Little Lob Lolly is a pet friendly bedroom and bathroom with a shower only. It may not be a good fit for the elderly. It offers wifi, cable, new refrigerator, new keurig coffee maker, new electric tea pot, a few coffee and tea singles, a new air conditioner, starched white sheets with a fluffy white comforter and spread, plus plenty of fluffy white towels. This private comfortable room is located in our classy horse barn. It's squeaky clean, and has loads of charm.
The space
Little Lob Lolly is a 300 + square foot freshly painted suite with a Mexican tile floor and a private entrance. It does not have a kitchen. It is located in the barn and across from swanky horse stalls. It has WiFi and a flat screen tv that offers movie and sports channels. It is hard to believe that anyone would not consider this an amazing value.

Guest access
Guest can walk their dogs in the yard around the barn. Must not feed the horses or get into the pasture or stalls with them. Must stay on the north side of the driveway around the barn.

Other things to note
We are pet friendly, that means dogs and cats. If you have allergies to cats, dogs, horses, or pollen this is not a good match for you. We are a working barn in lovely Point Clear, Ala. We are close to Mobile Bay, bike trails, and fabulous golf courses.

Fairhope is less than five minutes away. So many shops! The people are so friendly. Beautiful countryside. We spent the day in Gulf Shores, less than an hour away. The main restaurants we tried this time was Locals, Julwins and The Wash House. All were very very good. The hosts are such sweet people. MaryLouise is super nice and is quick to answer you back when you text or email her. I will definitely be back."

We are pet friendly but I want to approve your pet and we charge a modest pet fee. We are located in horse country very near the Point Clear Polo Club. So it is not unusual to see horseback riders along the country roads. Our barn is a working barn and we also offer short term pasture board for horses that provide proof of vaccinations.
Down town Fairhope is about a 5-7 minute drive and The Grand Hotel and Little Point Clear is about a 3-5 drive. Owa is about 25 minutes away and Gulf shores/Orange beach is 45 to 50 minutes away.
Lakewood and Quail Creek Golf Courses are minutes away, and there are countless restaurants near by.

A perfect go between for the Soccer Families - and almost half way between both Fairhope and Foley just off hwy 32 which gives you easy access to several places, in any direction.

The Master bedroom, with a private bathroom, a King bed, a large TV with (ROKU), USB ports at each side table & lots of drawer and closet space for those spending a few days. also has a view of the water from the window over the porch.

The other room has (x2) twin beds, also with USB ports at each bed, a TV with (ROKU) & some drawer and closet space. There is a bathroom/shower just outside the door.

Enjoy the additional living room space with a comfy 8" Queen Futon for relaxation as a couch or bed, a leather recliner (Nothing Fancy) & a wide comfy chair. In addition there is a Fairly large TV with (ROKU)

The kitchen is "Fully Equipped" with a Stove , Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Machine . with coffee pods, sugar / sweeteners & creamer.
There is complimentary water and a few snacks for our guests.
In addition the Kitchen has a table with 4 chairs to enjoy a meal.

Our retreat is a great place to call "Home away from Home", while you're away doing business or just enjoying your vacation in the area.
Fairhope has much to offer. Close to local events, year round like Mardi-Gras, Art Festivals etc. or just enjoy a peaceful walk along Mobile bay or Fairhope's newly renovated pier, which is not yet complete.

The Porch at the apartment has an amazing view of the river.
Table & seating for up to 8 guests, BBQ Pit, and lighted stairs and deck space. A few more chairs available upon request.
There is 100ft of water front (Not all fenced) with a dock & floating dock with railing, benches and fishing pole holders.
There is also a rope swing.
So "Adult supervision" is a must!
The river varies from 4ft -20Ft in depth.
Please be aware! - There are sometimes stumps/ trees (Obstacles) that show up floating from up river.
There are 2 Children's Kayaks, 2 single, 2 double kayaks and 2 paddle boards for rent on the property.
Please notify us before you come so we can have them cleaned up and ready.
You will receive our Kayak / SUP rental price list in your E-Mail package, which is NOT included in the VRBO rental cost.
Guests are to sign a "Hold Harmless Agreement" before entering the water & a life vest is required.
We are currently working on installing a boat tie-off to our dock for guests with a boat.
Mobile Bay is around 8 miles from this property and is an interesting scenic ride on the water with quite a few fishing spots on the way. There is a boat launch 2.5 miles by road off county Rd #9, which is south of Hwy 32.

