- "Very nice" - "I come over often to fish. Husband came with me this time. I don’t like the crowds at the local resort so we always get a rental house. We have been watching this property and wanted to check it out. We suggest the grill needs replaced. My husband cooked steak but one grill would not start at all. One only barely worked. That would be an easy fix. Also the moisture problem would probably be a problem for someone who is not familiar with dehumidifiers and the need to dump the water so often. We had to dump it about every 5 hours. Husband suggests installing it to a drain line so that it never needs emptied. None of that is a criticism and we will definitely check with you first on the next trip. The location was perfect. The seclusion was ideal. We lucked out and we’re the only people there so we had the whole place to ourselves."

We are so happy to welcome you to our little nook in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Our amazing area boasts not just one, but two beautiful lakes and 3 rivers. This is a place to escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature and each other, and slow your roll down.

On July 24, 2019, the City of Mountain Home was the very first in the state of Arkansas to implement a Downtown Entertainment District. Between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and midnight daily, patrons of the district can leave a restaurant or bar with a single commercially branded paper or plastic cup of beer, wine or a mixed drink to be consumed in the boundaries of the district.

We invite you to take an evening stroll down to our local square to enjoy a 5-star dinner at Rapp’s Barren Brewery & Gastropub. They have some of Arkansas best craft brews! Close the evening off with a glass of wine at Crush Studio.
When you wake up tomorrow, we know you’ll need a pick me up after your fun night, so take a short walk to Cove Coffee for some gourmet coffee and baked goods!

If you forget something, there is a grocery store right next door.

Our 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment is newly remodeled but boasts the original charm of this building, and is within walking distance to downtown Mountain Home.
This space sleeps up to 6 people, has a desk if you’re here on business, and has a studio kitchen that has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. (Pack n play and highchair available upon request.)

- "Clean. Good location, right on the river. would stay again." - "This place is so quiet and nice. A perfect get away with the River just steps away. Wildlife is abundant allover the area. The studio has everything you need all you have to do is bring your food. I love how everything is so spacious and clean. Minutes from town to grab some groceries to cook out on 1 of 2 grills and multiple patios to sit at. This is my second stay at this property and we will be back next year as there are so many towns close by to visit for unique things to do with the family. From flea markets all over, the Ozark Folk Center, Blanchard Caverns and even Axe Throwing. The owner is so nice."
