The host was super responsive and even had the microwave entirely replaced the day after we alerted her to the issues. Now for the good - this place is less than 100 steps from the beach and was a great value for the price. The kitchen was great for cooking a few meals to save money and while a little leaky the shower in the common backyard was perfect to hose off the sand. An amazing central location to many attractions and almost entirely soundproof. "

Newly updated two bedroom plus 1 and a half bathroom beach cottage in award winning Ocean Lakes. Short golf cart ride to the beach. The house comes with a golf cart (must be 21 and have a valid drivers license). House comes with 2 queen beds and sofa bed in living room. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are smart TV's in every bedroom and large flat screen in living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware and a dishwasher and garbage disposal and large pantry. Bathroom has a jetted walk-in tub . Home has full-size washer and dryer and a large laundry room. We also have a charcoal grill. Ocean Lakes does charge $15 a night, per vehicle for parking pass. We do offer express check-in which provides an incentive of $3 discount which brings parking to $12. All parking fees are paid to Ocean Lakes directly. Express check-in will be handled after final payment. If bringing more than 2 vehicles you will need to utilize overflow parking area. Pets 20 lbs. or less are considered, non refundable fee of $125 added after you book. Please message me prior to booking.

Welcome to our cute and cozy Ocean Lakes beach cottage at 1162! Enjoy the view of the dunes and waves from the front deck before entering our 2 bedroom, 1bath home.
In less than a 2 minute walk you can have your toes in the sand and it’s a short trip on the complimentary golf cart to all of the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer-water park, pools, recreation center and arcade as well as the Meet ‘n Eat snack bar and Sandy Mart.
Outside find a comfortable patio space with gas grill and dining area. There’s also parking for 2 vehicles and great shade for those hot summer days.
Our home sleeps 6 with a queen bed, full bed and sleeper sofa. Unlimited WiFi and smart TVs in living room and each bedroom. Washer and dryer inside, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating.

Ocean Lakes is a FAMILY campground that does not allow PARTIES! There are rules in place by Ocean Lakes and these rules must be obeyed while staying in Shore Enough N19. Also there are very strict rules pertaining to golf cart use provided by home owner and if additional golf carts are rented by Ocean Lakes.

Home does have 2 cameras for security and also for renters safety. One covering the parking area and one covering the entrance of the home.

This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 1 vehicle and 1 golf cart. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Linens are not furnished so please plan accordingly. You will need 2 queen sheets and 2 full sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.

Imagine waking and having your morning coffee on a screened porch overlooking a private golf club. This 2 bed/2 bath cottage is located in Wachesaw Country Club, 200 yards away from the Waccamaw River and 2 miles to the Murrells Inlet Boardwalk. There are 4 beaches within a 15minute drive. Guests are entitled to use the private country club pool, 20 yards from the front door.

There is an additional single Murphy bed in the cottage. The cottage can accommodate 5 adults. This unit has hardwood floors, a fireplace and large screened porch. The cottages in Wachesaw are two separate units that share only a firewall.

Unfortunately, NO trailers, campers or motorcycles are permitted. No pets.

There is a washer/dryer off of the living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you would need to dine in. We have wonderful year-round neighbors, including our HOA members, so we ask that you be respectful of them while visiting our cottage.

There is a strict no-motorcycle policy for the neighborhood.

It is required that you will need to abide by the Horry County Noise Ordinance from the hours of 11 pm-7 am. During these times we ask that you please keep noise to a minimum. If you receive 3 documented noise complaints you will be asked to leave, without a refund.

Please keep in mind that this is also a non-smoking cottage. NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted inside or on the grounds of the property.
