- "My husband and I had a wedding to go to at the Ole town church, so we were looking for a place close by to stay and we found the perfect place! It was right down the street! Very clean and comfortable! Fadwa was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed! Guests included me (39yo female), my mother (73yo female), and my two children ages 7 and 4. We were in town to see family for five days. We chose the Haven because of its proximity to our family members and downtown. It's a great location where everything is only a 3-5 minute drive away. The WiFi works great, and we did not miss not having a TV (children had tablets if needed, and I used my phone). We mostly read books. My mother slept on the sofa in the front room, and I slept with my kids in the bedroom. We slept two in the bed and one on a cot. Everyone was comfortable. The AC units in the bedroom and front room keep those rooms cool. The bathroom and kitchen were a bit warmer with the summer heat, but we spent most of our time in the front room and bedroom anyway. My only two criticisms are the lack of a curtain in the bathroom for the tub (privacy and to keep water in the tub) and a lack of curtain/door for the bedroom (privacy and keep out light from hallway). If anyone wants to stay up later in the front room it would be nice if the bedroom had some sort of curtain or way to block light so that people sleeping would not be disturbed by the bathroom or kitchen light going on. All in all we had a nice stay, and we will likely book again the next time we are in town. We loved being able to bring our own food, and the kitchen had a toaster and microwave which was all we needed. Great place!"

This is a TINY home conveniently located to downtown and all local eating places. Great for 1 person that just needs a place to rest while in town. The murphy folds up when not in use so that you can make the most of the space available. Enjoy an afternoon out on the deck of this stylish TINY house. You can pull under small shed go through gate . There is a sign pull next to that . We have added a small fridge, microwave . There is NO television. Free Wi-fi is available. This place is a place to unwind and rest .

The owner is on site and very responsive to my questions. Along with the door code, please make sure you ask for where to park and how to navigate the gate. This is an apartment built within a shop. Cutest little thing!!
There is one bedroom with one Twin xl bed downstairs and a loft with a queen bed.We have one sofa that can make out to a twin bed in living room but it is not so comfortable.

Right in the heart of historic downtown Brookhaven on the second floor of a modernized, turn of the century (1905), building. Near the railroad station, full service restaurant on the first floor, restaurants, dry cleaners, large library, dollar store, post office, and much more within a couple of blocks. Lovely downtown area for walking. Business class internet (250mbps, up and down) . Please note that we only accept reservations from those guests with at least one positive review.

The space
14 foot ceilings, 8 foot windows, 100 year old heart pine floors, but with updated electrical and a/c -- heating. Note the second bedroom with a queen sized bed is not shown in the photos. The end of apartment overlooks the railroad, great for Railfans and kids, but we provide ear plugs and white noise sounds for the less enthusiastic.

You have the full 2,500 sq ft apartment to yourself. Free washer and dryer in shared laundry room down the hall.

Other things to note
A railroad runs through downtown Brookhaven. Great place to see the trains go by. There are occasionally trains at night.

Since we live in the building and have a school age child, excessive noise, or visitors, after 10:30pm isn't allowed.

The 200 sq ft rooms have been recently remodeled and have all the amenities you may need! There is a full-size bed. large enough for two and nice sitting area to relax. There is a 32" Roku TV wall mounted for your viewing pleasure.

The full kitchenette has a stove top, convection microwave and full-size refrigerator. Kitchen is supplied with all the utensils and cookware needed for your stay.

The bathroom has a nice vanity with mirror and a stand-up shower unit.

Additionally, down the hall and to the right, there is a coin-op washer and dryer for your convenience. As well as an ironing board and irons.

Other things to note
In addition to these apartments, there are five additional units across the hall that are lived in by our long-term guests. Please be mindful of this and respectful of their privacy!

Also be mindful of the staircase leading up to the second floor where the units are located. It is an easy walk up, but not handicap accessible.
