Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. Events/Parties: NO PARTIES or LARGE EVENTS of any sort are allowed. If you are caught having a party, you will be fined $500.

Noise Complaints: Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between the quiet hours of 9 PM and 8 AM. A $150 fee will be charged if a noise complaint is received.

Security Cameras: Any tampering with the outdoor cameras will result in a $150 fee per camera/violation and immediate eviction without a refund.

Guest Contact: Refrain from contacting neighbors or the leasing office. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your reservation.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping indoors or on the property. A $250 fine will apply for any violations.

Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra guests will incur a $35 fee each.

Minors: All guests under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. This does include the use of any amenities.

No Pets Allowed: A $200 fine will be applied for any violations.

Late Checkouts: Unapproved late check-outs are charged $100 per hour past 10 AM.

Bathroom: Flush toilet paper only. Do not flush sanitary items, wet wipes, paper towels, or diapers.

Cleaning & Maintenance: $50 fee for makeup stains, blood, or throw-up found on bed sheets, comforters, or pillows.

Keys and Access Items: A $100 fee will apply for each misplaced key, key fob, electronic key card, clicker, or parking pass.

Parking Violations: You will have assigned parking arrangements outlined in your check-in instructions. All parking violations will result in towing at your expense and a $50 fee per violation.

Rental Agreement: To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we require a rental agreement to be completed prior to check-in. If this step is not completed, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Luxury linens and comforters with high thread count duvets that are changed between every guest. Bathrooms have been completely remodeled for the most delightful aesthetic and spa feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/stove, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, refrigerator, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker is provided with a variety of k-cups (cream and sugar).

There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are available in the loft for your convenience with detergent. If you forget your toiletries at home, don't worry! We supply mini shampoo and conditioner. There's the nightly rate for 1 guest and each guest after is $10/per night.

The entrance into the common area is required in order to gain access to your assigned unit. There is a separate code for both doors for your own safety. Codes are changed between each reservation. The building has 1 other Loft so please be respectful and mindful of other guests. We do not allow parties and unregistered guests.

We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am and we also provide sound machines in each bedroom. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Please be careful when staying with younger children. The inoperable historic freight elevator located inside the unit is not safe for children. No events without expressed permission in advance.

We know how much you love your furry pets, so we wanted to make our unit accessible to you. They must always be on a leash outside your unit, throw waste into the trash bin outside and not inside your unit (tie it up in a bag), must be potty trained, no loud barking, flea or tick free, must stay in kennel when you leave the unit, and not allowed on the couch or guest bed. The fee for each pet is $60 and you need to include them in your reservation upon booking.

We pride ourselves for having an impeccable reputation for offering an upscale experience and have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use sensors in our building to detect the noise level and the number of guest inside the loft. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. We hope to keep a very accommodating experience for all our guests, but if removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Thank you for respecting the community and our commitment to being a great neighbor.

There is Free Parking located all around our Building. Refer to our guided photos highlighting the Free Parking spaces. Metered Spaces are also available in the surrounding area. You can get around to many close attractions on foot. Electric scooters and ride sharing services are available as well.

This spacious loft is approximately 1200 square feet and is conveniently located within walking distance or a short cab ride from dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, Museums, art galleries, parks, concert halls, Top Golf, the new sports arena, the University of Alabama Birmingham, UAB Hospital and shopping. There is a full kitchen and comfortable living room with a raised seating area over-looking busy Twentieth Street. The central heating and air system and all the appliances are brand new. Hardwood floors that run throughout the space and the 14-foot ceilings provide a true loft experience.
