This cottage sleeps 8, and is perfect for a long or short stay. As our guest, you have full access to the pool, fenced in yard, and 2 parking spots. With a full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom and additional outdoor shower, you should have everything you need! There is one main queen bed downstairs, along with the kitchen, living area, washer/dryer and bathroom/shower. Upstairs there are two matching lofts, both with removable ladders, that have a queen bed and twin bed on each side. (Note that the lofts are accessed by ladders if mobility is an issue). The poolhouse is dog friendly and is completely fenced in. The pool and outdoor shower are all yours, and beach towels are also provided. We have a strict “No pet policy”. All linens and towels are provided. There is a coffeemaker that brews a full pot of coffee or can brew a single cup of coffee using the K-cups. Enough coffee, filters and k-cups are provided to get you started. A french press is also available to make coffee in as well! The starter basics of soap, dish soap, shampoo & conditioner and laundry detergent are provided as well. There is also a washer and dryer. An outdoor shower is on the side of the cottage to wash off from the beach! There are also 4 beach chairs available for your use.

The Copahee Sound is a hidden gen that people come to fish the tidal creeks, pack a picnic, bring kayaks/ paddle boards in order to explore the islands and inlets that open up into the intercoastal waterways. we have a driveway that can accommodate up to a 42 ft boat or 45ft RV. If you could please let us know prior to booking so we can plan accordingly. We are 25/30 mins give or take with traffic from downtown and about 15 mins for Isle Of The Palms, 25 mins for Sullivian's island and folly 45 mins to an hr depending on traffic. We are a family of 3 that lives in the main home. You will find the neighborhood is quiet. Great peaceful walking or riding bikes. People are friendly and enjoy walking their dogs or taking them on a ride on the golf carts.
