It is fully equipped with a well stocked kitchen, bbq grill on the big patio, smart TV and wifi. Right outside your door is a large backyard with a fire pit. So grab a drink and relax or have some fun playing yard games. Sam's Pizza is right across the street with great food and live music. We suggest grabbing a drink or some pizza on their back deck that overlooks the lake. Sunset is our favorite!

#1 Americana Kitchenette has a full size bed and a set of bunk beds at the end of the living and kitchen areas. The camp style bathroom is set up with double the sinks, commodes and showers. Nearby is the swimming hole (no lifeguard and bring your own towels) and Wolf Pen ATV Trails (within 1 mile). There is some playground equipment. All linens and toiletries are provided for in kitchenette use. The efficiency kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. All you need to bring is your food and drinks. We are an alcohol and smoke free environment. There is no internet service and cell service is spotty, so you're welcome to bring your board games. Snack shack available with snacks, ice and non-alcoholic drinks. We have no DVD or TV, nor any TV service for the kitchenettes. We have included the cleaning fee with the nightly fee. Located RIGHT ON THE WATER, you will have a BEAUTIFUL and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW of the lake from inside the living room and kitchen. There is a queen bed in the main floor bedroom and a king bed in the loft upstairs. There are closets in both bedrooms.

The condo is located inside a gated community. You will receive a code to the gate as part of your check-in instructions. There is one designated parking spot in front of the condo you are staying in and additional parking at the back if needed. Continuing down the hall, you will find the bathroom on your right that is equipped with a walk-in shower. The cabinet holds plenty of towels and extras that might come in handy!

Next to the bathroom is the kitchen, which is fully furnished with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Just bring your groceries and start cooking. Included in the kitchen is a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, sink, and single cup coffee maker. The condominium also has an outdoor grilling area and picnic tables. We have provided some seasonings in the kitchen as well. There is a bar with barstools for you to use as extra seating or eating at the bar.

Guest access
We have a private parking area where guests can park one vehicle while staying with. If there is a second vehicle, it must park on the street in front of the building. Street parking is free.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
