This first floor unit is pet friendly. Pet fee of $100.00 ( We allow 2 dogs) The view from my dream home is incredibly beautiful.(We live upstairs in a separate unit.) With the sound of the ocean echoing over the Inlet in the still of the evening makes my humble abode a dream place to visit. With so many choices of things to do year round! Our place resides on the Waccamaw Neck bike way, which is over18 miles of paved multiple purpose trail used for walking, cycling and hiking. We are walking distances to restaurants, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating , fishing swimming etc.

A beautiful waterfront apartment located in the heart of Murrells Inlet. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has a serene atmosphere. It comprises the entire top level of our home. There is a private bedroom with a queen comfy bed. Also, there is a queen bed in the Greatroom overlooking the salt marsh. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise. We have a fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the Greatroom, with a gorgeous view of the ever changing tides and magnificent sunrises. The bathroom w/ shower is a nice size. Anytime of the day you will enjoy spectacular views of the inlet while watching fishermen reeling up their daily catch. kayakers gliding through the creek, egrets, seagulls, and occasional dolphins fill up your view. Enjoy your coffee while watching the glorious sunrise.

2nd Row raised beach house only 20 steps to the ocean. You will not find a better location in Garden City for your family. We are located south of the Garden City Pier in the Inlet Point area. Our home is a 4 bedroom 2 Bath with a half bath down stairs and a outside shower. Master bedroom has a king and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen and share a bath with bedroom 3 which has a queen as well. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds with the bottom being a double bed. New Sleeper sofa in den. You can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from the front porch swing or rockers. Watch the kids play down below in the in ground pool . The best thing is the location...all you have to do is cross the street and you are on the sand. Just a short walk to the Marlin Quay Marina where you will see lots of nice boats coming and going , and also dine at the Gulfstream cafe.

The house gardencitybeachsc has luxury vinyl tile throughout and is kept extremly clean. The fully stocked kitchen will be your delight including nice upgraded kraftmade cabinets and dishwasher. Large flat screen tv in Den as well as flat screen in each of the bedrooms.

Down stairs you will enjoy a place to hang your hammock located under the porch for that afternoon nap as well as many tables and chairs while listening the oceans majestic sounds. The pool is fenced in as well as the property itself for that added safety for little kids. Last but not least..if you find a problem call me then , dont wait till you leave . I find it very hard to correct a problem for you after you leave. My goal is for you to be happy with your stay and want to return.

We do have synthetic grass around the pool as well as a 6 hole putting green.

This all-brick cottage is surrounded by 200-year-old live oaks draped in Spanish moss, overlooking a small creek, resembling a fairytale. Located in Murrells Inlet Proper, a mile south of the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. A lovely all-brick mid-century home with incredible updates including a spacious and stunning modern kitchen, large formal dining area, coffee bar, open living area with sleeper sofa, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one and a half bathrooms- which is actually two half-baths that share a large, tiled walk-in spa shower in between with full privacy doors. There is a queen size Murphy bed in the sunroom overlooking the rear patio with outdoor furnishings, fire pit and a propane grill. This home sleeps four adults comfortably and altogether with the pull-out sofa and Murphy bed can also accommodate four children. Dog Friendly!

Nice driveway, lined with bright solar lights that evening. The house looks smaller than it is inside. The rooms were very nicely sized and appointed. It was sparkling clean, and the hosts literally thought of everything for any type of visitor. Got little kids? There were kid friendly plates, forks/spoons and a bib. Mosquitos? No problem there was off and a thermocell. The beds were super comfortable, it was very nicely decorated and we had a great time. Vandelyn was very responsive to me when we were checking in and sent a message after we got settled. The only thing this place was missing was a microwave, and we survived that. Other than that, it was the perfect get away and we enjoyed every minute. Everything we needed was close by. We come every year in the summer for a dance workshop and will book here again. It was great."

Key West inspired décor welcomes guests to a cheery, comfortable retreat from a busy day at the beach or the ample shopping and restaurant district of Murrell's Inlet. Centrally located in the Garden City, the suite is nestled on a quiet residential street. Enjoy off street parking in a dedicated garage bay and enter via a private entrance. Short bicycle ride to the beach, 5-10 minute drive to the center of the famous Marsh Walk and Brook Green. Use of outdoor shower located in back of house.

Quiet neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect our neighbors and fellow house guests occupying the upstairs unit. Use of outdoor shower. Quiet time is 11 pm - 8am.

The home has always been well maintained. We take pride in the cleanliness of the room, as well as the shared common spaces. Hand sanitizer, hand soap, and plenty of TP here!

Also, please know there is a dog who also lives in the house. She’s friendly, but takes a minute to get to know you.

We are on the Waterfront Marsh View. This is a tiny cozy room with a built in twin bed. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio. The East Coast Greenway Bike Path runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us.
The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North.
Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us.

The First Mate room is a tiny quaint room on the first floor ground level of our home. We provide an Architectural drawing of this small cozy space. (please look at the dimensions of this room) Our home overlooks the beautiful Marsh and Inlet. We have a A fire pit with comfortable chairs and Pawleys Island Hammock. With a built in cozy twin bed, t.v., keurig coffee maker, coffee, small refrigerator, air conditioner, heater, robe, snack, shared bathroom. You can have your coffee on our back porch overlooking our Marsh. We have a Huntington Beach State Park Pass for your use during your stay , which is less than two miles. (Bring your bicycle) The Greenway bike path runs in front of our home. World renowned Brookgreen Sculpture Gardens is two miles from our home. Murrells Inlet is the Seafood Capital of South Carolina. The Marsh Walk is two miles from our home with wonderful restaurants and Nightlife with bands.
