Quaint one bedroom apartment attached to our shop - close to the Bon Secour River, our little hideaway is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, shopping, or at a sports tournament. Our place is quiet and secure, with room to park your boat if you need it!

The space
We offer a one bed, studio with living space and kitchenette. The unit was recently updated to include a pull-out sofa that can accommodate extra guests (for a total of 4). It is attached to our shop, but it allows you privacy from our main homes and living areas. Boats are welcome - the launch at ICW is about 8 miles from us and easy in and out!

You’ll have access to your living space and a fire pit outside if you’d like to use it!

Other things to note
We do have two very friendly dogs - Daisy and Aggie. Daisy is a German Shepherd, and Aggie is a Great Pyrenees. They are big girls, but they are super friendly and love people. They run around a bit during the day, but they always come in with us at night.

Situated behind the main house on 2.65 acres, the guesthouse offers peacefulness and privacy while still being convieniently located to the shops of Foley and Gulf Shores.
Nestled in Bon Secour, it's only minutes away from multiple boat launches, the white sands of the Gulf and romantic sunsets. There are no shortages of fresh seafood and great restaurants within just a short drive. Enjoy walks on the beach, evenings sitting on the front porch or a soak in the private outdoor hot tub.

The space
The home consists of a living area with a full size sofa that has recliners on each end and a love seat. There is a TV in the living area that can also be viewed from the kitchen.
The kitchen has a double stainless sink, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot & Keurig coffee maker with coffee supplied. The cabinets have both glass and paper plates. Pots and pans supplied along with an outdoor gas grill.
There is a full size bath with a single vanity and full size tub/shower combo. A stacked washer and dryer are available in the hallway closet.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe area with drawers, TV and a door directly to the outside.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use any of the space on the property to enjoy. Outdoor grilling is available along with an outdoor eating area. Loungers are available if you would like to relax under one of the many trees or work on your tan. There is also a hot tub on the back porch that guests are welcome to enjoy. The hot tub will be maintained daily or as needed.

Other things to note
The hot tub is clothing optional so please enjoy and expect the utmost in privacy during your stay. Any of the outdoor area behind the guesthouse is also clothing optional with sunbathing lounge chairs for your use and enjoyment.
Note that there are cameras on the property and one is behind the guest house where the hot tub is located. It is aimed towards the wooded area for catching wildlife. You are welcome to unplug the camera while you are enjoying the back yard area.

Microwave, mini refrige in unit, coffee & small pot, wifi & 6 miles to Foley & Gulf Shores, private riverfront park across from home.
Adults only policy due to the 2nd story location, strict no smoking, or cooking in unit or pets allowed none have entered unit. 2 day minimum 5 day maximum booking.

The space
Our unique, historic homesite "The White House at Cooper's Landing " is one of the areas most inviting & interesting locations on the Bon Secour River. Our goal is to provide our guests with a memory making visit that will include if desired, all the stories and legends that accompany the property & river landing. Our secluded neighborhood is within a short drive to all the close amenities of the Alabama beaches and Gulf Coast living. Surrounded by woods that give us a greenbelt of privacy and beauty. Directions to our site: Our physical address is 18380 Cooper's Landing Dr., Foley, AL 36535. From Interstate 10 Exit south to the Gulf Beaches on either exits 44 (Loxley Hwy 59) or exit 48 (Foley Beach Express) Both arrive at the same Foley location. We are 6 miles south of Foley, off of the main highway 59 to Gulf Shores. Turn right at Shell Station on County Rd 10, go West 1.5 miles and cross Bon Secour River
( Mose Cooper Bridge). Once over bridge pass restaurant and turn left on the 1st street Cooper's Landing Drive. Continue down the street to the 6th house on the right at the red hydrant and white board fence. Turn into the drive and the Carriage House is located behind the main home called "The White House at Cooper's Landing."

Guest access
Living on the grounds behind our listed accommodations we greet all our guests at checkin and provide the keys or will make any arrangement to satisfy our guests no matter what arrival time. Once you have arrived you will be most certainly asking about everything you are surrounded by. We totally respect your peace and privacy and we are there for anything you need or to know as we reside on the grounds. Once checked in you should find booklets and information on all the areas attractions. There is ample parking on the grounds and our guests are free to stroll the garden areas and walkways as well as the main house exterior areas and front porch. The stroll across the front yard will take you to the most interesting and restful area, the private park at the point on the river.
A simple visit to absorb in the beauty or even to plan a picnic.
Porpoises are often sighted when conditions are right, and the point is an access launch for guests with kayaking or canoeing.

Other things to note
Our accommodations are available to adults 21 and older only and with a no pet policy to insure the comfort of all our guests as well as a no smoking environment. Any event or gathering on grounds of more than registered number of guests during peak beach season or festivals must be approved by hosts.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located separate guesthouse attached to a beautiful 1912 home in Foleys designated Historic District. You will be surrounded by Coffee shops, Antique stores, museums and diverse restaurants within walking distance. Just two blocks from Heritage Park with all its Festivals, Railroad Museum, and dog park.
Gulf Shores Beach just 11 miles! Tanger Outlets are 2 miles. OWA and Tropical Falls indoor water park just 2.9 miles. 1 dog only allowed.

The space
Relax on your Pergola in the glider rocker or have drinks and even eat outside while enjoying the backyard.

Guest access
Enjoy the guesthouse, Pergola, and fenced backyard. There is a lighted walking path through the gate giving you access to front of house from off of the Lanai. This allows easy access to sidewalks going to Heritage Park and nearby restaurants. There are elevators and an overhead crosswalk over Gulf Shores Parkway into the park.

Enjoy a cozy, country stay on spacious grounds less than ten minutes from downtown Foley. Cool off with a dip in the saltwater pool and visit our horse Copper as he greets you at the pasture's edge.

The space
A private entrance to your quaint and separated, second-floor room ensures privacy during your visit. Enjoy a quiet morning (though you may hear the chickens) watching the sunrise by the pool with a cup of coffee.

Guest access
Guests have access to the pool, covered patio, and grounds outside of all fences.

We request you do not open gates and enter pastures with the animals. But, please feel free to pet any animals that greet you at the fence. Our horses, Copper and Stetson, pony, Sebastian, and Great Pyrenees, Darby Rose are all gentle, playful, and enjoy visits and treats (available in your room if you'd like to use them).

We also request guests do not pick anything from the garden.

Other things to note
Like a true country retreat, Wifi signal can occasionally be a little slow at times, but phone signal is excellent.
