-No smoking. We strive to make our home a great place for comfort and provide a better experience for the guest. A home free of smoking and Marijuana is very important to us.
●If we find evidence of smoking in the house the guest will automatically get 1 star, will have the fine up to $1,000 and cancellation of reservation without refund.

-No wine drinking & eating on the bed. We have very nice sheets and comforters. Anywhere else in the house wine & food can be enjoyed.

-Pets are allowed but it should be disclosed during the reservation. The pet / emotional support animal fee is $28 per stay while service animals are free. The fee is to ensure the cleanliness & accommodation of the animal.

●These are the guidelines for those who wish to bring their pet / emotional support, & service animals:
▪︎An animal staying in our property is NOT allowed to be left in the home alone at any time during your stay. This means also not left alone in a crate. You must take the animal with you anytime you leave the house.
▪︎The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by the animal.
▪︎Your animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
▪︎We will ask you to remove your animal if they are out of control and the animal's handler does not take effective action to control it.
▪︎Please walk your animal for bathroom needs. When you decided to walk them outside the house we provided the baggies to clean up defecations immediately on the ground (please clean up also if inside the house) and dispose in the large trash can OUTSIDE (the one near mailbox).