Please keep the downstairs gates closed at all times - we have a Standard Poodle (Surfski) who is very friendly and we do not want her wandering off.

We have an outside elevator for anyone who is handicapped - Please notify us before hand, as we prefer to operate it, making sure everyone is in the clear & safe coming up.

There is a super nice seafood restaurant "Big Daddys" 4 doors down from us on the River also.
Fairhope is 8 miles away where there are many stores, & restaurants to choose from.
Local Gas Stations, Dollar General & Coffee Shop are less than 2 miles away.

Every inch of this charming coastal studio apartment was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable, cozy and airy stay. At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this space with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! In the kitchenet, you'll find a 2 burner stovetop, granite non-stick cookware, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, knife set and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, even in smaller spaces, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes! Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Vizio 4K smart TV. In the bedroom, you will find a hotel-quality Queen bed, pillows and linens - all hand-picked (and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team!) - to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest. Adjacent to the Queen bed, you'll find a fold out Twin sleeper sofa with a full set of extra linens and pillows in the closet. In the bathroom there are spa-quality toiletries. Sleeping arrangements (3 people total): 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin size sleeper sofa. This unit is perfect for a couples get away!

Please note: You will have the entire 1st floor of the carriage house. There is a separate unit above the studio with its own private entrance. Please respect them as they should you!

- "Beautiful property! We had the Cypress room which was a 2BR,1 Bath for 4 people. Plenty of room with a fabulous balcony view of grounds and water. The front doors face courtyard with tables and chairs which we ate at for one of our lunches. Full kitchen, incl. stove/dw/mw with treats, coffee/tea fixings. Gas fire pit was lit every night and even though warm outside, so inviting we sat with glass of wine in chairs provided, visited while watching the sun set. Breakfast was included and could not have been better. Homemade pastries, quiche and made to order omeletes. Coffee, tea and an array of juices were offered with cold cereals, yogurt, fruit. Staff was so friendly and accommodating to any needs. Keyless entry was nice for multiple people coming and going. No need to keep track of keycard or key. Beach towels were provided to sit outside by sandy beach chairs. We opted to kayak which were provided for our use along with paddleboards and life jackets. Could not ask for a better location to access restaurants, spa treatments and shopping of course. I was basically familiar with the community though we found some new sites to see. The staff offered to make any suggestions for restaurants, spa treatments or party needs that you would like. I did hear from one staff that rehearsels and weddings are done on-site. What a beautiful view for that. Whether a couple wanting a relaxing get away, girls trip (which is what we did) or family gathering, this would be the ticket - though I don't want it too busy, I want it available for me to go back again, LOL!"

Nestled in the low lying fruit trees of The Bay House and Bungalows of Fairhope are the Mangroves. The Red Mangrove is a one bedroom mini-suite with a queen bed, daybed and large bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a kitchenette (mini fridge & wet bar) and a high top table with two stools. Relax and enjoy the courtyard underneath the pergola or take a stroll through the breezeway to enjoy what the locals refer to as Utopia, with the bay as a breathtaking backdrop.

These are the upstairs accommodations of the Pelicans House that can be rented separately or as part of the rental of the entire house. There is a private entrance and the unit features a queen bedroom, bathroom, galley kitchen and a living area with a pull out sofa. Guests can also access a private balcony with outside seating that overlooks the back of the property. This unit has access to the private laundry room located on the first floor of the h
ouse just inside the downstairs entry.

Tucked away, just behind the main house are the Mangroves. The White Mangrove unit has two bedrooms and two baths along with a queen sofa pull out and love seat. It is equipped with a full kitchen just beyond the living area. One bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Also within the unit is a small laundry room. The second bedroom has twin beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. It's a great suite for couples with children.

