Aside from the bedrooms, enjoy each other's company in the open floor plan with combined living/kitchen/dining space. The wifi is fast in case you need to get some work done while you're there.

We've provided some gear for your beach excursions (chairs, umbrella, etc. See photos), and a slow cooker so your dinner will be ready when you're back from the beach. But if you bring the beach home with you, you can rinse it off at the water hose on the left side of the building, before going in for dinner.

OCCUPANCY: Regency 312 permits a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in the Guest Bedroom. At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children.

AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age.

DAMAGES: Guests are not required to purchase Damage Insurance. Guests are required to present a major US credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Damages arising from Guest's rental use of the property are to be deemed as billable expenses and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In.

AMENITIES: Guests' use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Management or Security removing and banning Guest from use of the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.

PARKING: Guests must display an authorized parking pass in all cars at all times when present on the grounds of the community. Guest failure to display an authorized parking pass may result in the impounding or towing of a Guest's vehicle at the vehicle owner's expense.

- "We visit Navarre Beach each summer, and The Pearl is one of our favorite properties. This particular condo is updated and has fabulous water views from the common areas and master bedroom. It was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with kitchen items, towels, soaps and even makeup remover wipes! Not only that, RMI vacations included many extras which other rentals do not— things such as beach towels, chairs, a cart, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, a bag of ice, extra garbage bags, extra paper towels. They even offered us a welcome basket with a complimentary bottle of wine! It sounds basic, but those small details made a huge difference in our ability to relax and just enjoy our vacation. We really appreciated the attentiveness. We will certainly look for RMI rentals on our next trip to Navarre."

This is a spacious, beach inspired, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, with 2 king beds, and two comfortable, memory foam roll away beds to comfortably sleep 6. It's the whole second floor of our duplex above our bohemian inspired 2 bedroom below.

You're 4 miles from Navarre Beach, with lots of restaurants within 3 to 5 miles. Or, set your pork roast to cook in the slow cooker while your at the beach so it's ready when you're back.

The master bedroom has a connected bathroom. Both bedrooms have exterior double doors, dressers, walk in closets, and ceiling fans. And there's a small extra dresser in the master closet for larger parties of 5 or 6 people.

The master bath is a tub and shower, and the hallway bathroom is a shower. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and towels provided in both.

Aside from the bedrooms, enjoy each other's company in the open floor plan with combined living/kitchen/dining space. The living room is spacious, with a couch, large cozy chairs, and a 43 smart TV connected to wifi, and includes a work desk and chair. The wifi is fast in case you need to get some work done while you're there.

Cook your meals in our well stocked kitchen with all the basic necessities like microwave, full sized stove, oven, and refrigerator, pots & pans, rice cooker, slow cooker, bake ware, dining ware, food storage, mixing bowls, several spices, etc. And dine in style at the dining table, and bar. And for you winos, yeah, we have wine glasses too.

After dinner blended cocktails? We've supplied the blender, with drinking glasses or plastic cups.

Don't forget to wash all the beach towels and bathing suits in your private laundry so you can get off to a fresh start again in the morning.

You'll have access to one half of a large driveway where you can park at least 2 cars, plus street parking. The whole top floor of this stacked duplex is yours, with no shared interior space. Upper apartment access is by exterior stairway.

The space
We created this studio apartment for friends and family, then we decided to share it as a rental so everything is new and high end. This studio apartment has 2 rooms and 1 full bathroom. It’s in a very safe neighborhood (mid class, families, 400k homes) and it’s an extremely clean 300 sq ft studio apartment. With all rooms combined it would be the size of a nice hotel room for normal areas...or a really large space for New York City, LOL! Seriously though, it's just perfect for 2 people and it's not your average rental! You will get the same soft sheets, bedding, towels, care, and attention we give our friends and family because we love to spoil our guests and we have faith you will treat our home and items kindly.

The home is set up like a duplex with a shared entry, solid core doors and added soundproof walls leading to separate apartments. One of the photos shows the yellow studio apartment entry door inside that shared entry. An access code will be provided via email and or text 24 hours before check in. We have contactless hosting service whereby you will be provided with a code to enter the house and you can call us if you need anything else. Our guest’s health is at the center of our focus and we ensure the apartment is sanitized before your arrival with all bedding and towels washed. We thank you in advance for doing your best to keep the studio apartment clean as well. We know you’ll enjoy your stay!

Other things to note:

EXTRAS: We do not want to cram a cozy space with items you may not need but we want you to be happy and love your visit! We live in the other apartment (the coral door in the photo) so just contact us for anything you need and we’ll set it outside your door.

*We have central heat and air but we also know everyone’s comfort level is different, so we have installed a window AC in the main living room. In addition to that we have a portable heater and fan in the bedroom closet.

OCCUPANCY: Regency 309 permits a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in both the Master and the Guest the Bedrooms - Ideal for couples traveling together. At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children.

AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age.

DAMAGES: Guests are not required to purchase Damage Insurance. Guests are required to present a major US credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Damages arising from Guest's rental use of the property are to be deemed as billable expenses and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In.

AMENITIES: Guests' use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Management or Security removing and banning Guest from use of the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.

PARKING: Guests must display an authorized parking pass in all cars at all times when present on the grounds of the community. Guest failure to display an authorized parking pass may result in the impounding or towing of a Guest's vehicle at the vehicle owner's expense.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor grilling areas of the community. Newly built in 2024. Nestled in the woods yet an easy 10 minutes to the beach by car. Private parking, private bathroom, private kitchen, full size appliances, all-in-one washer/dryer, electric adjustable bed with remote, whole house backup generator, plus house is on the Florida Scenic Hiking Trail. This is a duplex so there may be guests staying in the other unit. I also live in the home, but guests will not be bothered and everything is securely locked for maximum privacy.

Room TV's are 43" Amazon Fire TV's loaded with all the latest streaming apps such as Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc. (Please note: paid streaming services require your personal login credentials)

Need to work remotely? We have super fast and reliable highspeed WIFI and a dedicated workspace for your laptop with built-in electrical outlets.

Back problems are no problem with our queen size Sealy Posturepedic mid firm mattress and an adjustable base with remote for raising and lowering your head and feet for that perfect night's rest.

Need to wash clothes? We've got you covered with an all-in-one washer/dryer at no extra charge. Throw your dirty clothes in before you go to the beach or out to eat and when you get back they're washed and dried.

For kitchen safety we have a fire alarm in the room and a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.

If you like the outdoors we have a 24'x24' covered porch for lounging with BBQ grill, table, and chairs. You can also sun on the deck at the end of the porch.

In case of a power outage we have an onsite backup generator to keep the lights on.

Like to hike? The Florida Scenic Hiking Trail runs right in front of the house. Take a left out of the driveway and look for the orange spray paint on telephone poles and trees to follow the trail.

Guest access
Each unit comes with it's own numbered parking spot which can accommodate up to two vehicles parked behind each other. The covered patio is a shared space as is the BBQ grill. Your room is self sufficient with your own kitchen and bathroom with no access to the main part of the house. The room's interior door has both a door lock and chain lock for your privacy.

Other things to note
This is a duplex so there may be guests staying in the other unit. I also live in the home, but guests will not be bothered and everything is securely locked for maximum privacy.

Perfectly placed for you to visit our Navarre Beach within a few minutes, also within an an hour or less you can visit Fort Walton Beach, Destin to the East and Orange Beach, Gulf Shores to the west. The space
500 sq ft first floor condo with water access steps from your door. Has private fishing pier and a private huge gazebo. Very quaint small beach town with lots to do just over bridge. On beach there are 3 water front restaurants and all the outdoor and water activities you can think of.
Over the bridge 3 miles from condo is a very nice new park for walking or sitting and childrens play equipment. Also a music park for children to play instruments and a new splash pad. Very romantic getaway. Also nice for business travel to work without the noise of loud parties. Air conditioning is just freshly cleaned and only one year old.
If you need any baby items or something else you do not see listed, please ask. We will do our best to help.
There is a turtle attraction on Navarre Beach also. It has the longest pier in Florida also. So many nice shopping areas too in the town of Navarre and close to Destin and Pensacola for the Blue Angels !

Pet policy:
We are pet friendly to friendly pets! There is a nominal fee of $100 to account for the extra cleaning and we ask that the pet be in a kennel/crate when the owner is not in the bungalow. Other typical rules with pets apply, such as keeping them on a leash and picking up/bagging waste. If pets become aggressive with others or bark constantly, we will require the guest to board the dog.
Please bring kennel for when you are not present in the bungalow.
We allow 1 dog under 30 pounds.

Unlike other rentals we provide enough trashbags, toilet paper, and paper towels for the duration of your stay.

We also provide a beach towel in addition to bath towels for each of your guests!

Late checkouts can sometimes be accommodated with a $50 fee per hour. If guests are not completely checked out when our housekeepers arrive at 10:00, $50 will be charged.

Hurricane season is June 1 through November 30 with the peak in September to early October. If our place is damaged due to a storm and we are unable to host you, of course we will fully refund your cost and let you know as soon as we know. If you make the tough decision to cancel your beach trip due to a potential storm or inclimate weather we can provide a refund of the cleaning fee but the reservation cost will be your responsibility.

Some guests have purchased travel insurance through their insurance company to cover the reservation cost in case of inclement weather.

The following does NOT apply to reservations made on Airbnb (who has their own vetting & resolution process). For all other booking platforms, guests are required to complete our pre-arrival process including a photo of a valid ID, signing our rental conditions, and submitting a valid credit or debit card to be pre-approved for a security deposit (card will not be charged just authorized in case of damage or rule violation).
