- "Check in was super easy. Very clean and comfortable. The only negative was having to fill up the toilet with water to flush it. Other than that little inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay very much. - "Bonita1 is not only aesthetically pleasing, but furnished in a way that made it functional, too. There were thoughtful details such as lighted makeup mirror and motion sensing nightlights that could be adjusted. The mattress was good quality and very comfortable for us. It might be considered a little firm for some. Prior to booking, I was told that the parking would be under an awning, which was not the case. That said, the parking is conveniently located right at the front door. We had no issues with the neighborhood which was as described in the listing. It worked well for us (a couple) and we would stay there again."

- "Short distance for any travel nirse" - "I am so pleased with our recent stay! The property was so well put together and cute. For the price of the property, I was so happy with what we got and the friendliness of the staff that I was in contact with. I will absolutely book with them next time we're in the area!" - "The photos of the apartment do not accurately reflect the current condition of the apartment. If I had to guess, the photos were taken right after renovations were complete and several parties have been had since then. The furniture is stained, missing dishes have been replaced with cheap plastic substitutes, the shower has deep scratches in the bottom (I can't even imagine how that happened), repairs are messy (gobbed on caulk and spilled paint on the floors), and the kitchen cabinets had roaches in them. I was so disappointed, I walked out and went somewhere else. Overall the place gave me a bad vibe and I just did not feel comfortable staying there. Price was good, communication was great, but the photos do not accurately represent what you are getting."

Would definitely stay again!" - "Overall the property we stayed at was 5 star for the price point per night, kitchen is not equipped to cook, dishes are minimal and the kitchen was “used”. The backyard while they allowed pets was unkept and when it rained became gross and soggy. I needed the backyard for my pets and they didn’t want to walk through the standing water. - "This rental was as represented if you are expecting the Four Seasons or even the hotel experience this is not it. However, if you want a VERY comfortable bed which is often a problem for me this location will not disappoint. I travel to this area to care for my father often and I typically stay at the Holiday Inn in Pineville. However, I wanted more options, to save money, have more room, be able to cook my own meals, and park close to my room. This VRBO checked all those boxes. Now the trade-offs were the neighborhood is not as nice and I will admit I was a little taken aback when I arrived, however, it was very quiet and very safe. The cabinetry and the finishes in the unit are very dated however the unit is clean and offers a lot for the price charged. I will most definitely stay with this provider during future visits to the area because they were so easy to work with and responsive."

- "We were there for work for nearly 4 months. Owners answered promptly every time I messaged. Check in was a breeze. We had some maintenance requests and they were met. " - "Enjoyed our stay! I liked that there was an alarm. We came in late at night, the area looked a little sketchy at night, had a better view in the daytime, all was good. The location is close to all the stores you could possibly need. The water pressure was less than stellar, especially if you have thick curly hair, lol. - "Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing. And side note, we never stayed in this house, we found another place to stay. They have 2 pending deposits and I really hope that they fall off because if they try to take 2 deposit fees, we will be contacting our bank and reporting this a scam and fraud. - "This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Stones Throw Apartment is a nice cozy space that gives peace and comfort. This 2 Bedroom/1.5 Bath with laundry closet provides all the comfort of home. This place is great for guest that are traveling through for work, fun, family time, planed events in the area. Great for short stays and long stays.

Living room has one futon, one L-Shaped sofa, lazy boy chair, electric fireplace, Smart TV, and a Bay Window with three small sitting stools. Dinning room has a large dinning table that seats 6 guest, Bar area with two bar stools, and kitchen has stove, two microwaves. Dishwasher, and refrigerator. Storage area that wholes all the cleaning supplies. Bathroom located by the kitchen has a bath/shower unit, toilet, wash sink, and closet space with towels and wash clothes. One half bath located in Master Bedroom. Both bedrooms have a Smart TV. One jack and Jill laundry room with closet with three fans and extra bedding and pillows.