"In the Middle" provides a private room with a queen bed, private bath, high speed internet, smart TV, and a shared full kitchen. This private room is located on the ground floor in the rear of a commercial building. We're located 5 minutes from historic downtown Fairhope and less than 10 minutes to the Fairhope Pier on Mobile Bay. We're only 45 minutes from the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores. Stay for a week or more and enjoy discounts for an extended stay.

The space
We are conveniently located just off Highway 98 and only 2.2 miles to the Fairhope Pier on Mobile Bay where you can enjoy a walk or sit to watch the beautiful sunsets. We are located 1.6 miles to downtown Fairhope where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. We do recommend The Warehouse for breakfast or lunch as they are located only a block away.

Park Home at Autumn is a condo tucked away on a 7 Acre culdesac at the end of a quaint street of cottage row houses. Park Home is a 5 minute drive to downtown Fairhope where you can walk on the pier, shop boutiques or dine at one of the many fine culinary choices. Guest enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, cozy living room complete with with large screen smart TV. Park Home is also offered with a professional private office space. Just 2 minutes to Thomas Hospital and 35 to the beach.

"In The Front" is located just minutes away from beautiful downtown Fairhope. We are walking distance to "The Warehouse" restaurant and "Fairhope Brewery" for local flavors and brews.

Little Lob Lolly is a 300 + square foot freshly painted suite with a Mexican tile floor and a private entrance. It does not have a kitchen. It is located in the barn and across from swanky horse stalls. It has WiFi and a flat screen tv that offers movie and sports channels. It is hard to believe that anyone would not consider this an amazing value.

Guest access
Guest can walk their dogs in the yard around the barn. Must not feed the horses or get into the pasture or stalls with them.

We are pet friendly, that means dogs and cats. If you have allergies to cats, dogs, horses, or pollen this is not a good match for you. The space
"In Between" is a 2 bedroom efficiency apartment with a private entrance. Conveniently located, there are many food, beverage, and shopping options within a couple of minutes drive or a short walk.

Guests have exclusive access to their room and in-suite bathroom, including a sitting area with Smart TV, WIFI , and in-room coffee maker. Guests have shared access to a full kitchen downstairs, complete with a large refrigerator, oven, stove top., microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with items such as coffee, and tea for guests to enjoy.

"In Between" is located on the 2nd floor, in an existing business building. From 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, the front part of the building is a working building. Guests have a private entrance and private room, as well as a private bathroom and will not be disturbed during their stay.

You can park at the rear of the building in front of the “BES Incorporated” signs. You have full access to the kitchen downstairs. This Airbnb is at a commercial building that does dump truck hauling.

The Grand Hotel is within walking distance and access to Mobile Bay's beach, fishing piers, and parks are a short bike ride away. We have bikes and a surrey for your riding pleasure and the path is just across the street. Downtown Fairhope is very near, where you will find great restaurants and plenty of shopping.
We rent kayaks and paddle boards. We’d love to help with a water adventure!

This is the bottom floor of the Pelicans House. A private ground floor entrance opens up into a cozy living/dining area. There are two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms. The dining area features a high top table with 4 chairs. There is also a spacious kitchen.
There is a bonus room off the kitchen furnished with a love seat that converts to a twin pullout. There is also a laundry room located off the foyer entry on the 1st floor.

Located in the back of the property with rear street entrance, this can be 2 separate rentals. Ground floor (Pelican Perch) has 2 BR/2 BA with full kitchen, living area & dining table area. There’s a bonus small room with a small pullout bed.
The second floor is the Pelicans Nest. There is a Living Room Area, bathroom, galley kitchen with a small table and a queen bed in a rear bedroom.

The Mangrove is comprised of the Red, White and Blue Mangrove units. These three units are priced as one to accommodate up to thirteen people. There is a private entrance as well as a shared hallway leading to each of the units. The Mangroves are tucked away in between the Main Estate and the Pelicans House, easily accessible from the front of the property or via a back street at the rear of the property. Guests can enjoy the courtyard or follow the sideway to a beautiful view of Mobile Bay.
