- "Great place. Will stay here again" - "This place is a hidden gem! Pretty much like a small apartment with everything you need from kitchen stuff to a washer and dryer. Bed was good and comfy with plenty of pillows. Sofa was nice and decent sized tv. Place is right above the brewery but was close to everything from the boardwalk and beach to other places like the mall area. Being close to the beach you can just walk there so no need to worry about parking which of course is right behind the loft which makes it nice. My only 2 gripes are minor, I wish the tv would have had an adjustable swivel so you can lay in bed and see it better and the room we had there was a huge light coming from the next building that was shining right in our room and the curtains that was there doesn't block out any light coming in. We want to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! The following services are available for an additional fee:

Early Check-In: If available, early check-in can be arranged for a $45 fee. Please contact the host to check availability.

Pet Policy: A $100 additional fee applies for a second pet.

Trash & Recycling Pickup: Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. No need to worry about taking the bins to the curb—we have someone who will handle that for you and return the cans after collection. We just ask that you place any bagged trash in the designated outdoor bins before pickup day.

Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: For stays longer than 28 days, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply. This ensures the home remains fresh and well-maintained for your extended stay.

Bicycle Rentals: Bicycles can be rented and delivered to the property. Contact the host for pricing and arrangements.

Beach Equipment: There are four beach chairs, a wagon and 10 beach/pool towels available.

The building hosts only 14 flats with no children in residence. Please note: this is a NO-SMOKING property. One no-shed, hypoallergenic canine, less 20lbs is welcome with prior consent. We are a 3rd floor walk-up flat.
