Cloverdale is known for many houses designed by European architects throughout history and for the tasteful landscaping that still exists today.

This Historic Beauty is over 100 yrs old and was built in the early 1900’s. This large 1 bedroom 1 bath has a full petite kitchen. Our goal was to create an oasis where you can seclude and shut the entire world around you out or bathe in the sunshine with the large windows. The property is a triplex with 1 long term tenant who have house dogs - the authentically southern residents bring a warm experience you will not get anywhere else. The back yard where you’ll park is massive and makes for a distinctly Alabama outdoors feel. Be careful as you pull up the driveway - the over 100 year old trees have roots that’ll give you an Montgomery massage if you proceed hastily (drive slow in and out of the drive). Welcome.

Welcome to The Waters and the Uptown Lofts on Bridge Street. The Laura Loft is a very comfortable loft on the third floor of our Townsquare building. The Loft has a fully equipt kitchen 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and one bunk room. Central heat and air, a washer/dryer, and four flat-screen smart TVs, make it a wonderful place to spend a weekend a week, or a month. Enjoy coffee in the coffee shop downstairs, or take a stroll by one of three lakes kayaking in Lake Cameron, relax by one of two swimming pools, or play tennis on the lighted courts. The Laura is a private space we live across the street and are available for whatever you may need.

Parking is in the rear, so you do have to walk around to the front to access unit. It fronts the road, but we barely noticed the road traffic; it was the weekend. This unit is cooled with two window AC units. We found they worked best when both were set below 70, which meant they ran a lot during a hot weekend in September and had a fair amount of "white noise". We reached out to Joshua and he stated he will be looking into it. Liked that we could log into our own streaming accounts using the RokuTV set up, and snack bars and oatmeal packs were a thoughtful touch. We appreciated the coffee & food recommendations provided in the email before check-in, we ate at Bibb St. Pizza twice. We would stay here again despite the AC issues because of the location, price and size of the unit."

The Garden District is an older, urban neighborhood in Montgomery. It features mature trees and is on the edge of Downtown. If you want a more suburban feel, I would consider East Montgomery.
The entire two bedroom apartment with coded keypad on front. There is street parking and steps to access the unit.
The memory foam mattresses and pillows are new as of February 2020, they are encased in safe-rest mattress covers to prevent dust, allergens, and other pesky allergy causing stuff. The high ceilings and period details are full of charm. There is roku TV in the main living area. We try to make it feel like a hotel experience.
The space is exclusively an airbnb and the space is professionally cleaned for each stay.
The first floor apt uses window units to cool and heat the space.
Our cleaners are being extra diligent in making sure they are wiping door knobs, oven handles/knobs, refrigerator handles, light switches etc (they do this any way). If you have concerns, please let me know and I am happy to provide more details.
This location allows you to walk to several cafes, a pizza place, a wine shop and a boutique grocer.
To get around Montgomery, I would recommend getting a rental car. Everything in Montgomery is within a twenty minute drive and you can always find parking.
If you don't want to get a rental car, Uber and Lyft are probably the next best options.
Please note this is an older building so the home does not have central heating and air and uses window units and space heaters. This has not been a problem but we do want guest to be aware. There is a private screened porch that overlooks the lovely front lawn and neighborhood. You can walk to Vintage Cafe, Vintage Year, Cafe Louisa, Tomatinos, and Pinebar.

- "This house was close about 2 miles to the RiverFront Park and close to the Zoo. The beds were very comfortable for a good nights sleep. The flood lights in the back was nice when returning at night but it does light up the back bedroom. The AC was felt good when we returned from dragon boating or walking the dog. Kitchen was supplied with lots of Kcups for us coffee addicts. The owner responds very quickly to issues and questions."

This 2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartment features mid century modern furnishings in a 1920's space. It is perfect for weekend stays and business trips.

The Garden District is an older, urban neighborhood in Montgomery. It features mature trees and is on the edge of Downtown. If you want a more suburban feel, I would consider East Montgomery.
The entire apartment and it’s screened in porch.
The Kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker and pods, Brita water pitcher, 4 place settings, microwave, one pot and a frying pan, plus olive oil, salt and Pepper. If there is anything else you need please let me know.
There are 9 steps to enter the property from the front when parking on the street. There are seven (7) steps up to the screened in porch.
This space is used exclusively for Airbnb. It’s light, clean, and welcoming. The ceilings are high and it features all the character of a 1920s building. There is also a private screened in porch for exclusive use by the guests.
We offer fresh memory foam mattresses in both rooms that utilize the technology of safe rest to keep dust, allergens, and other pesky allergy causing stuff to a minimum.
There are window units for heat and AC as well as space heaters.
Our cleaners are being extra diligent in making sure they are wiping door knobs, oven handles/knobs, refrigerator handles, light switches etc (they do this any way). If you have concerns, please let me know and I am happy to provide more details.
This location allows you to walk to several cafes, a pizza place, a wine shop and a boutique grocer.
To get around Montgomery, I would recommend getting a rental car. Everything in Montgomery is within a twenty minute drive and you can always find parking.
If you don't want to get a rental car, Uber and Lyft are probably the next best options.
Please note this is an older building so the home does not have central heating and air. The unit uses window units and space heaters. This has not been a problem but we do want guests to be aware.

- "Nice area" - "Great little apartment, perfect for those in town for work. Only complaints was bathroom is a little small but it didn’t bother me but the bed was firm/hard for me, probably fine for others but I’ve had back surgery and would need more cushion. I mentioned to owners to get a Tempur-pedic pad which will help a lot, hopefully they get one but if not I’ll bring my own if I stay here again because the place is really nice overall!"

The space is a completely private, equipped 1 bedroom apartment. The space is small but well used! You have everything you need. There is a cozy living space downstairs and a stocked kitchenette upstairs.
Here are some helpful heads-up!!
Bathroom:
The bathroom is old and quite tiny. The shower has a few hard water stains which won't come up no matter how much we scrub. Also the toilet is in a TIGHT SPACE, so it can be difficult to maneuver around.
Wifi:
The Wifi connection is spotty in the apartment. It is strongest in the downstairs living room. We have recently updated with a Wifi booster to try to help combat this.
If you are planning on doing some remote work or school work, we recommend planning to hit a coffee shop, or you can work in dining room of our shared house Airbnb (which is next-door).
Stairs:
There is a flight of stairs in the unit leading up to the kitchenette. So guests will need to be able to climb stairs.
Wiring:
The apartment is an old building and has older wiring. As a result, you can't plug in too many things at once or it will overload the breaker. Please be mindful of too many things plugged in at once and space heaters.
