- "We have stayed in this unit before. We love the 2 bedroom condo. The second bedroom is a suite with a sofa, table and chairs, fridge etc. The beds are all queen sized. This worked great for our adult sons. This building has an elevator which makes it so easy to bring everything up to the third floor. We love the Activity Center and used the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and the restaurant. We also used the pool and kiddie pool across the parking lot. Our 2 year old grandson was in another unit across the way so it was great to have this option. And this pool is open until 9 pm so great for after dinner. This is a lovely unit and very quiet. We hope to return again. Communication was great and we did not have any issues during our stay."

Our spacious two bedroom, two bath, first floor villa is a home away from home (1262 sq ft). We love spending time there and we hope you will too. It sits on the 10th fairway on the Willard Byrd Golf Course (one of 3 courses) at Sea Trail Golf Resort. You can simply walk to the Sea Trail Convention Center, the Jones/Byrd Clubhouse, Bistro 55 and Sunset Prime restaurant. You can sit on the screened porch and watch the golfers tee off and putt. The sunrise from the porch is absolutely lovely and makes your whole day happy. The Champions are the only units at Sea Trail resort to have their own pool, which is just a few steps outside the front door. Parking is immediately in front of the building as well.

The condo, with its unique floor plan, has enough space that everyone can have their private time. The main villa has the master bedroom (2 full beds) with television, full bath, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room with television. The screened porch has a table for 4 with a ceiling fan and a charcoal grill and access to the lawn. The mini suite can be closed off for privacy and also includes an external entrance. It has its own thermostat. There are two full bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchenette (w/full refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and sink), a TV with sitting area. There is a table for two and also a desk if you need to work remotely. The desk setup includes a monitor and wireless apple keyboard as well as a printer.

High thread count sheets and supima cotton towels are included. There is an extra large open beach tote and beach towels as well as a collapsible cooler. We have a large capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked should you wish to cook and is equipped to meet the needs of long term guests to include some pantry items,.

Sunset Beach is a small barrier island only 3 miles long and is known for it's amazing sunsets. The island is full of cottages and small businesses. There are no buildings taller than three stories. There is a pier. You can walk from Sunset Beach to Bird Island (bird sanctuary) and visit the Kindred Spirit Mailbox. Check out sunsetnc.com for more info. If you want more activities you can visit other near by beaches, Calabash (Callahan's Nautical Gifts, etc.) or head to N. Myrtle Beach for outlet shopping, nightlife, etc.

This beautiful condo is located on Sunset Beach Island. Directly in the middle of Main St and only one block to Sunset Beach's main beach access and Fishing Pier. This one-bedroom condo has a King bed and a pull out sofa bed. It's on the second floor and has a great view of the ocean from the front porch with the best rocking chairs ever to relax in with a cold drink. Brand new updates for the "2020" season! Outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand, and all-new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the condo! Newly updated lighting outside the whole building for parking and safety. Central air conditioning, as well as a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and are all included. Cable TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi all come with this gorgeous condo. There are 2 TV's, one bedroom and one living room. Connecting room available check unit #2 calendar to see if both are available.

What's included?? We like to make it as convenient as possible so we include the following.
Hand soap, Dawn, dishwashing machine tablets, Some paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, fabric softer sheets. All types of cleaning supplies and garbage bags for your stay. There are also coffee filters and a cabinet full of spices.

Sunset Beach is conveniently located halfway between Wilmington NC and Myrtle Beach SC. You are surrounded by World Class Golf Courses and Great Sport Fishing. Let's not forget Calabash and their famous seafood only 10 minutes away. There is always something to do even if that means doing nothing but laying on the perfect silky sandy beaches.

We are pet-friendly but have some restrictions. There is a $65 pet fee, No long hair dogs, the weight limit is under 40 lbs, No aggressive breeds. Please crate your dog if you leave them in the condo during the day while you're at the beach. Please note, Dogs are prohibited on the beach 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. The Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dogs must be on a leash no more than 10', and please clean up after your pet.

