This cozy, bright, and lovingly maintained 1600 square feet cottage is located in the heart of Cloverdale district. It's family-friendly, has AC, and is well-equipped for a brief or a longer stay. Guests have full access to 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, office, deck, large front porch, 2 full baths and laundry. There is free parking on the street and a driveway for smaller cars.

We provide most essentials for a comfortable stay. The house offers enough space to both socialize and have privacy. The house has wifi, and a TV with Roku (no cable TV). We have all the standard kitchen appliances, and you're welcome to use our washer and dryer.

We welcome families with children. The house is generally very safe but not specifically "child-proof" so children's safety is solely the responsibility of their accompanying adults.

Walk to a restaurant or whip up a meal in our well-stocked kitchen. Curl up on the couch for a movie night, or take a walk to the close by park.

Cozy combined living/dining/bedroom with separate kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely responsive for the minor maintenance items that came up over our extended stay. The laundry washer-dryer combo was a bit under-powered for the longer stay, but was workable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the bed was comfortable. My wife, baby, and both dogs enjoyed the days here and appreciated all the outdoor space on the property. The owners even invited us to the multi-property Christmas party they were holding near the end of our stay which we couldn't attend due to previous plans, but shows how friendly and kind the hosts/maintenance team are here. Highly recommend for small families on travel to the Montgomery/Prattville area looking for a quiet stay."

Built in 1925, located in the heart of Montgomery's historic area of Capital Heights. Minutes from downtown, military bases, and hospitals. This charming 1 bedroom 1 bath has great space for a weekend trip or a long business trip. Ready for you to have a stay.
The only down fall to this cozy home is we do not have a fenced in yard for the fur pets! Don't let that stop you though, as there is a park across the street and we welcome all pets!

Sunoco station is a convenience store & Liquor store about 3/4 of a mile on 231 south. They have Hunt Bothers pizza, wings and hamburgers. Really good and friendly people. Usually carries fish bait.

Sikes & Kohns Country Mall, where you can purchase all kind of boots, blue jeans and name brand apparel cheaper than the regular mall prices and great quality.

No local grocery store but a Dollar General 1/4 mile on 231.
Fresh produce about a mile south on 231 they have all kind of fresh citrus fruits for your liking.

The red barn in front of the Cottage is a venue that is used for weddings, reunions and such. If an event is scheduled at the Barn. I will notify the guest so that you are aware of it.

The space
Originally built in 1937, this home has recently been renovated with today's comforts while highlighting the elegance of a bygone era. You'll enter into the living room, full of natural light featuring a 55" Smart TV and seating for 5-6. Through the living room are both the dining rooms and kitchen while immediately to your left are the bedrooms and the bathroom. This is a fully stocked kitchen including stainless appliances and Keurig coffee machine. The master bedroom features a king bed as well as a Smart TV and sufficient storage. Inside the second bedroom is a queen and yet another TV with a large closet. The home features a washer and dryer as well as a full office with your dedicated remote workspace and overlooks the fenced-in back yard. Both kids and pets will enjoy their time in the back!

The space
This cozy, bright, and lovingly maintained 1600 square feet cottage is located in the heart of Cloverdale district. It's family-friendly, has AC, and is well-equipped for a brief or a longer stay. Guests have full access to 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, office, deck, large front porch, 2 full baths and laundry. There is free parking on the street and a driveway for smaller cars. Additionally, we offer a detached R-pod camper in the back yard which can furnish an extra bedroom for an additional fee (please ask host).

We provide most essentials for a comfortable stay. The house offers enough space to both socialize and have privacy. The house has wifi, and a TV with Roku (no cable TV). We have all the standard kitchen appliances, and you're welcome to use our washer and dryer.

We welcome families with children. The house is generally very safe but not specifically "child-proof" so children's safety is solely the responsibility of their accompanying adults.

Walk to a restaurant or whip up a meal in our well-stocked kitchen. Curl up on the couch for a movie night, or take a walk to the close by park.

The kitchen has a full fridge, a gas stove, a dishwasher, microwave, and other standard appliances. Cookware and dinnerware are provided and you're welcome to use our oil, salt, and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar are also included with your stay. Enjoy!

The house is equipped with central AC programmed to 72 F minimum temperature during summer months to prevent system malfunction.
We do not usually provide cleaning services during the guests' time here; it's up to the guests to keep the house reasonably clean. If needed, some cleaning supplies are available at the house. If you would like to have the house professionally cleaned during your stay, please let us know.
