Park Avenue Condominiums is conveniently situated in the heart of Foley, west of Highway 59/County Road 20, it's close to Foley Sports Plex, Tanger Outlets, OWA, and the newly opened 'Tropic Falls' Indoor Water Park. Nearby you'll find Publix and Walmart for all your grocery needs. Plenty of free lot parking.

There's a large variety of family-friendly restaurants in the vicinity to explore. With easy access to Beach Express, Orange Beach, and The Wharf, you're also less than 9 miles from the white sand Gulf Shores beaches.
