We live on the upper level of our home and are available to insure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. La Cabaña overlooks the par 4, 5th Fairway of Ponce de Leon golf course with a view from tee to green, and is the perfect quiet and peaceful vacation accommodation for a couple or a single. When you arrive at La Cabaña, you will find it spotlessly clean and dust free. Linens and towels will be freshly washed, including the bed blanket. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the property. We are fanatical about the cleanliness of La Cabaña and we personally inspect La Cabaña before each guest arrival to meet highest standards of the best hotels.
When you arrive you will find a dedicated, paved parking place and a paved, lighted walkway past natural wooded area to the private entrance of La Cabaña. Upon booking you will be given your 4 digit key code for the keyless entrance - never worry about locking yourself out or losing the key! The blinds-between-the-glass, double French entrance doors give a view out to the private patio and the woods beyond. The bird feeders on the edge of the woods provide hours of entertainment for bird lovers. Blinds-between-the-glass ensure privacy inside when needed. On the patio outside the French door entrance to La Cabaña you will find chairs, a table for two, and a gas grill. A gas firepit is available for use in the spring and fall. From your private patio there is a beautiful, elevated view of the woods on one side and tee to green view of Ponce de Leon golf course #5 Par 4. The best part is that from your patio there are no other houses in sight, and the cart path is down the hill, on the other side of the fairway. Looking across the fairway are more woods and no houses. La Cabaña is centrally located to all nine Hot Springs Village golf courses and amenities, including being only 2.5 miles from beautiful Lake Balboa Beach and Marina - a quick drive or a walk down a hiking trail. Included are beach chairs for your use if requested. The historic Spa City of Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing and Casino, and Hot Springs National Park are only a 20 minute drive from La Cabaña. If you are a tennis player (we are), Hot Springs Village has the USPTA Coronado Tennis Center with 10 clay courts and 3 hard surface courts. For pickleball players, there are 14 nicely maintained courts with an active pickleball club that welcomes newcomers.

Plush, clean, terry bathrobes will be waiting in the wardrobe. For the safety of our guests, La Cabaña has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and a carbon monoxide detector in the unit.

Outside the covered entrance French doors you will find a private, lighted patio surrounded by azaleas, with bistro table, patio chairs, bird feeders, and a gas BBQ grill. Nearby Lake Ouachita (45 minutes) is the largest and cleanest lake in Arkansas and famous for trophy stripers and hiking. Bring your fishing gear (or borrow ours) and your golf clubs! Bicyclists and hikers will enjoy the beautiful network of trails in the Village and all of Arkansas.
The bathroom is large, with a comfort height toilet, porcelain top vanity with drawers, and a modular, acrylic shower stall with soap and shampoo dispenser, and an electric forced air wall heater.
All guests must be minimum 21 years of age. If you are a first-time guest of La Cabaña we ask that you plan to arrive before 10 PM if possible. We like to greet our new guests and show them into La Cabaña to make sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. Beautifully remodeled one bedroom apartment located on the lower level of our home. Private entrance, just take the flagstone path along the side of our home to your apartment. The apartment is one bedroom, with an open floor plan full kitchen, dining area, and family room. One bathroom with a shower. There is a patio with a gas grill, table with chairs and a beautiful view of the 7th fairway of granada golf course. In the summer you could see fireflies at night and deer frequent the golf fairways during the evening hours. Many days you can hear and see canadian geese fying overhead. It's nature at it's best. We are located close to the east gate entrance to the village and close to restaurants, and lakes. We cater to weekend golfing couples or couples just wanting to get away for a romantic weekend. Only one bedroom so 2 is the maximum occupancy. There is no inside smoking, no pets and no children. Everything you need is furnished including towels, linens, coffee, etc. You control your own heat and air so you will be comfortable while staying in our home.. There are 7 beautiful golf courses cut out of the wooded hills of hot springs village. Including diamante country club, a club corporate affiliate. All within a ten minute drive of our home.
Check in is anytime after 3pm, check out is no later than 10am . Please note: we do NOT have a washer and dryer in our apartment. Iron and ironing board available upon request.

