- "Pictures don't do the place justice, it is setup and maintained as a very nice comfortable vacation home. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and hot water. The yard and docks are well maintained, there is a nice beach to launch the canoe. On the lake the house is situated at the end of private cover so it gets no boat traffic, but the cove opens up to an area perfect for tubing and towing someone so don't have drive far. Slight problem with check in but was resolved within 5/10 minutes and communication was good throughout. The house has all the little things you'd want, you can tell its maintained well and the owner takes care of it."

Play hard or just relax at this 6 bedroom, 4 ½ bathroom home on the clear waters of Lake Keowee. This home is new to the rental market in April 2015. The bedrooms feature King and Queen beds with high quality latex mattresses.

The newly developed lakeside patio and walkway on a gentle slope make enjoying water activities a snap. The outdoor shower at the lakeside patio has hot and cold water for rinsing off. There is a sandy beach next to the dock and a private boat ramp for those bringing their own boat.

Our house sits in a quiet cove. It's a great place to use the canoe or kayaks. High Falls County Park sits across the bay.

The open kitchen/dining/living area faces the lake with great views and the adjacent screened in deck has additional dining space. There's an open grilling deck off the master bedroom next to the screened deck on the main floor.

Our home sits on 1.8 acres with spacious level or gentle sloping yard areas for the furnished outdoor games of volleyball/ badminton, horseshoes, ladder ball, corn hole toss, and ping pong.

Unfortunately our property is not available for weddings because we are on a septic system which could not handle the large groups associated with weddings and we do not have adequate parking space for a wedding.

There is a cleaning fee and there are 10% taxes in addition to the rental fee.

Summer rentals are 7 days Sat.-Sat.

Shoulder season rentals in Spring and fall are generally 3- night stays. Winter minimums are 2- night. Dec.-Feb.

Holidays and Clemson graduations may have longer minimums.

Memorial and labor day weekends are 3-day minimums with Friday check-in, Monday check-out but usually additional days on either side of the weekend are available.

Clemson football weekends are generally 3-night minimum check-in Thurs check-out on Sunday.
The fall dates of any given year will be unblocked once we know the Clemson football weekend schedule which usually comes out in January.

This pet friendly home sits over an acre and a half of land in a private lakefront setting in the Harbor Point Subdivision at Lake Keowee, SC.

It has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and can comfortably sleep 14. This two level home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level and 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths on the lower level along with a unique built in bunk bed great for kids. There are two full size fully stocked kitchens and can comfortably accommodate two families or one large group. Each level has their own washer and dryer.

There is fantastic outdoor living space with decks on both levels and a hot tub on the lower. A private dock overlooking a beautiful quiet deep cove is perfect for swimming and fishing. Explore the beautiful, emerald-green water with a tandem and single kayak and a paddle board that are available for your use. Bring your boat or rent a boat from one of the many marinas on Lake Keowee to explore the lake, fish or to simply enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

East Cove Paradise is the premier Lake Keowee family vacation pad on a quiet, deep-water cove. Enjoy the secluded quietness of nature and the songs of birds under the canopy of trees, a peace that exists no place else.

A gently sloping, natural looking cement path and a single flight of safe steps to the dock was completed in the Spring of 2016. Access from the lower level of the house to the lower sun deck is now available without a single step. As part of septic system renovation, a spectacular 3000 square foot terrace was built complete with zoysia grass lawn and fire pit! The rest of the property is wooded and natural.

This Non-Smoking home boasts a 22 foot ceiling in the great room that features a new, large screen HD TV and a 34-foot and opens to a perfect screened in deck room with a 12' door that doubles the main level living space. The spacious kitchen was renovated in 2023 and is equipped with everything you need to cook, and 14 can be seated around the table and dining bar. The great room in the main level has a gas burning fireplace to keep you cozy and beautiful view of our secluded cove.

Our monster spring 2022 renovation replaced and expanded the patio and deck and added an amazing screened room on the deck! Opening the 12' door doubles the living space on the main level and opens up the beauty of East Cove to living space, you'll love it!

