This is a spacious, bohemian inspired, 2 bedroom 2 bath, with 2 king beds, on the bottom floor of a duplex. Two roll away beds makes it a 6 sleeper.

You're only 4 miles from Navarre Beach, and a lot of restaurants within about 3 to 5 miles. You're also 18 miles from Pensacola Beach, and 24 miles from Destin. And you'll be in the first house on a street that intersects Highway 98 that runs through it all.

Park 3 cars in the driveway, plus ample street parking.

The master bedroom has a connected bathroom. Both bedrooms have exterior double doors, dressers, walk in closets, and ceiling fans. And there's a small extra dresser in the master closet for larger parties of 5 or 6 people.

The master bath is a tub and shower, and the hallway bathroom is a shower. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and towels provided in both.

Aside from the bedrooms, enjoy each other's company in the open floor plan with combined living/kitchen/dining space. The living room is spacious, with a couch, large cozy chairs, and a 43 smart TV connected to wifi, and includes a work desk and chair. The wifi is fast in case you need to get some work done while you're there.

We've provided some gear for your beach excursions (chairs, umbrella, etc. See photos), and a slow cooker so your dinner will be ready when you're back from the beach. But if you bring the beach home with you, you can rinse it off at the water hose on the left side of the building, before going in for dinner.

Cook your meals in our well stocked kitchen with all the basic necessities like microwave, full sized stove, oven, and refrigerator, pots & pans, rice cooker, slow cooker, bake ware, dining ware, food storage, mixing bowls, several spices, etc. And dine in style at the dining table, and bar. And for you winos, yeah, we have wine glasses too.

After dinner blended cocktails? We've supplied the blender, with drinking glasses or plastic cups. And enjoy them in the comfortable living room, or on the rear patio furniture out back.

Don't forget to wash all the beach towels and bathing suits in your private laundry so you can get off to a fresh start again in the morning.

You'll have access to one half of a large driveway where you can park at least 2 cars, plus street parking. The whole bottom floor of this stacked duplex is yours, with no shared interior space. Upper floor access is by exterior stairway.

Enjoy our small to medium sized back yard, which is shared with the upstairs unit if they are down there, and which is fenced on three sides, with no immediate neighbors on either side. Both units do have their own rear patio, (deck - upstairs unit) that runs the whole rear width of the building.

We monitor Airbnb messages from early morning till late at night and are available to you through Airbnb's messaging system to assist with any issues you may have and you can always message us for emergencies any time and we will get back in touch with you as soon as we can.

The property is the first house on the street, so you have quick access to highway 98, and are quickly on your way, east to Navarre Beach, Fort Walton, or Destin, or west to Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola Beach. You can put at least two cars on your half of the driveway, or three if you pull them up all the way. But there's also plenty parking on the street.

This includes excessive cleaning required to get the place back in the condition it was in when you arrived.

1. Please wash your dishes / load and start the dishwasher before you leave us and take out the trash.

2. No parties, or large gatherings much beyond your stated number of guests.

3. No smoking.

4. Please use the water spigot on the side of the building to rinse any sand off of your self, your kids, and any beach gear, etc.

Our two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse has all the comforts of home at the beach. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. You can also grill your meal on the grill located out back in your private patio area. We are a gulf front complex and a very short walk over our walkway to our complexes private beach area. Right out front is the newly built (2018) pool for you to enjoy. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella and some rafts and toys for your family to use during your stay. All linens are provided for you.

Downstairs is an open floor plan dining and living room with kitchen and half bath. Upstairs is two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, and WIFI throughout the unit. Each bedroom and living room has their own television (living room has a smart tv). Two convenient private parking spots just steps from your front door.

It was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with kitchen items, towels, soaps and even makeup remover wipes! Not only that, RMI vacations included many extras which other rentals do not— things such as beach towels, chairs, a cart, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, a bag of ice, extra garbage bags, extra paper towels. They even offered us a welcome basket with a complimentary bottle of wine! It sounds basic, but those small details made a huge difference in our ability to relax and just enjoy our vacation. We really appreciated the attentiveness. We will certainly look for RMI rentals on our next trip to Navarre."

The sunsets from the bay side are the best in Navarre Beach, and the large open kitchen window gives you a great view. Many mornings we got to watch the dolphins feed right outside our window. Quiet community, 3.1 miles from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf's longest fishing pier.

But i will warn you about the corner of the foot board of the bed is rough on the shins and the bed is extra bouncy. If you like water beds without the water this bed is for you. Also the tv is not a smart tv but has standard cable. So if you like streaming services to watch like i do then i recommend bringing a roku to hook up to the tv. All and all was just the right place to stay for the price and what we needed considering we stayed gone most the time anyways. Would definitely stay again."

We know dog crates take a lot of room in your car, so we supply two 30" crates located in the garage that could be moved into the houseand used for your dogs.