We moved from coastal SC and wanted to bring with us a semi-coastal living atmosphere. We live upstairs in this comfortable two story brick/framed private home situated on the #6 hole of the magnificent “Cortez” golf course. ‘la Casa Cortez is located downstairs with its own dedicated keyless entry patio door. Guests have their own lighted parking pad and walkway to the entrance. Your luxury bedroom includes a king size pillow top mattress with freshly laundered bedding, including blankets and bed spreads. This spacious get-away includes a closet to store clothes, golf clubs or anything else you want to keep out of the way. You will enjoy the open concept of a cozy living room and kitchen. A special feature is a dual purpose coffee table converting to a desk for computer use or extra eating space. An electric fireplace provides both supplemental heat and a pleasurable ambiance for those romantic evenings. There are two Lazy Boy recliners and a double loveseat recliner for your comfort and relaxation. We offer free high speed wireless internet, 55 inch Samsung HD flat screen Smart TV with free Netflix and on demand features! Your kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, double stainless steel sinks, micro-wave, toaster oven, convection oven, a double counter top burner and an induction plate for your meal preparation. Our second unit a dorm size refrigerator microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, TV, sofa/love seat, queen bed and eating area/desk! The unit can also be used independent of the other unit and has its own separate patio and patio door entrance.
Even though, you will have many options, you will be happy to know there are countless restaurants nearby!! We suggest trying “Debra's” which is only a short 7 min. drive, and is known throughout the village for serving an excellent breakfast and lunch. A large private patio awaits your arrival with access either through your living area or bedroom. Patio furnishings include table with four chairs, Weber charcoal grill, large gas grill and 2 additional lounge chairs and small table for relaxing enjoyment. Our unit is pet friendly and we welcome them as long as they mind their manners. A small pet fee will be required.

Sunny Oaks is a fully furnished, studio apartment with queen bed. It is located on the walkout level of our hillside guest house. It has an efficiency kitchen, 3/4 bath and private outside entrance, with a covered cabana deck. A small electric fireplace with heater provides warm ambiance. The forest view, with babbling creek below the house, is restful and relaxing. Maximum number of guests is two adults. Age to book 25.

Your "refuge" is 5 yrs new, clean, and peaceful. In this quiet inlet I have seen birds, turtles, ducks,geese,heron ,deer, and of course fish. The views inside are stunning from windows everywhere. Outside, you can enjoy the sunrise and moonlit nights over the lake from your covered and private patio. Also, there are 2 kayaks for you to enjoy the lake up close. (Watercraft can be rented and arranged thru this lakes also, this is the largest lake in the Village, there is also a beach with tents and a new playground!) The Village has a lot happening being the largest planned and gated community in the U.S. There is golf, fishing, hiking/walking/biking trails, etc and even a miniature golf course! All can be checked on HSV website before your visit. Inside this well appointed space the decor is transitional in style and all your comforts are covered. There is a comfy queen bed (w/topper) Kitchen/Dining, full size sofa bed with comfort enhancer, Kitchen/Dining, W/D, 2 GladFlat screen Smart tv with Netflix and Prime, 2 ceiling fans, black out blinds, beach chairs, beach towels.....
Follow the well lit flagstone path to your door and flat access to lake.
Easy location and arrival.

- "If you’re looking to get away for a couple of days and just enjoy the peace and quiet and some beautiful scenery, this is definitely a good spot to check out. It’s very quiet, the owner, Kim, lives upstairs, but we hardly heard or saw her the whole time we were there. She was very easy to communicate with through messages if needed, she even left me a nice card thanking me for my military service when she found out I was a veteran. We would definitely stay here again! Added bonus there’s two kayaks to use and the views are amazing if you row out onto the lake, some snacks are there for a quick pick me up and a bottle of wine for a quiet night in with your boo! One of my favorite things about this particular place was a table in the corner of the living room that was set up with everything you would find at a visitors center. There were all sorts of pamphlets, menus, maps and brochures of things to do locally, it was really helpful. We really had a great time. Thanks , Kim!"

