The space
There is a full size bed as well as a queen size sofa bed, both which are very comfortable. There is a memory foam topper on both bed mattress and sofa bed mattress. There is a hair dryer and desktop mirror available as well.
There is a mini fridge (4.5 cu ft with separate freezer) and microwave available for use in the rental. There is a cooktop with two cooking tops and skillet/pots/pans are provided. There is also a coffee maker, toaster oven, large griddle, & George Foreman grill, rice cooker & waffle maker.
The rental includes a separate heating and air conditioning unit that can be adjusted to the guest's comfort level. The space includes a workspace perfect for business travel, with chair & desk large enough for most needs. Free wifi included! Take advantage of your host, who has their finger on the pulse of the city & can direct you to the right place for any genuine NOLA experience!

There is a private entrance to the Airbnb behind the main house. There is a private back patio attached to the Airbnb, exclusively for our guests. There is no parking in the driveway, please use street parking only. Street parking is always available and plentiful.
Other things to note
The Airbnb has an attached brick patio that is private for our guests. There is patio furniture , as well as two small fountains, incense burners and an array of plants. I will periodically come to the patio to maintain the plants.
The house sits on a double lot with a huge fenced in yard. Guest binder is included with all of the inside info on the best restaurants & experiences in New Orleans!
We have two dogs on the property. The dogs are mostly indoor, but we will occasionally have them in our little dog lot between our home & the Airbnb. The guest house is a completely separate building & the dogs do not have any access to the interior of the guest house.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire 1-bedroom guest house during their stay. You’ll enjoy your own private entrance, ensuring complete privacy throughout your visit. Inside, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and a standard bathroom with all the essentials.
You’re welcome to use the kitchenette to prepare meals and relax in the breakfast area. The space is designed for your comfort and convenience, with ample storage and seating. Additionally, you'll have access to free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.
The washer & dryer are on the bottom floor of the garage and will be shared with the guest in the house.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Parking: The home offers free parking in the driveway.

Please be mindful of noise, especially after 10:00 PM, as this is a quiet residential area.
Security: The property is equipped with security cameras on the exterior for safety, but there are no cameras inside the home.
Laundry: Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the garage during their stay. Please be mindful of the laundry schedule as the laundry is shared with the house guest.
Trash & Recycling: Please place trash in the designated bin at the back of the property. Garage pickup days are on Tuesday and Friday and bins can be placed on the street curb the night before pickup.
Temperature Control: The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning. Please adjust the thermostat to your comfort, but be mindful of energy conservation when away.
Maintenance: If you notice any maintenance issues or anything in the house that needs attention, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
Emergency Contacts: In case of an emergency or urgent issue, you can reach us directly by phone or through Airbnb messaging.
Garage Access: Occasionally with advanced notice the driveway/garage may need to be accessed, and we will work around your schedule if needed to get in or out.
Locks may not be changed at any time by guest.

The studio is an old garage converted into a living space. It is 650squarefeet designed with an open concept. Living room is open to the living room and bedroom. The tv can be turned so that you can watch straight from your bed, from the tub, or on the couch. All of the windows are tinted for privacy. We also have room darkening curtains for your preference.
Kitchen:
The kitchen features modern granite counter tops and gold handles. It features a 2 stove electric cooktop and a vent hood. The sink has a cutting board that sits flush to provide extra prep space when the sink is not in use. We have a full sized top freezer fridge. All the fridge shelves are lined for cleanliness. The cabinets and storage contains all the cookware you would need to prepare a meal if needed. There is a pull out trash can drawer and a pull out spice drawer next to the cooktop to provide easy access for cooking. We also have a Maytag dishwasher with a steel tub. The microwave is a Toshiba with a built in air fryer. We also provide other appliances as pictured in this unit. The kitchen island doubles as a dining table and workspace. It features 2 velvet adjustable stools.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is quite spacious and is designed with luxury wall tile and gold finishes. The tub is 60 inches tub and features a soaking floor mount and a rain shower for your preference. We added a lighted mirror in the bathroom with a built in light and defogger, so that you can get ready right after your bath... or take a selfie. Your choice! The Samsung stacking washer and dryer are brand new and has a steam dry feature that irons your clothes for you. No need for any additional items as the washer acts as your hamper too. Throw your dirty clothes in the washer, take a bath, and hang it up. It's all accessible in one place. We did not forget to add a bidet with heated seat and heated water feature. It even has a dryer! Never sit on a cold toilet again. It will change your life.
Parking:
Parking is shared with owners. We reserve a spot in the driveway for you. The unit is at the end of the driveway so you can park your car and head straight to your door.

There is no backyard access for this unit if that is important to you.