- "This property is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing stress-free vacation. We have stayed at Sea Trail before, and this condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. I would definitely rent again." - "We had a great visit to Sunset Beach staying at this condo. The pictures don't do it justice, everything was spotless and welcoming. The second suite is huge with two beds, it's own bathroom and kitchenette and a separate exterior door. Porch was screened in which is great for bugs, and it's a short 5 minute drive to the beach. Even on the sunniest weekend day, the beach was busy but not packed which was great. Parking is limited at the beach, but you can also use the $10/day lot and come and go for the day which was a good option. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping and activities close by. We did a day trip to Myrtle Beach and it was only about a 50 minute drive. The only thing that was a little disappointing for the kids was the pool. It's definitely small and the deep end is only 6 feet deep. Great for a quick dip, but getting access to the bigger pool would be good if you're going to spend a lot of time swimming. Hosts were super responsive, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and any dishes you need to cook meals there. Plenty of sheets, blankets and towels also. Overall, an amazing experience and we'll definitely be back!"

Beautiful Sunset Beach is less than 3 miles away, voted the 4th best beach in the world by National Geographic is brimming with wildlife, birds, sea turtle nests and has a great fishing pier. Stroll 2 miles west on the beach to the famous Kindred Spirit Mailbox, jot a message, dream or wish in the mailbox that is always stocked with notebooks. There is a grocery store less than 2 miles away and 1 mile to inter-costal water way boat launch.

Venture a few miles to the south and find many great seafood restaurants in Calabash, a bit further south Little River for fishing excursions or a day offshore on one of the 2 casino ships and in 10 miles find the hustle and bustle of all that Myrtle Beach offers, Tanger outlets, theaters, water parks, and don’t forget Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot landing.

You can purchase a weekly pass for a nominal fee to the Sea Trail Village Activity Center(visit their web site for info). Included at the VAC is an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, pool table. There is also a restaurant and Tiki bar there!

Would love to come back!" - "This was an adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom main floor unit in Sea Trail. Everything was clean and very cutely decorated. There is a pool and kiddie pool just across the parking lot. We also joined the activity center and used the indoor and outdoor pools. There is a restaurant there now that you can eat near the pool in your swimsuit. Music on Saturday nights. This is one of the few units that has a king size bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is a suite with a table, couch, fridge, coffee maker etc. This worked well for working while on vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Communication was very easy with the owners. There is such a difference when a unit is managed by the owners versus a company. Lots of extra touches. We hope to return."

The colony 2 at Oyster Bay. Easy convenient first floor end unit, just a few steps to the pools and having its own personal large jacuzzi tub, makes this one of the most requested units in the colony 2. Located just across the street from the intracoastal waterway and ocean beyond, the colony 2 is surrounded by dozens of championship golf courses.

A scenic two minute drive along the waterway and over the brand new high rise bridge takes you out to the beach island of sunset beach. A family friendly barrier island (only three miles long) offers public parking, a fishing pier, kayak and bike rentals. Once on the island, there are several walkways over to this uncrowded
oceanfront where you can enjoy swimming and watching our beautiful sunsets.

This unit newly remodeled 11/1/2020 comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig single & 12 cup coffee maker, toaster oven, Washer and dryer in the unit. There are three tv's, a DVD player. High speed internet service. The covered patio overlooks the pool area.

New Beds with Bed linens are provided, bath towels are not provided unless requested. There are two spacious bedrooms each with its own bath, one has a large jetted spa tub in addition to a shower, both bedrooms have (new) King size beds.

This 'non- smoking' unit (outside on the patio you can smoke) is in like New condition (remodeled 11/2020), very clean and nicely decorated. Main living area, kitchen and baths have ceramic tile flooring, bedrooms are carpeted.

Kindred Hideaway at the Colony II Resort at Oyster Bay is located within the Sunset Beach community in Brunswick County, North Carolina on the mainland just one block from the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway with beach access within 2 miles. Our villa was built in 1996 and is located on the second floor of the building. As stated in the HOA property rules and within our rental contract, this is strictly a non-smoking residence and pets are not allowed. Potential renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age to qualify for the terms of our rental agreement.

The modern yet nautical, beach-themed décor make this spacious two bedroom, two bathroom villa an ideal place to get away and relax. Equipped with quality cookware, dishes and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for your family or entertain guests and is open to the living room, separated by a wrap-around counter. Dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, blender/food processor, slow cooker, cooking utensils, serving dishes, silverware and glassware are all provided. The living room has deck access, a 50” smart TV with cable and Netflix access, a DVD/VCR player, as well as board games, coloring materials, books and DVDs available for your enjoyment. Across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway and a short drive to one of the nicest beaches on the east coast (Sunset Beach, NC). Main bedroom has 2 double beds, dresser and a 43" Roku HD TV. The lockout bedroom has 2 double beds, private bath, dresser, 42" Roku HD TV, small fridge, separate air conditioning unit and has it's own separate entrance.
