- "I loved the this home and area. The home could use a few small repairs but over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. " - "Location was great! Spacious property inside and out. WiFi and TVs in all the rooms! Soap and lotion in the bathrooms. Response time wasn’t great, I had to reach out about updating payment information and it took at least a week to hear back. Thankfully I figured it out on my own. If I had waited for the response, the due date would have passed, and my reservation would have gotten canceled. Maybe I have just been spoiled by other rentals but there were also no paper towels or trash bags so we ended up going to Walmart to buy some. Not a huge issue but I’m use to rentals that provide those basics. It was clear that it was an old home that had done renovations here and there. The cleanliness was not what I expected. It was very neat and aesthetic but up close it was not exactly “clean”. The sink was cracked, mirrors, tubs, and electrical switches were dirty, there was hair in the shower, jacuzzi tub, on the toilet, etc. From the pictures I was so excited to use the jacuzzi tub but once I saw it in person I quickly changed my mind. Assuming the host pays for a cleaning service in between tenants, they should probably look for a company that provides a more thorough service and does more than just sweeping, counters, washing towels and linens, and making beds."

- "Lovely and quaint, the cottage is set on a very large lot with outdoor spaces galore. It felt like our home as we were so comfy and truly enjoyed the house itself. Multiple indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces and room for a group to gather and celebrate. Perfect for two old friends to reconnect yet have our individual spaces with 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Lots of dishes and cookware to use so just stop by the store on your way and you are ready to go. I would recommend and would stay there again. Downtown Covington is less than a ten minute drive."