Home on the Range apartment has endless vistas of the golf course and the hills beyond and is completely private. Guests have their own designated parking spot and walk via a paved path to the apartment. We have a valet cart at your disposal. The side yard is private and shaded for your enjoyment. The totally updated bedroom suite has a new king hybrid memory foam mattress, plush sofa, and a desk with cushioned office chair, large screen tv and fast, reliable WiFi, and it’s own AC! Spanning 26,000 acres of the Ouachita Mountains, HSV is home to 12 lakes, 9 golf courses, a first-class fitness center with indoor pool, outdoor pool, parks, 15 tennis courts, pickle ball courts, boating, swimming, water sports, fishing, 30 miles of walking and biking trails, outdoor concerts, churches and restaurants and hangouts with live music and Karaoke.

While you will feel like you are out in the middle of nowhere, you are actually less than 5 miles from the Hot Springs Village Wal-Mart (and other stores / restaurants), and less than 10 mi from downtown Hot Springs!

Barry originally constructed this building in 2021 as a creative production space for our CBD infused creations. We just completed the transformation into a complete living space and simply love it!

We feel that it's most comfortable with 3 guests but will allow up to 6 for this event. You are welcome to set up one tent on the deck or on the lawn close to your deck.

The views are amazing. It is set back away from the main house and guest house to allow more privacy and a feeling of seclusion.

This is one large room with a Queen Bed and a Full Size Murphy wall bed which folds up when not in use for a more open feeling.

There is a comfortable sofa/seating space that overlooks the deck, the lake and the surrounding forest that provides amazing sound and an instant feeling of relaxation.

There is a regular coffee pot and a k-cup machine. We'll provide coffee options (cream & sugar) and also tea and hot chocolate.

There is a refrigerator but we recommend bringing some coolers for additional cold food/drink storage space.

We will provide all the paper products you'll need during your stay including paper plates, napkins, bowls, plastic utensils, cups, coffee cups, aluminum foil, trash bags, toilet paper, etc...

All towels and linens are provided.

There is also a horseshoe pit that is close to the Studio that will be reserved for your group only so that you don't have other guests too close to your space.

Shared guest amenities include the 4 acre lake, the soft sandy beach and bungalow area. There is a covered picnic table and seating there and also a small propane fire pit (great for smores). We also have several kayaks and paddle boards. If you have extra beach chairs and/or kayak and paddle boards feel free to bring them.

There are a couple of fishing docks and you can either catch and release or keep any fish under 13". There are primarily bass, crappie & catfish.

There are over 1.5 miles of private groomed trails throughout this beautiful 80 acre property and you can hike and/or mountain bike at your will. The property is completely fenced so you can comfortably wander too.

There are a few meditative/relaxation stations on the property which provide a perfect place to rest and reset.

We have two additional accommodation options for this event. One is our Guest House (sleeps up to 8) and the other is the Great Room (sleeps up to 13). So there will be anywhere from 20 - 30 additional guests on this spacious property for the event.

We are including an Eclipse Gift Basket worth over $300 in retail value.
Some of the items that are in there are a commemorative Eclipse Poster 3 Piece Set and Eclipse Viewing Glasses for each of the guests. There is also commemorative Eclipse Buttons & Magnets, DIY Paint Sun/Eclipse Wooden Wall Hanging and sun/moon crystal window hanger for each of the guests.
And for the group collectively there are books, crafts and CBD product samples from our retail store, Hot Springs Hemp Company located in downtown Hot Springs.

This space along with the entire property will be available for private events including weddings, reunions, retreats in the future.

