You can use the garage with a remote door.
Please use the left side of the driveway closer to the garage so that we could get in and out of our front yard. We will be using the right side of the driveway. And you can use the left side of the Driveway closer to the garage. You’re welcome to use the patio in the front yard with umbrella, tables and chairs. Let me know if you’d like to barbecue. This guest house is a hidden gem ideal for a restorative staycation, quiet business trip, or secluded getaway. Little Lagniappe is tucked behind its main house in Alexandria's historic Garden District just five minutes from River Oaks Arts Center, Randolf Riverfront Center, Louisiana College, POA, both area hospitals and with quick access to I49 and Hwy 167. Little Lagniappe was created to be a stylish, spotless, satisfying retreat!
The space
Little Lagniappe is newly renovated and furnished. Each light and airy room delivers its own punch of fun, from neon signs to local art and photography.
You'll find a smart tv in the living and bedroom allowing you to binge your favorite series. If reading, games, or cards is your jam, we've got that too.
The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities (including a Keurig because what is more necessary than coffee?) and some surprise treats too.
Take a long soak in the tub or a hot shower before jumping into the cushy king bed with the freshest linens. Forgot a toiletry item? No worries, we probably have it.
If you're looking for something to do while in town, check out the bulletin board in the laundry room; it's loaded with information about local venues, events, and recommendations.
A clean home is super important to us. If you are a clean freak too, we've left you a few cleaning supplies in case you can't fight the urge to wipe something down.

When you arrive, pull into the driveway, under the string lights to unload your things. Enter the backyard through the iron gate and follow the sidewalk to Little Lagniappe. Once you get your things unloaded, move your car to the street in front of the main house.
You will use the last four digits of your mobile number as your code for the smart lock. Simply push in your four digits followed by the large button at the bottom of the keypad to gain access to the guest house.
The whole space is yours to enjoy - minus the owner's closet. There is a closet available to you in the bedroom and a storage closet off the living room for your luggage if you need it.

You might encounter a cat. Please don’t feed him or let him inside. He’s a four legged squatter doing his best to become a permanent resident. 👎🏻

Here there are tons of natural light with quiet wooded & peaceful surroundings, yet it’s located 5-10 minutes from everything. The pool & spa area boast string lights which create the perfect ambience to enjoy either from within the home or poolside.

This rustic barn is the perfect place to pause time. With a front porch that’s perfect to watch the day fade away and a back porch to sip coffee on, you’ll love what this soul-giving property has to offer. While you’ll love the outdoor spaces, the indoor is also a Southern treasure with an expansive space, large ceiling fans and wooden charm all around.

With two levels, it’s an open concept that sleeps 6-8 people. (Think of a glamorous version of camping in a large room with friends and one shared bathroom.) It’s perfect for a group interested in catching up together to play games and make memories in a serene setting.
