La Cabaña overlooks the par 4, 5th Fairway of Ponce de Leon golf course with a view from tee to green, and is the perfect quiet and peaceful vacation accommodation for a couple or a single. When you arrive at La Cabaña, you will find it spotlessly clean and dust free. Linens and towels will be freshly washed, including the bed blanket. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the property. We are fanatical about the cleanliness of La Cabaña and we personally inspect La Cabaña before each guest arrival to meet highest standards of the best hotels.
When you arrive you will find a dedicated, paved parking place and a paved, lighted walkway past natural wooded area to the private entrance of La Cabaña. Upon booking you will be given your 4 digit key code for the keyless entrance - never worry about locking yourself out or losing the key! The blinds-between-the-glass, double French entrance doors give a view out to the private patio and the woods beyond. The bird feeders on the edge of the woods provide hours of entertainment for bird lovers. Blinds-between-the-glass ensure privacy inside when needed. On the patio outside the French door entrance to La Cabaña you will find chairs, a table for two, and a gas grill. A gas firepit is available for use in the spring and fall. From your private patio there is a beautiful, elevated view of the woods on one side and tee to green view of Ponce de Leon golf course #5 Par 4. The best part is that from your patio there are no other houses in sight, and the cart path is down the hill, on the other side of the fairway. Looking across the fairway are more woods and no houses. La Cabaña is centrally located to all nine Hot Springs Village golf courses and amenities, including being only 2.5 miles from beautiful Lake Balboa Beach and Marina - a quick drive or a walk down a hiking trail. Included are beach chairs for your use if requested. The historic Spa City of Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing and Casino, and Hot Springs National Park are only a 20 minute drive from La Cabaña. If you are a tennis player (we are), Hot Springs Village has the USPTA Coronado Tennis Center with 10 clay courts and 3 hard surface courts. For pickleball players, there are 14 nicely maintained courts with an active pickleball club that welcomes newcomers.

Nearby Lake Ouachita (45 minutes) is the largest and cleanest lake in Arkansas and famous for trophy stripers and hiking. Bring your fishing gear (or borrow ours) and your golf clubs! Bicyclists and hikers will enjoy the beautiful network of trails in the Village and all of Arkansas.

All guests must be minimum 21 years of age. If you are a first-time guest of La Cabaña we ask that you plan to arrive before 10 PM if possible. Beautifully remodeled one bedroom apartment located on the lower level of our home. Private entrance, just take the flagstone path along the side of our home to your apartment. The apartment is one bedroom, with an open floor plan full kitchen, dining area, and family room. One bathroom with a shower. There is a patio with a gas grill, table with chairs and a beautiful view of the 7th fairway of granada golf course. In the summer you could see fireflies at night and deer frequent the golf fairways during the evening hours. Many days you can hear and see canadian geese fying overhead. It's nature at it's best. We are located close to the east gate entrance to the village and close to restaurants, and lakes. We cater to weekend golfing couples or couples just wanting to get away for a romantic weekend. Only one bedroom so 2 is the maximum occupancy. There is no inside smoking, no pets and no children. Everything you need is furnished including towels, linens, coffee, etc. You control your own heat and air so you will be comfortable while staying in our home.. There are 7 beautiful golf courses cut out of the wooded hills of hot springs village. Including diamante country club, a club corporate affiliate. All within a ten minute drive of our home.
Check in is anytime after 3pm, check out is no later than 10am . Please note: we do NOT have a washer and dryer in our apartment. Iron and ironing board available upon request.

We moved from coastal SC and wanted to bring with us a semi-coastal living atmosphere. We live upstairs in this comfortable two story brick/framed private home situated on the #6 hole of the magnificent “Cortez” golf course. ‘la Casa Cortez is located downstairs with its own dedicated keyless entry patio door. Guests have their own lighted parking pad and walkway to the entrance. Your luxury bedroom includes a king size pillow top mattress with freshly laundered bedding, including blankets and bed spreads. This spacious get-away includes a closet to store clothes, golf clubs or anything else you want to keep out of the way. You will enjoy the open concept of a cozy living room and kitchen. A special feature is a dual purpose coffee table converting to a desk for computer use or extra eating space. An electric fireplace provides both supplemental heat and a pleasurable ambiance for those romantic evenings. There are two Lazy Boy recliners and a double loveseat recliner for your comfort and relaxation. We offer free high speed wireless internet, 55 inch Samsung HD flat screen Smart TV with free Netflix and on demand features! Your kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, double stainless steel sinks, micro-wave, toaster oven, convection oven, a double counter top burner and an induction plate for your meal preparation. Even though, you will have many options, you will be happy to know there are countless restaurants nearby!! We suggest trying “Debra's” which is only a short 7 min. drive, and is known throughout the village for serving an excellent breakfast and lunch. A large private patio awaits your arrival with access either through your living area or bedroom. Patio furnishings include table with four chairs, Weber charcoal grill, large gas grill and 2 additional lounge chairs and small table for relaxing enjoyment. Our unit is pet friendly and we welcome them as long as they mind their manners. A small pet fee will be required.

Sunny Oaks is a fully furnished, studio apartment with queen bed. It is located on the walkout level of our hillside guest house. It has an efficiency kitchen, 3/4 bath and private outside entrance, with a covered cabana deck. A small electric fireplace with heater provides warm ambiance. The forest view, with babbling creek below the house, is restful and relaxing. Maximum number of guests is two adults. Age to book 25.

Your "refuge" is 5 yrs new, clean, and peaceful. In this quiet inlet I have seen birds, turtles, ducks,geese,heron ,deer, and of course fish. The views inside are stunning from windows everywhere. Outside, you can enjoy the sunrise and moonlit nights over the lake from your covered and private patio. Also, there are 2 kayaks for you to enjoy the lake up close. (Watercraft can be rented and arranged thru this lakes also, this is the largest lake in the Village, there is also a beach with tents and a new playground!) The Village has a lot happening being the largest planned and gated community in the U.S. There is golf, fishing, hiking/walking/biking trails, etc and even a miniature golf course! All can be checked on HSV website before your visit. Inside this well appointed space the decor is transitional in style and all your comforts are covered. There is a comfy queen bed (w/topper) Kitchen/Dining, full size sofa bed with comfort enhancer, Kitchen/Dining, W/D, 2 GladFlat screen Smart tv with Netflix and Prime, 2 ceiling fans, black out blinds, beach chairs, beach towels.....
Follow the well lit flagstone path to your door and flat access to lake.
Easy location and arrival.

- "If you’re looking to get away for a couple of days and just enjoy the peace and quiet and some beautiful scenery, this is definitely a good spot to check out. It’s very quiet, the owner, Kim, lives upstairs, but we hardly heard or saw her the whole time we were there. She was very easy to communicate with through messages if needed, she even left me a nice card thanking me for my military service when she found out I was a veteran. We would definitely stay here again! Added bonus there’s two kayaks to use and the views are amazing if you row out onto the lake, some snacks are there for a quick pick me up and a bottle of wine for a quiet night in with your boo! One of my favorite things about this particular place was a table in the corner of the living room that was set up with everything you would find at a visitors center. There were all sorts of pamphlets, menus, maps and brochures of things to do locally, it was really helpful. We really had a great time. Thanks , Kim!"
