Enjoy all that Newnan has to offer in this quiet, lake community just 30 minutes south of ATL. Our space is just 2.5 miles to the historic Newnan Square (boasting numerous eateries and boutiques), 5 miles to Cancer Treatment Center, 1.7 miles to Ashley Park (Newnan’s outdoor shopping center) and 30 minutes to Peachtree City or Senoia. During summer months, expect to see numerous hummingbirds who love to eat local! This is a private apartment above our main home. At times, you may hear noise from below as we work and live from the main home.

- "The stay was suspect from the start. There was no communication with the host at all until after I had already gotten access to the property by another individual staying at a property adjacent. I was a little skeptical, but the family staying in the large lake house stated that they were able to reach the host and could let me in. I did not have a back up option & with no way to contact the host directly, I really had not choice but to trust it and stay.There was no communication with the host until later into my stay. The host responded and stated in the message that I would receive details 2 hours prior to check in. This was after I was already there for my stay. I never received any check in info to date.The person who was there previously left that AM, which is why I'm guessing housekeeping did not properly clean the place. There was hair in the toilet, hair on the shower mat, hair in the tub & sink. The bed had hair on it. I purchased my own comforter & pillow cases because of this. This definitely made the stay more unpleasant than restful. I ended up sleeping on the couch for both nights. The bed was only a mattress that had absolutely no support. There were small bugs all around. I get it is a cabin, but I did not expect to see so many of these little bugs. Also no direct lake access.Lastly & most concerning is that the bathroom window has NO BLINDS OR CURTAINS. Anyone can see into the bathroom! I took pics outside the window that showed directly into bathroom. "

The need for a “crash pad” near ATL led us to invest in this 4 unit complex near downtown Newnan.

If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best place, there is a loud train that passes by and a town clock that goes off periodically.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for singles or a couple. It will sleep 4 but only has one bathroom. Quiet lake community located minutes from 85, centrally located to Newnan, Senoia and Peachtree City. Great longer term space for those working in the area. There is a 3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs unit which can be rented as well to have the entire home for a larger group. Perfect for traveling nurses or corporate retreats. Age 25 to book.

Just to be very clear, this is a partially remodeled basement apartment. There is one small stair to enter the bathroom and the second bedroom is on the back side of the basement. It is very spacious and has a large laundry room. You have to walk through the laundry room and 1st bedroom to get to the bathroom on the front side of the basement apartment.
