There is a 'sky light' in the floor in the loft to the outside, which is cool, but there are tons of wasp nests hanging from them, which is unsettling to see. There was 1 roach that crawled out of the kitchen sink. Then there was the mouse! That found it's way in and was squeaking every night and left a mess in the bathtub each morning. Property management came and set ineffective traps. I left one day early due to the mouse. I did get compensated for the night. Looks like the mouse took advantage of a hole in the wood ceiling where a knot in the wood opened up. Would be a 5 star if it had been deep cleaned and no mouse! The property owner/manager was very responsive and communicative throughout my stay. "

This place is close to town or campus. Off of Poorhouse Road by the MSU Horsepark it is an easy drive down Stone Blvd. to campus. Just as easy to hit town down South Montgomery St. and avoid the traffic. The apartment has a blow up queen matress available. The apartment has a gas stove and instant hot water. Tv streaming and all the sport channels. The bed is a queen foam mattress. Fans and central cooling and heat make it very comfortable. The patio has a gas grill and party lights.

Renovated, 2 BR, 2.5 Bath Condo! Perfect for ballgames, save yourself the parking hassles and take the 15 minute walk to Dudy Noble, Davis Wade or the Hump! Or you can drive in 3 minutes! Each BR has a Queen bed and attached bathroom. There is a Queen size Ikea fold over couch in the living room for additional guests. We have designed and decorated like our own home and know you will feel at home here too! (Pets and smoking are not permitted). Home game weekends require a Fri and Sat stay.

The space comes with numerous amenities including a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. We also provide a full size washer and dryer. The space has a television located in the living room with access to Netflix and Roku. There is one full bed and one queen bed as well as a sectional. The bedrooms share a large bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Guest access
We offer free parking right below the stairway entrance with room for two vehicles. There will be extra parking after the hours of 5 pm in our store parking lot. We can also accommodate a trailer or larger vehicle if needed.

The apartment is located above our business, Twigs Nursery and Landscaping. However it is secluded by a privacy fence from both the front parking lot and greenhouse/nursery area. The apartment is located up a flight of stairs from the first floor area.

Other things to note
Please note the apartment is located to the left of the garden center on the property. We ask that you only use the driveway that leads to the apartment before 5 pm. If you need to use the parking lot for larger vehicles or other guest please just let us know!
