OCCUPANCY: Regency 312 permits a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in the Guest Bedroom. At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children.

AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age.

DAMAGES: Guests are not required to purchase Damage Insurance. Guests are required to present a major US credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Damages arising from Guest's rental use of the property are to be deemed as billable expenses and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In.

AMENITIES: Guests' use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Management or Security removing and banning Guest from use of the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.

The condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen pull out sofa in the living room.

- "We visit Navarre Beach each summer, and The Pearl is one of our favorite properties. This particular condo is updated and has fabulous water views from the common areas and master bedroom. It was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with kitchen items, towels, soaps and even makeup remover wipes! Not only that, RMI vacations included many extras which other rentals do not— things such as beach towels, chairs, a cart, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, a bag of ice, extra garbage bags, extra paper towels. They even offered us a welcome basket with a complimentary bottle of wine! It sounds basic, but those small details made a huge difference in our ability to relax and just enjoy our vacation. We really appreciated the attentiveness. We will certainly look for RMI rentals on our next trip to Navarre."
