Little Lob Lolly is a pet friendly bedroom and bathroom with a shower only. It may not be a good fit for the elderly. It offers wifi, cable, new refrigerator, new keurig coffee maker, new electric tea pot, a few coffee and tea singles, a new air conditioner, starched white sheets with a fluffy white comforter and spread, plus plenty of fluffy white towels. This private comfortable room is located in our classy horse barn. It's squeaky clean, and has loads of charm.
The space
Little Lob Lolly is a 300 + square foot freshly painted suite with a Mexican tile floor and a private entrance. It does not have a kitchen. It is located in the barn and across from swanky horse stalls. It has WiFi and a flat screen tv that offers movie and sports channels. It is hard to believe that anyone would not consider this an amazing value.

Guest access
Guest can walk their dogs in the yard around the barn. Must not feed the horses or get into the pasture or stalls with them. Must stay on the north side of the driveway around the barn.

Other things to note
We are pet friendly, that means dogs and cats. If you have allergies to cats, dogs, horses, or pollen this is not a good match for you. We are a working barn in lovely Point Clear, Ala. We are close to Mobile Bay, bike trails, and fabulous golf courses.

Fairhope is less than five minutes away. So many shops! The people are so friendly. Beautiful countryside. We spent the day in Gulf Shores, less than an hour away. The main restaurants we tried this time was Locals, Julwins and The Wash House. All were very very good. The hosts are such sweet people. MaryLouise is super nice and is quick to answer you back when you text or email her. I will definitely be back."

We are pet friendly but I want to approve your pet and we charge a modest pet fee. We are located in horse country very near the Point Clear Polo Club. So it is not unusual to see horseback riders along the country roads. Our barn is a working barn and we also offer short term pasture board for horses that provide proof of vaccinations.
Down town Fairhope is about a 5-7 minute drive and The Grand Hotel and Little Point Clear is about a 3-5 drive. Owa is about 25 minutes away and Gulf shores/Orange beach is 45 to 50 minutes away.
Lakewood and Quail Creek Golf Courses are minutes away, and there are countless restaurants near by.

The Porch at the apartment has an amazing view of the river.

There is 100ft of water front (Not all fenced) with a dock & floating dock with railing, benches and fishing pole holders.
There is also a rope swing.
So "Adult supervision" is a must!
The river varies from 4ft -20Ft in depth.
Please be aware! - There are sometimes stumps/ trees (Obstacles) that show up floating from up river.
There are 2 Children's Kayaks, 2 single, 2 double kayaks and 2 paddle boards for rent on the property.
Please notify us before you come so we can have them cleaned up and ready.
You will receive our Kayak / SUP rental price list in your E-Mail package, which is NOT included in the VRBO rental cost.
Guests are to sign a "Hold Harmless Agreement" before entering the water & a life vest is required.
We are currently working on installing a boat tie-off to our dock for guests with a boat.
Mobile Bay is around 8 miles from this property and is an interesting scenic ride on the water with quite a few fishing spots on the way. There is a boat launch 2.5 miles by road off county Rd #9, which is south of Hwy 32.

Please keep the downstairs gates closed at all times - we have a Standard Poodle (Surfski) who is very friendly and we do not want her wandering off.

We have an outside elevator for anyone who is handicapped - Please notify us before hand, as we prefer to operate it, making sure everyone is in the clear & safe coming up.

There is a super nice seafood restaurant "Big Daddys" 4 doors down from us on the River also.
Fairhope is 8 miles away where there are many stores, & restaurants to choose from.
Local Gas Stations, Dollar General & Coffee Shop are less than 2 miles away.

The Space:
Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway, this property is located between downtown Fairhope and the beautiful sights of Mobile Bay! Every inch of this charming coastal studio apartment was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable, cozy and airy stay. At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this space with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! In the kitchenet, you'll find a 2 burner stovetop, granite non-stick cookware, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, knife set and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, even in smaller spaces, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes! Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Vizio 4K smart TV. In the bedroom, you will find a hotel-quality Queen bed, pillows and linens - all hand-picked (and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team!) - to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest. Adjacent to the Queen bed, you'll find a fold out Twin sleeper sofa with a full set of extra linens and pillows in the closet. In the bathroom there are spa-quality toiletries. Sleeping arrangements (3 people total): 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin size sleeper sofa. This unit is perfect for a couples get away!

Please note: You will have the entire 1st floor of the carriage house. There is a separate unit above the studio with its own private entrance. Please respect them as they should you!

Located on Fairhope Avenue, this studio apartment is central to all the shops and eateries in Downtown Fairhope, or bike rides and strolls down by the bay!

Other Things to Note:
Parking is free - streetside on Fairhope Ave, directly in front of the unit. Parking is first come first serve. There is also a space available in the carport directly outside of the studios front door.

Quite ,Cute ,Clean and Cozy studio guest house . This unit sleeps 4 it has a plush Full/Queen size bed and comfortable bunk beds. Extra Large shower, full Kitchen with dishes pots and utensils. , Oven microwave. You have privacy on the deck with a large in ground pool,with waterfall. The pool is shared with one other guess unit on the deck. This separate from the main house. Soak up the sun on the deck .while having access to the BBQ Grill. This property has the county fell while minutes away from the beach. So you get the best of both experiences in one trip.

If you realize you forgot something, we are happy to lend it to you from our fully equipped Main Bay View Kitchen.