Whether you desire to be close to the beach, or to be quickly on your way to Hurlburt field, or both, or maybe you're relocating, or just stopping on your way to somewhere else, this house is very centrally located, right off of Hwy. 98, so you'll waste no time getting there, and you're close to multiple grocery stores coffee shops, and restaurants.

The space
All bedrooms are upstairs. Room 4 is down the hall, to the right, directly across the hall from the bathroom. At the top of the stairs, the door to your right is the laundry room with washer & dryer, laundry pods, and a basket for used towels.

The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with most things we can think of that you may need to prepare and consume meals and beverages, including slow cooker, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, coffee pot, chopping boards, baking pans, etc., and also an assortment of common seasonings. Otherwise it's a standard kitchen with full size appliances, with a gas stove, and plenty dining ware, and drink/cocktail glasses.

After dinner, enjoy our cushiony patio furniture out back.

You'll have access to one full bathroom upstairs, and a half bath downstairs.

You are welcome to enjoy all common areas of the house, kitchen & living and dinning areas, and patio seating out back.

I am your host, Jaime. I am currently living in the house, in Room 3. You can reach me through the Airbnb app, or by calling or texting the number provided with your trip info.

Because parking is limited, I manage the situation and coordinate with guests to make sure no one gets blocked in when they need to leave. If you park behind someone, please park close to the street to leave space for them to maneuver around your car. I always park my truck on the street every morning, which ensures everyone has a path out of the driveway.

Please communicate any parking issues or concerns to me so that I can speak to the other guests about it and maintain a smooth parking experience.

The large windows allow for Natural light to pour in, perfect for cheerful mornings. Featured in this room is a large 78” television, perfect for movie nights after the beach. A large closet boasts ample space to settle in.

For added security a lock box is located in the closet, store anything you wish for peace of mind. A personal code will be given to you as will to access your private locked space.

Back through the hall your shared full bathroom is kept sparkling clean and includes fresh towels, shampoo, soap, and shower gel.

If you arrive before me, I don’t mind parking on the street myself. I just ask that guests avoid blocking me or my roommate in at any time.

Inside the home, you’re welcome to relax in the shared living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen—complete with cookware and a coffee bar to start your mornings right.

Feel free to browse the bookshelf in the living room, stocked with books and board games for your enjoyment. You'll also have access to the laundry closet, which includes a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The bathroom is shared with my long-term roommate, but your private bedroom includes a lockable door with a personal key provided, so you can secure the room whenever you like during your stay for added privacy and peace of mind.

Newly built in 2024. Nestled in the woods yet an easy 10 minutes to the beach by car. Private parking, private bathroom, private kitchen, full size appliances, all-in-one washer/dryer, electric adjustable bed with remote, whole house backup generator, plus house is on the Florida Scenic Hiking Trail. This is a duplex so there may be guests staying in the other unit. I also live in the home, but guests will not be bothered and everything is securely locked for maximum privacy.

Room TV's are 43" Amazon Fire TV's loaded with all the latest streaming apps such as Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc. (Please note: paid streaming services require your personal login credentials)

Need to work remotely? We have super fast and reliable highspeed WIFI and a dedicated workspace for your laptop with built-in electrical outlets.

Back problems are no problem with our queen size Sealy Posturepedic mid firm mattress and an adjustable base with remote for raising and lowering your head and feet for that perfect night's rest.

Need to wash clothes? We've got you covered with an all-in-one washer/dryer at no extra charge. Throw your dirty clothes in before you go to the beach or out to eat and when you get back they're washed and dried.

For kitchen safety we have a fire alarm in the room and a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.

If you like the outdoors we have a 24'x24' covered porch for lounging with BBQ grill, table, and chairs. You can also sun on the deck at the end of the porch.

In case of a power outage we have an onsite backup generator to keep the lights on.

Like to hike? The Florida Scenic Hiking Trail runs right in front of the house. Take a left out of the driveway and look for the orange spray paint on telephone poles and trees to follow the trail.

Each unit comes with it's own numbered parking spot which can accommodate up to two vehicles parked behind each other. The covered patio is a shared space as is the BBQ grill. Your room is self sufficient with your own kitchen and bathroom with no access to the main part of the house. The room's interior door has both a door lock and chain lock for your privacy.

This guest room is perfect if you’re looking for a private space in a home, although the room is connected to the main home, there’s a separate entrance for guests. The door has a keypad.

The room faces the back of the house and has direct pool access, private entrance & full bathroom for guests only. Bedroom has a king size bed and plenty amenities.

Access to room is the from back porch and entrance offers privacy & convenience to your schedule.

Private access to the guest room is from the back porch. You may park on my driveway, then you’ll walk on the front/left side yard, open fence gate, you’ll see the pool-back porch area which leads to your private guest room. If it’s raining you may access the room through front entrance.

Besides private guest room you have access to the pool. There is no access to main home inside during your stay, however ’ll be happy to help with anything.
