- "We never stayed. The contact person never gave us a key. She first claimed she didn't hv a vrbo then claimed she never received the money. In contacting vrbo they said they could not find us a new place until the next day. We had two infants and had bought groceries. We had to then rent a hotel room. I am totally disgusted. How could you let this happen. I feel we should be compensated for the money 180.00 we spent on groceries. This woman should be reported. This is fraud!"

I will meet you to give you the key and show you apartment. When leaving just leave key on the bar. The lake is located in Duncan park 5-8 minutes drive. Its a very nice city park with a lake that has a road going around the lake for walking.

The space
The roads leading to this property are all lined with trees. The space is only about 30 min from Atlanta, but the views will make you feel like you're driving to the North Georgia mountains. The house is set amongst the trees with a large lake behind it. This fully furnished loft apartment is located above the garage of a modern farmhouse. Construction was completed in 2021. This loft has it's own private entry with a smart lock. You must climb a staircase to enter this property. You'll have everything you need once you go in, but you'll probably spend most of your time on one of the two patios either relaxing, grilling, fishing, playing corn hole or hiking.

Guest access
Guest will have 100% access of the loft. It is essentially a loft apartment connected to a main house. This house is on 3 acres right next to my family's lake so not only will you be able to hike the property, you will be able to fish from the large patio behind my house. You won't have to worry about me being down there when you're fishing. I will avoid any place you are and let you have your privacy while you're here.

Other things to note
REFUNDS FOR ARRIVING LATE OR LEAVING EARLY:
The dates of your stay were set aside just for you and taken off the market as soon as you booked your stay. I'm not able to recoup those funds by renting it to anyone else on such short notice so there can be no refunds for changes in your itinerary. I'm not interested or in the business of doing super shorts stays of one or two or three nights. There is a minimum five night stay to book The Baby Rosa Loft so please don't create an awkward situation for both of us by asking for a refund if your itinerary changes. You might want to look for a place that offers refunds when itineraries change if you think your days may be cut short. Thanks for understanding.
