Situated on an 1 acre waterfront acre lot in chigoe creek, minutes to Wildwood Park boat ramp and Ridge Road Boat Ramp.

This 400 square foot cozy cottage (white - one story) offers one room open to a full kitchen with flat top stove, microwave oven and refrigerator with ice maker, 1 Full/Queen Futon and a Full sized bed, 1 electric fireplace, walk-in closet, full bathroom with tub/shower combination. You do NOT see the water from the cottage (it does not have any windows on the lake side) but it is only a short walk to the water.

The parking lot is large enough to accommodate 2 boats and 2 vehicles.

We dredged the area at the dock and installed an aluminum covered boat dock in 2017 which has space for 3 boats up to 24' long and has an electrical outlet.

This is a cozy couples get away or a fishing retreat - it does NOT accomodate "gatherings, parties, groups, weddings, get togethers, groups of any kind exceeding the amount of people booked"... Minimum age 21.

Full of original character, we have remodeled the 1 Bedroom 1 bath home with modern luxury upgrades while keeping the integrity of its enchantment: original hardwood floors, freshly painted, stainless steel appliances.

Be our guest. The cutest little cottage is a hidden gem with tons of natural light that is sure to please! Be mesmerized by the most beautiful azaleas in the spring and sweet songs from caged-free neighborhood birds.

Beautiful homes and friendly neighbors. Detached well-equipped, comfy guest house in a lovely, walkable brick paved neighborhood with rich history. You will be occupying the upstairs cottage in our backyard and have access to your own private backyard. The cottage is used exclusively for short term rentals and there is a discount for stays of 30 days or more. Feel free to inquire about short term and long term leases.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, tools, & a vintage built in ironing board. The bright and airy kitchen compliments the dining area with seating for 4. In the living room, you’ll find a pull out sofa with a queen sleeper mattress. It is very clean and it seems as though the kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated. The cottage sits in the backyard of a main home in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The queen sized bed was very comfortable and the bath towels were plush. A lot of thought, care, and detail can be seen from the owner of this property. I would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to see the Masters Tournament again. I’ve stayed in many properties in various locations and this was one of the best experiences - I looked forward to writing this review."

Located less than one mile from the Masters Golf club, "A walk to the course" is a clean comfortable living space that has warm details and comfy beds. Also located less than 10 minutes from downtown, Topgolf, and Dave and Busters!

- "My father was having a major surgery in Augusta that was the purpose of our 3 day stay. We just used it as a place to sleep & rest in between hospital visits. Our basic needs were met. I just think it should be mentioned that there is a lock door in the middle of the house connected to another side of the house which appears to be the owners office during the day (which is fine & for me personally it wasn’t an issue but my mom was very uncomfortable with the door). It would be better if he made it a solid wall instead of the door between the rental and the office. Also it is on a busy street and you definitely hear the cars going by in the living room during the day. Some people may be fine with it, we just live way out in the country ano we aren't use to it. Also it would be nice to have some kind of cooktop. There was a small Kerig but it wasn’t working, thankfully I brought instant coffee too just in case. Overall, not a bad stay, easy booking, clean linens, tvs in both bedrooms and living room, mini fridge/freezer, sink, microwave and allows small dogs which was a plus because we had my dads little Dotson. From the street, it looks small and unassuming, but step inside and you'll be surprised by all it has to offer. The living room is cozy yet spacious, with hardwood floors, plenty of natural light, built-ins, and a decorative fireplace and tons of “Southern Charm”.
There are 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a master suite at the back of the home. There is a sitting room in the front of the house that oozes Southern Hospitality and a paneled room at the back door, which is perfect for a watching a game or just hanging out at the end of the day. The kitchen is a good size with some stainless-steel appliances, pantry, and access to a side entrance. There is also laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience.
Step outside and you'll find a fenced back yard with a covered patio and a firepit. Parking is not an issue with a shared driveway that leads to a parking pad and on-street parking is allowed in this area.
Built in 1908, The Cottage on Greene Street has been updated to incorporate many modern conveniences while still maintaining its historic character.

The screws were likely from the construction that was taking place on the back deck.Bathrooms. Both bathrooms just weren’t cleaned well. The master bath had hair on the floor and the tub drained incredibly slowly (likely due to the old age of the home). The guest bathroom upstairs was also pretty dirty.I will say, that the host was easy to communicate with. I expressed our concerns, And although I hope to receive a full night’s refund, we only received 50 back."

