years of sharing life with the many people who called this home.

The house is in good shape and clean. The kitchen is basic but very serviceable.

The brick patio in back is pleasantly shaded. I was quite pleased when one of my guests threw a party on the patio, so I added party lights. It deserves that kind of love and attention.

The laundry room is just to the side of the entrance. It is fully stocked with laundry supplies. There is a small ironing board in the front closet.

There is good sound insulation between the halves. The neighborhood is quiet.

If you sit out on the front porch you will see lots of dog walkers go by. Or you can enjoy the many squirrels that live fat off the numerous nut trees in the area. This is the squirreliest place I have ever lived.

I manage this remotely as my job took me away. I have a friend who helps. Sometimes things are missed. Please let me know of deficiencies.

Here are known issues:
Shower drips. Turn back the cold knob ever so slightly. I will eventually need to tear out the wall covering to replace some pipes.
Bathroom sink is prone to clogging. It’s the way the house was designed, but there is an easy fix. Let me know and I can have someone come by.

Guests are able to use the duplex at 547. The basement is off-limits. The back patio, front porch and yard are all available for your enjoyment. Parking is in the rear or on a parking pad on the side street.

Other things to note
The wall switch nearest the TV controls power to the TV and router. Turn this off and you lose power to the TV and your wi-fi. In other words: don't.
