HIBISCUS HAVEN is a charming 2 bedroom/2 bath condo decorated in a tasteful coastal-inspired style. The condo is located in The Gardens at Cypress Bay community in Little River, SC. The walk-up condo (no elevator) is on the 2nd floor. The neighborhood is quaint, and quiet, and not a touristy destination.

The open living room/dining room area is spacious and comfortable. There is a leather reclining sofa and loveseat, and extra accent chair. There is a counter-height table with seating for four, and two counter-height bar stools. There is new storage cabinet that can be used as a pantry or to store whatever you want. There is large smart TV that is connected to cable. There is also a strong WIFI connection in the condo. There are also magazines and books and games in the living room.

The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove top with oven below, and microwave oven. There are also small appliances like a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, air fryer to help making meals a breeze. There are an assortment of glasses and dishes. Because I LOVE to cook, there are lots of pots and pans, bakeware, and utensils galore!

The main bedroom overlooks a beautiful community pool. The bedroom features a king size memory foam mattress, nightstand, dresser, workspace area, and a walk-in closet. There is a smart TV in the room that is connected to cable service.

The second bedroom has two twin memory foam mattresses. These can be pushed together to create a "king" bed, if preferred. The room has a night stand, tall dresser, large closet, and double desk with two chairs for "gaming" or working. It also has a smart TV that is connected to cable service.

The second bathroom is in an "L" shape, with the vanity, and toilet on one side, and a large walk-in shower on the other side. This bathroom has storage space in the vanity, in the medicine cabinet, and in the over the toilet storage cabinet.

The balcony overlooks a beautiful pool and a pretty pond, with a neighborhood of adorable cottage-style homes in the background. It is a charming view, and offers a relaxing retreat. There is a high-top table and seating for four, as well as two low rocking chairs.

The pool is open seasonally. There are ample lounge chairs and tables at the pool. There are also two other pools in the community, if this one was closed for any reason. There are also community gas grills on site.

We were there for 2 nights, Friday-Sunday morning with a memorial service Saturday, which made for limited time at the house but it was perfect for our needs. The condo was well appointed, all amenities were high-end with spacious bedrooms and vaulted ceiling that gave an open concept vibe. The screen-in lanai overlooks the well equipped pool and has nice vistas for your seated enjoyment. Melody/Dale are very helpful and responsive …they take great pride in their property and the most accommodating folks. Unfortunately, I had a medical issue that required a three week extension. Melody/Dale were so understanding and scheduled a work-around to meet our unanticipated needs. This is a magnificent rental with absolutely wonderful owners."

Our south facing corner unit is well lit and provides breathtaking waterway views from virtually every room within the unit. The 2 bed / 2 bath condo has just been renovated. The living room, dining room and bedrooms have all been completely refurnished and updated. The entire unit has new floors, beds, bath vanities & mirrors, 40" wall mounted Smart, HD TV's for Netflix, Microwave, light fixtures and ventilation ducting as well as, new ceiling fans in every room including the lanai. The kitchen has new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. This bright and airy unit features vaulted ceilings in the living and dining areas.

Drive through the Valley at Eastport, one of the areas most beautifully maintained 18 hole golf course to arrive at your waterfront oasis and simply slip into all the peace and serenity our condo provides. The property has two pools to chose from, one with a hot tub. The pools offer plenty of sunshine or covered and tree shaded areas as well as, an area to barbecue.

- "We spent 2 ½ months at this condo – February to April. Pride of ownership is evident and it felt like home. Everything is taken care of and appears new. The 3rd floor condo is accessed via a carpeted staircase. The building is very quiet and parking is in front. We enjoyed watching the tides ebb and flow in a small unoccupied marina behind the building where turtles, egrets and ducks were spotted foraging. The corner unit, with a fully screened balcony, also has a view of the intercoastal waterway where a plethora of boats sailed by each day. The owners were very quick to respond and offered recommendations when needed. Away from the traffic of Myrtle Beach, Little River boasts restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, urgent care and several golf courses. Valley at Eastport Golf course club house and putting green is a two-minute walk from the condo and a driving range with mini putt are across from the entrance to the community. We would highly recommend staying at Chip & Heidi’s getaway."

Built in 1983, this home away from home lends itself to a relaxing, fun vacation just a short drive from the Grand Strand's amazing beaches. Beautiful vacation condo in Little River area.
Fully equipped. 3 Miles to Cherry Grove Beach. Pool just steps away from the back patio door. Indoor pool also available for those who want to take cover or for the days that the weather is not cooperating. This first floor, one level condo has a queen in the master bedroom and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bottom bunk and a twin bed above it. The second full bath is located in the hall for sharing purposes. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with TV's. Fully enclosed Carolina room walks right out to the pool area and the windows can be opened for fresh air.

- "This condo was perfect for my family and I. The living room area was bigger than I expected which was nice for my 4 yr old and 11 month old to have space to play. They had games and toys already there, a roku TV and a high chair. The kitchen had everything we needed. The screened in porch was nice to be able to hang wet towels and clothes. Right outside the patio door was the pool that we were able to enjoy during our stay. We went into Sunset Beach and it took 20min to get there and then Cherry Grove Beach was about 10. The location was close to grocery stores, restaurants and a gas station and liquor store. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!"
