- "Just a little TLC and this place would be totally awesome 🤩. Not the Hilton but way better than Motel 6. We loved the spacious rooms. The decorations were pleasing to the eyes. Little stuff like one kitchen chair made it hard to eat at the kitchen table. The bed was worn, we rolled to the middle which made for cozy sleeping. The tub had its share of feet that had stood in it, making it a slippery situation. Bedroom curtain were lacking privacy of comfortable, back stairs by the windows. Not huge things but still concerns. Would I stay again, yes. The location was excellent. Quite neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping."

There were dirty wet towels in the closet and only half a role of toilet paper. The beds were very uncomfortable. As women staying at this location we felt very unsafe. - "We rented this property as a place I could meet up with my college daughter and spend time with her and cook for her. We left after the first night and did not complete our stay. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana despite the no smoking policy. The unit is in bad need of updating and the knobs on the stove were so dirty I was not going to touch them to cook. The apartment overall was clean but the smell permeated the entire unit. Even our clothes smelled after just one night in the apartment. My daughters were a bit afraid of the neighborhood and the other characters renting the units. We will not stay here again. Guests are allowed to move about an entire large property as they wish.

Each spot has parking either right next to or right in front of the unit.

The neighborhood is this cool combination of being right in the middle of town, but has a quiet and removed feeling. It's safe and clean. There is food, grocery stores, medical care, pharmacies, and most other conveniences within walking distance. There is almost nowhere in the area where parking and walking around is actually much of an option, so this is unique in West Monroe.

We respectfully request that smokers smoke outside away from doors and kindly dispose of their refuse in a trash receptacle.

As mentioned, these apartments and mobile homes are older but in good shape and well maintained. They are cute even. We are working on improvements every day. Please, if you notice a maintenance issue or have any other problems, bring it to us so we can help instead of leaving a bad review.
