About a 15 minute walk down to the Marshwalk and very easy to get to off of 17. The screened porch was our favorite place to hang out. " - "We loved our stay at the condo in murrells inlet. Close proximity to the marsh walk!" - "The condo was nice and very clean. However, after getting settled in someone else unexpectedly entered our condo. The stranger had a different code yet it still unlocked our door!! My husband and I were in the correct unit, but the stranger and us were double booked in the same unit! It took a while to get it straightened out, and it was very upsetting to us that strangers could access our condo especially since we had our beloved dogs with us. The property manager supposedly changed our code at our request, but it still did not work. This whole mixup was very upsetting and put a damper on the entire trip. They need to get this issue corrected to prevent this from recurring."

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us.
The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North.
Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

The space
The By The Sea Efficiency has a serene nautical decor. This is a very cozy efficiency with a private bathroom and shower within the efficiency. The walls are all white bead board siding. It is located on the ground floor, surrounded by a brick patio, on the waterfront, front left side of our home. You can get a cup of coffee and sit on the back patio to enjoy the view. Your room has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, a large screen TV., robes, and snack.

You have a Private Studio Efficiency Apartment, There is a back Patio and backyard overlooking Huntington Beach State Park. It is such a beautiful natural view of the Inlet and Marsh.

Quiet and convenience is a huge part of our lives on the southern end of the inlet. This is where you will find "The Marsh House". We offer a one bed, one bath apartment with private entrance and space with no stairs, laundry, Firerstick TV, Prime, Hulu, beach pass to State parks (upon request). We love the pups but please let us know to be expecting them, as we have our own.

The space
We have an awesome place here on the inlet. We call it our big little house, lol... It's three stories, my husband and I live on the second floor. Our daughter lives on the 3rd. And your space will be the first floor which we have made a special appartment just for you. It's a quaint area with no stairs, private entrance and private space. You will have a kitchenette, one bedroom, full bathroom right off the bedroom. In the living area is nice and comfy where you will find a 55 inch TV for you to enjoy with fire stick TV, Prime, & Hulu. Or if you would like to spend your time out, there are lots of things to do. Locally we have amazing little shops and boutiques for you ladies. (Check out our Guide Book) There's a bike path right out behind our house that leads to the Marsh Walk to your left or you can go right on the bike path that will lead you to Huntington State Park or on down as far as you would like into Pawleys Island. It's an amazing way of life.

The kitchen boasts high end stainless steel appliances and many additional small appliances that will make cooking a cinch. The breakfast bar seats 2 and the dining room table seats 6.

A WALK THROUGH THE PROPERTY...
You will find everything easily accessible on the first floor. The master bedroom with a super comfortable king-sized bed, walk-in closet, large TV and ensuite bathroom with a large soaking bathtub. You will find down the hallway 2 more bedrooms one with a super soft bed and the other has a brand new full-sized gel memory foam bed and twin gel memory foam bed. You will also find in the hallway the full bathroom with a large easily accessible walk-in shower. You will also find a beautiful laundry room with front-load washer and dryer with pool towels ready for the pool and beach.

CLEANLINESS AND CONDITION....
We take great pride in our home and want families to enjoy their vacations here as much as we do. The condo is very clean and in immaculate condition. Our condo was decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home. We live in this condo six (6) months out of the year so it goes without question that we request you please treat our home with care. Linen fee covers the cost of all linens and cleaning. We only use sheets and towels that are soft and comfortable.

DATES....
Weekly rentals start at 3pm on Saturday and check-out is the following Saturday no later than 10 am. Monthly rentals are available September through March. The contract signer must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the property during the rental period and provide a photo ID and sign a rental agreement.

We have a wonderful quiet outdoor seating area shared with our building to sit and enjoy a drink and reminisce about the amazing time you are having in Murrells Inlet. A short walk to the tennis courts for some afternoon tennis or basketball and right next to it is the large pool with convenient pool house bathrooms. The pool has seating with umbrellas and lots of loungers.

Cruise Ocean Boulevard and make fun trips to the Garden City pier right down the road. The Garden City pier has an active night life. Plus, there are a lot of options for restaurants, amusement games, rides and more. The Marshwalk has amazing restaurants, live bands, rental boats and fishing charters!

PET INFORMATION....
No furry friends, please. We absolutely love animals, but unfortunately the house is not equipped to handle furry guests. This policy is in place to accommodate all of our friends (guests) who may have pet allergies. We thank you for understanding, completely, this strict policy.

*** Important child safety information: We are not 100% baby proofed but we do allow children and babies. We provide a great source to rent a baby gate and pack-n-play if you choose to not bring your own.

We have one outdoor security camera in place outside year round.

Smoking / vaping is 100% "not" permitted inside the condo or within 75 feet of the building. Things to note during your stay!

- Complimentary beach towels are provided but we ask that you wash and fold them prior to check out as our cleaners are very busy and do not have time to wash them.
- We start you off with a handful of household necessities like laundry detergent and dryer sheets, dish detergent, paper products etc but please be aware for longer stays you may need to replenish as we try to cut back on enviromental waste!