The 2023 off season project was a complete renovation of the main level with sparkling new kitchen and new flooring. The kitchen is perfect in every way with a central island that sits 6 and a wine fridge.

Another home run renovation for 2024 turned the upper level loft into a private family suite with a perfect new expanded bath featuring a walk in shower and double vanity. New carpet, fresh paint and updated furniture has turned the upper level into the perfect space for the family with kids and sleeps 6 with a king and 2 double bed. Our daughter, husband and 2 grandkids love having their own space.

Our 2025 new Primary Suite bath project is under construction providing a spacious bath with roman shower, tub and 2 vanities to one of the main level bed rooms. An amazing private bath for the couple who rented Lake Keowee's premier family vacation home for their family adventure, it's perfect in every way.

The showplace of our home is the dock! 2 boats up to25 feet can dock and the covered upper deck is the perfect perch to catch rays, relax away a lazy day, and watch the sunset over a deep water, secluded cove. A Personal Watercraft Dock was installed in July, 2018 and is available for your use. Duke Power's WarPath Landing is at the beginning of our cove, an outstanding launch facility with new, state of the art ramps and docks and no launch fee. Parking on our property exists for 3 large trailers. A 10 x 16 foot sun deck is just above the dock with a beautiful view of the cove and all the fun your family is having swimming off the dock and is easily accessed by our new, paved path without a step from the lower level of the house. Two large bedrooms are on the main floor with two more bedrooms on the lower level. Each level has a full bath, so large groups with multiple families can spread out so each can find their own space.

Our updated game room guarantees your kids will have a blast, even if the biggest one is your husband! It features a Brunswick 8 foot pool table with ping pong top that can be put on it, all the toys you've always wanted but don't have room for at home! Our extensive collection of board games has everything we baby-boomers played as a kid to enjoy on the large game/card table, and we have dandy book, jig saw puzzle and dvd libraries to help you relax during your vacation. A refrigerator with ice maker is located in the game room so you're never far from a cold one. Of course wi-fi and streaming TV are available, but Dan suggests you turn the electronics off for a night or two during your stay and have fun with your kids the old fashioned way!

This home is perfect for a small family or a large group. The rooms are large and flowing but still allow for individual space to 'get away' when needed. You satisfaction and a perfect vacation are our only goals, and our home has a 20 year history of satisfied guests and was the second VRBO house listed on lake Keowee.

Dan and Terry have been owners of East Cove Paradise since 2014. "It's our empty nester investment project! We've put our heart and soul into making ECP the premier Lake Keowee Vacation Pad, and experience a peace on the property that we can find no place else. Each satisfied guest adds to the fun of owning the house."

Since 2014, the following improvements have been made: We've replaced the old, challenging boardwalk approach to the lake with a gentle sloping cement path and a single flight of safer steps. Electric outlets and lights have been added to the lower sun deck and dock so you can fish and cover your boat night. Terraces were built and landscaped making a beautiful front entry garden. Pool and foosball tables have been added to the game room, and a ping pong top can still be put on the pool table for ping pong. A large screen, HD TV and sound system has been added to the great room as well as a new gas fireplace insert. All towels and beds and most of the comforters have been replaced. A 3000 square foot terrace resulting in a beautiful zoysia grass yard was added as part of renovating the septic system in 2019. Our 2020 project was to remove the ugly popcorn ceilings on the main and loft levels, repaint all ceilings and walls on those levels, replace and update all lights, smoke alarms and the fan in the great room, and add ceiling fans to the main and upper level bedrooms. 2021 was exterior year with new driveway, paving the upper parking pad, and new roof. In 2022 we replaced the patio, decks, main door to the back room, windows in great room and built an amazing screened in room over the deck that our guests love. The entire kitchen was update in 2023 replacing all cabinets, countertops and appliances and a new floor installed on the main level, it's perfect in every way. Our 2024 renovation included enclosing the upper level loft, expanding the bath, and new carpet, painted and updated furniture.

