- "I really like" - "Very nice place for a single golfer." - "The space what great for what I needed. Basic bed, bathroom and area for food/snacks. While some reviews have been negative on the space when you read the description it as stated. Shared wall with neighbors can be a challenge but that would be anywhere. Short drive to the beach, stores and amenities." - "Overall, it was all we needed for just the two of us. Clean, close to where are friends were staying on the beach and typically all we need is a bed and a shower. It’s great for someone that only needs the basics. Linens are not top quality. Apparently I overlooked that it’s a third floor room with no elevator. We are both older and have some mobility impairment but we only went in and out once a day so it wasn’t a big deal once we got everything carried in. Again, I believe it was my oversight. Downside: it’s a connecting room to a larger suite. Size was not an issue but it appears the larger suite controls the thermostat for both areas so we got quite warm which was a big thumbs down. Also the walls are quite thin and with it being a connecting room, we were lucky to have very quiet neighbors and we were really only there to shower and sleep."

Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few minutes. We are also walking/biking distance to the beautiful Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its beautiful walking trails, docks and views of the water. You can put in kayaks and paddle boards here at the park. Just across the park is the boat launch and some delicious restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and ice cream.

This apartment is located on a quiet dead end street so there is no traffic or noise. I have added blackout curtains for those of us who like to sleep in on a king size bed. The kitchen is small but mighty so you will be able to cook, bake, air fry or microwave. There is a small deck out front where you can stargaze and be amazed at how clear the night sky is. Every week there are free outdoor concerts, market at the park, 4 miles from the beach, 2 miles from ICW boat landing and enough room in the yard to park your water toys, including a boat. There are great restaurants nearby such as Fibber McGees, Italian and Mexican not to mention Sunset Beach butts up to Calabash which is the seafood capital. N Myrtle Beach is only 15 miles south and Southport NC is only 40 minutes north. There are so many great towns and beaches close by to make plans for a different road trip everyday you are here. One bedroom with one queen bed and one full bed, attached full bath, kitchen, dining area, living room and screened in porch with vinyl windows for cooler weather enjoyment. Well stocked kitchen equipment. Plenty of board games and DVDs. Full size washer and dryer available. This listing is for the villa. We also have a listing that includes the mini-suite next door if you need additional space (Sunrise at Sunset). These two units can be totally separate or doors opened to combine into one space.

Keyless entry into the villa as described above. Guests must be at least 25 to rent this condo.

Other things to note
Our Pest Control Company does enter the unit on the 3rd Monday of each month to spray. This is required for each unit in these buildings to keep the pests to a minimum.

Starter supplies are provided (kitchen garbage bags, liquid hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels). Additional supplies are the guests responsibility and can be purchased at the nearby grocery store.

The pool across the parking lot is available seasonally. The Village Activity Center is currently closed for renovation.

Beach towels are provided in the bottom drawers of the dresser. Please wash, dry and place them back in the drawers prior to check out.

The Sea Trail Golf Resort and the entire grand strand, from Myrtle Beach up to Wilmington, is renowned for its long sandy beaches and championship golf courses.

This villa has also been recently updated with a new queen bed, furniture, and play space, including a dartboard, tiki toss, corn hole, and practice your putting on the green all set up in the shared covered patio. The mini suite is the perfect space for a short getaway with a private bath, personal TV, a small kitchen, (including a cooktop, microwave and small fridge), or relax out on a private screened porch. If your party needs another bed, the suite has a pull-out twin loveseat seating area. The bath is separated into a sink vanity and a tub/shower room.
