We are pet friendly but I want to approve your pet and we charge a modest pet fee. We are located in horse country very near the Point Clear Polo Club. So it is not unusual to see horseback riders along the country roads. Our barn is a working barn and we also offer short term pasture board for horses that provide proof of vaccinations.
Down town Fairhope is about a 5-7 minute drive and The Grand Hotel and Little Point Clear is about a 3-5 drive. Owa is about 25 minutes away and Gulf shores/Orange beach is 45 to 50 minutes away.
Lakewood and Quail Creek Golf Courses are minutes away, and there are countless restaurants near by.

I reserve the right to prohibit any pet. The condo complex HOA By-Laws limit pets in the studios to one small dog (>20lbs). I further restrict the one small dog to non-shedding breeds (for cleaning and allergen purposes) and the pet must be crated when left alone. I prohibit any pet for business or student travelers—too much alone time for the doggie in a confined and strange location. Furthermore, guests who meet the above pet requirements must be willing to sign a separate Pet Agreement before the booking is finalized.

While I do offer generous discounts for extended stays--including months' long--please note, they are still priced by the day. I do not offer leases or have a "monthly rate."

So much so that I booked it for another week." - "We didn't have long to visit, but it was very clean, which is so important to me. Ms Patrice truly strives to make sure you have everything you need too. We had every little amenity we could think to need! She had a balloon to mark the driveway, books to read, games, the AC running for us when we arrived, and little goodies for our stay. She even offers a scent free option for linens, if you just let her know in advance. I couldn't be happier with her thoughtfulness. The property itself has such a gorgeous view. We loved sitting on the little chairs facing the water, reading, and having coffee. There's also a beautiful swing beneath the trees that afforded the best sunrise views. There's a little waterside restaurant less than a mile away that was fantastic. It's not far from Dolphin Island either, which we really enjoyed. It's close enough to all the attractions, but just out of the way enough for quiet. The property was so peaceful and just rejuvenates your soul. This was our first VRBO experience, and it was wonderful. I'd definitely recommend them."
