The Eastwood Room is a private room downstairs. There is a 2 night minimum stay and no pets allowed because we have 2 pets that live with us. We have another property that is pet friendly at Bungalow in the Pines. There is an outdoor patio with comfortable seating and TV that includes an outdoor fireplace. On the other side is full access to pool, hot tub, pavilion and grill.

The Eastwood Room has 2 sets of French doors with one leading to the pool/pavilion area and one to outside patio that includes outdoor fireplace.
I make special offers to guests wanting to lease the upstairs guest suite and the Eastwood Room. The Ponderosa Option includes The Guest Suite, Eastwood Room, kitchen, and downstairs living area for $300/night not including cleaning fee. All guests have access to pool area, grills, and outdoor patio with fireplace.
This room is situated in the main house and the owner lives here on the opposite side of the house. Laundry area and kitchen are shared spaces. All reservations require a 2 night min stay.

MID-TERM RENTAL MINIMUM OF 30 DAY STAY.
We named this the "Speak Easy Apt." because the downstairs feels like a speak easy with the glass block and walk out basement feel. You have a huge master suite upstairs with a king bed.
It has a outdoor sitting area with a gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs to relax after a long day a work. There is a community BBQ and ample free parking just steps from your well lit entry door.
Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance.

There is a whole foods and tons more great shopping that are about a 4-5 min drive, as well. Relax in the country only 10 minutes from Madison, 15 from Ridgeland, 20 from Jackson or Canton. This charming, private apartment over the barn is newly renovated. Look out the windows to view the scenic pond, picnic table and fire pit. Although there are no animals living in the barn, you may get to see a family of 11 deer that frequently travel across the yard. Host lives on the property farther down the driveway. Washer/dryer available for use in host's detached garage.

Bedroom includes a queen bed and recliner with ottoman. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, double hot plate, coffee maker, sink, dining table that doubles as a desk, pots and pans, dishes, utensils.

Guests have access to the pond, picnic table, and laundry room in the detached garage. Guests are also welcome to love on Kubota and Ronald, the friendly and entertaining outdoor cats.

The space
Private Bungalow

Our former workshop was converted into a precious bungalow. It has a full galley kitchen, living area and bedroom. The bedroom has one queen bed and 2 single bunk beds. It is so cute and cozy with all amenities including complete privacy in the pine trees. The Bunkhouse was my former workshop/studio.
Guests have full access to the pool and WiFi. We do close down the pool on October 1 and open it back up in May. Come visit us.

There is a 2 night minimum requirement .

Other things to note
We are dog lovers and dog friendly. We love your fur babies, too. We ask that you have treated them for fleas and ticks. We use Seresto collars and they work great. Dogs have a big yard to play in. There are some lovely areas to walk and run with your pet.

There is one queen bed, one twin bed and an air mattress so it’s a perfect spot for a small family or a weekend getaway for two!

We are a couple blocks from one of the hottest areas in Jackson called “The District” and “Highland Village” with food, drinks and shopping! The Carriage House is decorated comfortably and fun and we want our guests to feel at home! It has all you need for a great stay. We provide the basics like soaps, great towels, kitchen supplies, dishes, shampoo, conditioner, etc!

There is an Amazon Firestick for tv access. There is a mini-fridge, stove and microwave in the guesthouse and a washer/dryer. As always, we provide fresh linens and coffee. The closest grocery stores are Whole Foods and Kroger.
