From day one and booking through Expedia, and needing to call the property to confirm Aida answered the phone the FIRST time - no waiting for a return call and assured me the reservation was fine! We were placed in a beautiful suite. It was so spacious! Flat screen television in the den area and bedroom. HUGE bathroom. Everything was incredibly comfortable. We loved having the full sized refrigerator and king bed. WiFi was easy to sign on to and worked perfectly. Jacuzzi tubs are a huge bonus. Breakfast was incredible!!! So SO yummy. And when we had to call Aida again because we had to leave out so early to teach she made us “to go” breakfasts that were equally incredible. She was also very knowledgeable of the area, suggesting the best restaurant we have eaten at in a very long time and an incredibly fun swamp tour where we got pictures that are so beautiful we will be framing them!
