We actually drove to a different beach everyday which suited our family better. We loved sunset beach which was 30 min away. Myrtle beach was 30 minutes away. Our washer broke but the Chris from maintainance fixed it within an hour and a half. The only complaint was that water pressure was low but not a big deal. Bring coffee and coffee filters! Apartment is under our house on the main level with a private entrance. Queen bed in bedroom. We live upstairs. We have a dog named Kuta that lives with us, so you may hear occasional barking. Since we do live upstairs, the hot tub, tiki bar area and decks are shared space and you may at times see us there and at sometimes with friends. If you see us outside please always feel free to join us. However, know if you are using the hot tub area we will always respect your privacy.

These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. It also features breakfast daily at Bay Watch Cafe located in the center tower. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.