Town is going to be extremely busy during this time and we would encourage you to bring everything that you think you may need with you. There is a Walmart about 3.5 miles away. There are some fast food options including Sonic as the closest (1 mile) McDonalds & Subway are about 4 miles. There are also a couple of other restaurant options towards Hot Springs Village as well as many downtown. Downtown Hot Springs National Park is about 10 miles from the property. Bathhouse Row, Central Avenue has amazing history and fun tours and great independent shops like ours, Hot Springs Hemp Company. Ron Coleman's crystal digging is about 7 miles from the house. Garvin Woodlawn Gardens is a beautiful spot to visit and their world famous Tulip Festival may still be going on at this time. Hot Springs Village has 7 public golf courses.

Having said all that, the most recent city predictions as far as people in town is increasing daily and mass gridlock in some of the areas in and around Hot Springs is being expected.

Our property is so peaceful so big and so enjoyable you won't want to or need to leave it.

The closest medical facility/emergency room to us is 20-25 minutes with no traffic. It may be impossible to get to during this time due to the 250,000-300,000+ additional town visitors that will be here. One of our guests is a RN and she will be onsite for the entire event and will be available in case of any emergencies.

We are excited to share this amazing property with you and know that you will love it like we do. Our goal is to have the entire property available within the next year or so for private events, weddings, reunions, retreats or any kind of gathering.

Sunny Oaks is a fully furnished, artist inspired studio apartment with queen bed. It is located on the walkout level of our hillside guest house. It has an efficiency kitchen, 3/4 bath and private outside entrance, with a covered deck. A small electric fireplace with heater provides warm ambiance. This studio is perfect for a single traveler, Village visitor or remote worker. Couples will find it a cozy place to retreat from hectic life in the city. Age to book 25.

The space
Sunny Oaks Studio is returning to the Airbnb stage after spending almost 5 months in restoration mode. It still has the same wonderful interior, but the exterior landscape has dramatically changed. On March 14th, 2024, we experienced an F2 tornado that severely damaged the upper level of our guesthouse and our beautiful forest. It has taken diligent, daily, dawn to dusk effort by a dedicated team to put the house back together. Thankfully, we are nearly there…..the interior is done, siding and decking is almost finished and we are now beginning the monumental task of envisioning our new landscape plan….keeping it simple, yet functional.
For those of you who have stayed with us before, you will find few changes inside, but the twisted pines and downed trees on our lovely street and along the walkway down to the private entrance, will be a stark reminder of the devastation that occurred here in a matter of minutes. Where we once enjoyed nearly full shade from our beautiful pine forest, we are now in full sun, with a beautiful blue sky overhead. The covered deck remains to offer a shady, comfortable spot to view the new vistas. Our new roof now supports a full contingency of solar panels to provide for all our energy needs, reminding us that changes happen, but that sometimes a problem can become a wonderful opportunity.

Many great restaurants nearby with very easy access There is a small deck outside the door and 30 strides to the lake. The views are gorgeous! Featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, washer/dryer and a game room with a pool table! Guests have use of boat dock, and kayaks. Please wear protective life vests while on lake.

No Garage Use is allowed. No Fire Pit use is allowed, due to New P.O.A. regulations.

The space
This Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment is located on Lake Balboa. The space offers a King Bed, a Queen bed and Two Queen sized Sofa Beds, allowing 8 to sleep comfortably. The view from the Deck is spectacular! Just a short walk away you'll enjoy Balboa Beach where you can swim, grill, hike, and the kids can enjoy a newly developed playground! We are located on the second floor above the Marina convenience store, where you will find yummy food, items for your trip, boat and kayak rentals and more! Lake Balboa is the biggest lake in the Village with a White sand beach, pavilions, picnic tables and grills.

The Marina is located right next door to The Sunset Grill, offering Great food, Desserts, Cocktails and a wonderful outdoor Deck overlooking Lake Balboa.
