This private poolhouse is located behind the owners main house and is set far back for privacy. There is a separate entrance gate and path just for guests, so the experience remains private. This cottage sleeps 8, and is perfect for a long or short stay. As our guest, you have full access to the pool, fenced in yard, and 2 parking spots. With a full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom and additional outdoor shower, you should have everything you need! There is one main queen bed downstairs, along with the kitchen, living area, washer/dryer and bathroom/shower. Upstairs there are two matching lofts, both with removable ladders, that have a queen bed and twin bed on each side. (Note that the lofts are accessed by ladders if mobility is an issue). The poolhouse is dog friendly and is completely fenced in. The pool and outdoor shower are all yours, and beach towels are also provided. We have a strict “No pet policy”. All linens and towels are provided. There is a coffeemaker that brews a full pot of coffee or can brew a single cup of coffee using the K-cups. Enough coffee, filters and k-cups are provided to get you started. A french press is also available to make coffee in as well! The starter basics of soap, dish soap, shampoo & conditioner and laundry detergent are provided as well. There is also a washer and dryer. An outdoor shower is on the side of the cottage to wash off from the beach! There are also 4 beach chairs available for your use.

The Copahee Sound is a hidden gen that people come to fish the tidal creeks, pack a picnic, bring kayaks/ paddle boards in order to explore the islands and inlets that open up into the intercoastal waterways. we have a driveway that can accommodate up to a 42 ft boat or 45ft RV. If you could please let us know prior to booking so we can plan accordingly. We are 25/30 mins give or take with traffic from downtown and about 15 mins for Isle Of The Palms, 25 mins for Sullivian's island and folly 45 mins to an hr depending on traffic. We are a family of 3 that lives in the main home. You will find the neighborhood is quiet. Great peaceful walking or riding bikes. People are friendly and enjoy walking their dogs or taking them on a ride on the golf carts.

This little shanty was built in the 1930s when Mt. Pleasant was out in the country...before Mt. Pleasant was Mt. Pleasant. Everything else may have grown up around town, but this place has stood the test of time. Rooms are well appointed, all with their own private full bathroom! We offer YouTubeTV and NFL Sunday Ticket during football season!!

The evenings are the best. After a day at the Isle of Palms or Sullivan's Island beach, you'll come home, shower up and enjoy a beautiful fire in the backyard with your favorite tunes and some fresh shrimp on the grill from Shem Creek.

We love the location and the fact we can be anywhere in the Lowcountry in less than 10 minutes. A 10-minute bike ride over the Isle Palms connector will heal your soul...

If you can't have fun here, I'm not sure you can have fun anywhere.

This is a part-time residence so don't be surprised to find the cupboards stocked or pictures of the kiddos up on the fridge. It's lived in and you can feel it. We believe we found the coolest little spot in Mount Pleasant and can't wait to share it with you!

Enter the cottage from the beautiful, private courtyard area. On the first level, the cottage offers a bright, spacious and stylish living area with a fully equipped kitchen (including a fabulous coffee station), master bedroom with 1 queen bed, a private full bath and separate laundry. On the second level, a large bedroom features 2 queen beds, ensuite full bath, and remote work station with WiFi. The front porch invites you to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea as you sit at the bistro table greeted by the native birds and the beauty of the garden flowers. We have a strict “No pet policy”. All linens and towels are provided. There is a coffeemaker that brews a full pot of coffee or can brew a single cup of coffee using the K-cups. Enough coffee, filters and k-cups are provided to get you started. A french press is also available to make coffee in as well! The starter basics of soap, dish soap, shampoo & conditioner and laundry detergent are provided as well. There is also a washer and dryer. An outdoor shower is on the side of the cottage to wash off from the beach! There are also 4 beach chairs available for your use.

The space
This guesthouse is located behind the hosts primary residence and is completely fenced in, along with the main residence and pool. It has an open cottage floorpan, with a large yard, pool and open living area. There is also an outdoor shower!

Guests are able to access 2 large parking spots (room for 4 cars max) and everything in the backyard. The pool is all yours during your stay and the yard will remain private for you!

Other things to note
Pool: During the cooler months, we are able to heat the pool for you for a small fee. It’s amazing to take a dip even when it’s a little cooler out!!

Boat: If you are interested in seeing Charleston from the water, we do charter our boat as schedule allows! Please reach out as we would love to take you out! Room for 12 people, sit back and relax on a cruise.

Dogs: There are 2 chocolate labs living on the property. Feel free to contact the owners if you have any questions about any interactions with the dogs. They are very friendly!