Deer View Cottage is a peaceful countryside retreat—a private 400-square-foot, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage with a full kitchen—set back from the road and surrounded by pastures and trees.

You'll feel as though you're in the countryside, yet it's situated in the well-developed area of the town, close to shopping and city amenities.

This cottage is one of three on our 16-acre property. Step out of the cottage and enjoy the expansive 16-acre property, including a stocked fishing pond ready for fishing or simply enjoying the view.

Additionally, disc golf enthusiasts among our guests can practice with our disc golf basket in the large field. Bring your drivers, mid-range, and putter discs for skill practice at any time.

Our spacious pasture is ideal for flying kites or drones.

We're just minutes away from a Super Kroger, Walmart, LongHorn Steakhouse, Panera Bread, Applebee's, Diablo, Aldi's, Five Guys, and many other restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware, plus complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer.

There are two Smart TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom).

Samsung TV+ channels stream on the TVs, and Amazon Prime is included.

Guests use their own accounts to watch Netflix, Hulu, and other apps.

We have a private fishing pond (approximately 1/4 of an acre) on the property exclusively for our guests. The pond is stocked with bass and bream. Feel free to bring your fishing poles and bait to enjoy fishing. Although many guests catch fish, success is not guaranteed, especially during the colder seasons.

Wild deer often visit our 16-acre property in the evenings and early mornings, grazing around the pastures. A variety of birds, including Blue Jays, Cardinals, owls, hawks, hummingbirds, and woodpeckers, nest in our wooded areas, providing an enjoyable sight and sound.

This cottage is perfect for a getaway and retreat, and pet owners love it.

The 16-acre property offers plenty of open spaces to roam around. The owners live in the main house, a few hundred yards away, surrounded by a fence. There are also two other cottages on this property (Please refer to the AERIAL VIEW picture to locate Deer View Cottage).

Due to liabilities, the pool is unavailable to guests staying in this vacation short-term rental. The owners' fenced pool is away from the cottage, locked, and surrounded by a 7-foot-tall fence. Access is only possible via the owners' fenced yard. The pool is exclusively for owners' use.

Wildlife is present on this property (no hunting is allowed).

Our private fishing pond is located on the southwest corner of the property. Recently, the water has turned muddy due to rain and construction on the neighboring property. We're waiting for the water to settle and clear again. Please refer to the aerial view picture to locate the fishing pond. Feel free to fish in the pond; just bring your fishing equipment. Keep an eye out for wildlife around the pond, and note that swimming is not permitted. Pets are not allowed to drink/swim in the pond.

All cottages on this property are managed and operated by the owners, who are present on this large property.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire Deer View Cottage.

Deer View Cottage is one of three cottages within the Jasmine Augusta Manor's 16-acre property. Hosts also reside in the main large manor house on the property. The 16-acre private property and the private fishing pond are shared grounds among guests staying in the other two cottages, and the host stays in the main house.
The 16-acre property is partially fenced.

Other things to note
Guests have full control of the thermostat.

Self check-in: We will message you the entrance code for the cottage on the morning of your arrival.

Parking: There is a concrete parking pad in front of the cottage that can accommodate one car. Ample parking is available for additional cars, trailers, and boats on the grass area near the cottage. Please inform us, and we can guide you on where to park the extra vehicles near the cottage while avoiding the underground plumbing infrastructure.

Smoking is permitted outdoors. You may smoke outside and please use the provided planter pot by the porch as an ashtray for cigarette butts.

We are dog/pet lovers. You may bring a maximum of three pets with you to the cottage during your stay. (The property is not fully fenced; therefore, we recommend leash walking.) Your dog/pet may play unleashed in the field and outside under your close supervision, as long as other guests or their pets are not in close proximity.

For health and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed to swim in the fishing pond or drink from it (please see the aerial picture of the property for the fishing pond location).

The pool on the property is only for owner use and is not available to Airbnb guests.

This property/estate is one of the few large estates left on William Few PKW, as most other properties are developed into subdivisions, townhouses, and business shopping centers. Although you feel like you are in the countryside with rolling pastures, you are in the middle of the developed area with all the amenities nearby.