East Cove Paradise was worn and tired when we bought it 9 years ago but we saw the potential and perfect cove and lot. - "we loved our stay! - Cathy was very easy to communicate with and the whole check-in/out was a breeze. - the house is definitely private to its neighbors and the views from every angle were fantastic. seeing the water from the loft and porches was awesome for morning coffee. - there was ample room to cook, eat, and lounge. - I personally enjoyed taking the kayak into the calmer waters to the right every day, and we generally enjoyed all the floaties and the double-decker dock. - would highly recommend renting the pontoon along with it—we took it out every day to the various little beaches, we tubed, and saw a very nice sunset on the open water. - my only "ehh" note: while it's gorgeous and comfortable, the loft bedroom is not private, noise-wise. sounds from above the bedroom and bathroom definitely carry into the main room. may be a non-issue for some groups!"

This beautiful chalet with huge panoramic windows and lots of indoor and outdoor entertaining space is located in the premier mid section of Lake Keowee! You are close to everything including Clemson University (Only 9 miles away), incredible hiking/biking in the nearby Blue Ridge mountains, and great shopping, restaurants and breweries in downtown Seneca and Clemson!

Each of the 3 levels has its own full bathroom plus there are two separate living room areas to comfortably accommodate many guests. Entertainment spaces abound with a large wraparound deck. With this lake house being slightly elevated, you get various lake views from both sides of the enormous wrap around deck. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets off the West deck!

The large upstairs loft has a queen bed, two twin beds, a futon and a full bathroom with rain shower. Please note, this is counted as one of the 4 bedrooms and overlooks the main floor living area.

The main floor has a large open, updated kitchen with a generous granite island, living room with gas fireplace and flat screen tv, a full bathroom, a master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen tv, and an additional guest bedroom with a queen bed and rocking chair plus it’s own private entrance out to the deck.

The lower floor has a full laundry room with washer/dryer, laundry tub and another full size refrigerator/freezer, a private bedroom with a king bed and tv, another full bathroom, an awesome bar area with tv, a beverage refrigerator, and a large 25lb ice maker to fill your coolers or make your drinks! There is also another living room area with brand new couches and a huge new 75” TV (it’s the absolute best set up for watching the game!). There are many games, a ping pong table, and Golden Tee Golf Arcade game for added excitement. There is also a great screened in patio on the lower level with twinkle string lights for even more entertainment space.

We are conveniently located right next to the walking path down to the water. You can use either of our beautiful community docks to fish or swim off from. In addition, we provide kayaks (kayaks are shared with one other chalet and stored at the other chalet right down close to the water for ease of use), noodles, tubes and life vests for your use during your stay. There's nothing better than relaxing on our provided tubes and floating the afternoon away on our gorgeous, clear protected cove! Boat slip included for the full duration of your stay. We are happy to help you with contacts for half day or full day boat or jet ski rentals very close by if interested or you can bring your own!

On the deck, there is a patio table w/umbrella that comfortably seats 6, a small table for 2, an outdoor sectional couch that seats 6 people and 2 sun/lounge chairs.

***VERY IMPORTANT: Our community is awesome and we absolutely love it! Most of the people there are super relaxed, friendly, and happy to be in ‘vacation mode’! However, we MUST be respectful of the other owners as the chalets are all close to each other. Please know that our Home Owner’s Association has recently implemented fees for loud noises outside after 11pm. Therefore, if you plan to have a party or wish to be loud after 11pm then this is not the right rental for you.***

***This close lake community of 30 chalets shares 2 parking lots. We have 2 deeded parking spots that come with the rental and there is visitor parking as well. Please know, the parking is not directly in front of the chalet. The walk from the parking lot to the chalet is approximately like parking in the middle of the Target parking lot and walking into the store. Therefore, it’s not a long or difficult walk, but there are some stairs so if mobility is an issue this may not be the best rental option for you.

***There are no fireworks allowed at any time within our gated community…this includes off any decks or docks.

- "We had a fantastic time on Lake Keowee. The rental was clean and updated with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The basement was a big hit with Golden Tee and lots of games. The screened in porch was an awesome place to enjoy our morning coffee. We did not use the kayaks but it was nice to know they were there. Chuck was responsive and available if we needed him (which we did not as everything worked and went smootly!). We will definitely visit again!"
