It is fully equipped with a well stocked kitchen, bbq grill on the big patio, smart TV and wifi. Right outside your door is a large backyard with a fire pit. So grab a drink and relax or have some fun playing yard games. Sam's Pizza is right across the street with great food and live music. We suggest grabbing a drink or some pizza on their back deck that overlooks the lake. Sunset is our favorite!

#1 Americana Kitchenette has a full size bed and a set of bunk beds at the end of the living and kitchen areas. The camp style bathroom is set up with double the sinks, commodes and showers. Nearby is the swimming hole (no lifeguard and bring your own towels) and Wolf Pen ATV Trails (within 1 mile). There is some playground equipment. All linens and toiletries are provided for in kitchenette use. The efficiency kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. All you need to bring is your food and drinks. We are an alcohol and smoke free environment. There is no internet service and cell service is spotty, so you're welcome to bring your board games. Snack shack available with snacks, ice and non-alcoholic drinks. We have no DVD or TV, nor any TV service for the kitchenettes. We have included the cleaning fee with the nightly fee.
