This Historic Beauty is over 100 yrs old and was built in the early 1900’s. This large 1 bedroom 1 bath has a full petite kitchen. Our goal was to create an oasis where you can seclude and shut the entire world around you out or bathe in the sunshine with the large windows. The property is a triplex with 1 long term tenant who have house dogs - the authentically southern residents bring a warm experience you will not get anywhere else. The back yard where you’ll park is massive and makes for a distinctly Alabama outdoors feel. Be careful as you pull up the driveway - the over 100 year old trees have roots that’ll give you an Montgomery massage if you proceed hastily (drive slow in and out of the drive). Welcome.

It's one of the few studios that you'll see that includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The décor is a farmhouse, cottage theme inside and out with a few modern touches including a Samsung UHD Smart TV and all new cooling gel memory foam mattress.
