The building is 16x35 (560 sq.feet) with a small bedroom and full bathroom. Bamboo floors throughout, tile in bathroom.

We are an official Monarch Butterfly Way Station and sanctuary. Comfortable vintage sofa with comfortable sofa bed. Much of the interior made of reclaimed antique lumber.
Gorgeous hand made Rustic queen bed. Sliding barn doors. LED flame bulbs adorn the front porch area. We just added a huge covered deck on the side with a large smart TV and fans.
We are pet friendly, but we ask you provide a sheet or blanket if your pets get on furniture or the bed. If we have to launder the comforter there will be a 35$ charge. Pet hair has been a huge problem.

The main house has 2 units and an music/event hall. Very vintage, like a museum. The original part was built in 1929, though the rustic was recently built. There is an 8 foot privacy fence between the Rustic Cottage and the main house. We ask the the driveway to the back never be blocked. Smoking only allowed on front porch, leave the astray as you find it. Please don’t smoke cigarettes, vape or smoke pot inside. A 250$ fee will be charged if you smoke anything inside. Please keep your pets off the furniture and bedding unless you provide a blanket or sheet. If we have to launder the comforter there will be a 35$ charge.

We love this space! We recently began renting it out through Airbnb and could not believe the interest and bookings that took place the first month. The space turned out beautiful and we have received glowing reviews from all of our initial guests.

We are a non-smoking family with young children so do ask that ALL guests adhere to our no indoor smoking policy.

The Fannie Williams Room is located on the second floor of the main home. It has a queen size four poster bed. It has a private bathroom with a shower located about 20 feet from the room. It shares a spacious sitting area with The Ruffin Stirling, The William Winter and The John Leake accommodations. This room is fondly referred to as the "Doll Room."

Our Garden Rooms, individually named after our favorite streets in the New Orleans' Garden District, sit nestled in the new building overlooking the courtyard and pond. The Amelia, Bordeaux, Carondelet, Lasalle, and Octavia sit on the second story and the Prytania Garden room is on the first floor and handicap accessible. These cozy, quaint rooms are the perfect retreat for parties of two!

Our Beet Farm is a fully functional renovated mini-home to ensure our guests have everything they need, with luxurious touches to make sure they feel spoiled. Rain shower, private patio, full size refrigerator, big flatscreen, treadmill. We have a blow up mattress for an extra 3rd guest. Located approximately 2 miles from Tiger Stadium. We can't wait to share it with you!

This is a generously sized studio apartment. It has its own water heater and HVAC unit so you will always be comfortable.

You will have driveway/carport parking right outside your casita door. The space has its own patio that faces away from the main house, and you have full access to the backyard including play structure for small ones (shared space with us). We can also provide some lawn games if you are interested (corn hole, spike ball).
