Enjoy the scenery … any season! The vaulted ceiling living area opens to a large deck with the best views of Music Mountain, the highest point in Hot Springs National Park. Fire up the gas grill in the courtyard for an outdoor feast, lounge on the deck and read to sound of birds and waves lapping the shoreline, or take a sunset boat ride on the calm waters. With 45 feet of lakeshore in the Stokes Creek Basin, you can go fishing in your own back yard, right off your private, one boat slip covered dock! A unique vacation experience awaits on this private 40 acre retreat. The property borders Lake Catherine, with 2000 feet of private shoreline, woods, creeks and trails to explore. This family friendly property is yours to explore and enjoy. (Children 5 years old and up welcome. Kayaks, paddle boards and peddle boats are provided for your use during the months of

The roads and driveways were reconfigured in November of 2025 and are easier to navigate.

The treehouse is designed and decorated to help you relax. It features a bedroom with a king bed as well as a loft with a queen bed and two twin beds. The full bath has plush towels with soap and shampoo provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. It has a microwave, drip coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, griddle, convection toaster oven with air fryer and hot plates. A charcoal grill and picnic area is just outside. The tall vaulted ceiling and shiplap walls help create a light and airy feel.

The house is air conditioned, heated and also has an all season fireplace. The large wrap around deck has a porch swing and plenty of seating for outdoor relaxing or enjoying a morning cup of coffee with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and woods. There are televisions in the bedroom and living area. Games, books, movies and a Blu-ray player are available for your enjoyment.

The lake and property is home to numerous birds and other wildlife. Deer, squirrels, chipmunks and all birds native to the area are routinely seen around the property. We regularly see Bald Eagles! Listen for their high-pitched call when you are outside. Geese and ducks are seen daily on the water or flying overhead. There is a wide array of plant life on the property, from the hardwood forests to the wetland areas. In season, enjoy picking wild blackberries, blueberries and muscadines! Don't miss "Big Pine point", and one of the largest pine trees in the state.

The treehouse at Lakeside Memories is a great place for adventure and exploration or a place to get away and relax.

Feel free to bring your boat and use our boat dock. Beach towels, Life jackets and lake toys are provided.

The treehouse doesn't have Wi-Fi. We like to suggest a better connection. Connect with your family and friends, nature or maybe yourself. This is a great place to unplug and relax. (There is good cell reception and your hotspot will work if needed.). There is an open loft and elevated deck so no children under 5. Children 5 years old and up are welcome!

FYI: Lakes Catherine and Hamilton have a "winter drawdown". Months of November - through March 15 of following year, the lake levels are lowered.

Atop the trees of the Ozark Forest sits the 87Getaway Treehouse, a truly awe inspiring experience awaiting guests. A king sized bed and full sized sleeper sofa give you plenty of sleeping space. While inside, a jacuzzi tub and tv provide you with both comfort and entertainment. Outside, on the top level, it's all about the atmosphere of being surrounded by trees on the same level as you. The lower level offers a patio with fans, furnishings, a hammock, firepit, and a grill.

Upper Level: Fully furnished and extremely comfortable. There is a deck that surrounds the entire upper level, complete with seating, so that you may enjoy being amongst the many trees that surround the Treehouse. Inside is a stocked kitchen, king sized bed, smart tv (with netflix), a jacuzzi tub, and plenty of seating for all guests.

Lower Level: We've got all the patio furnishings you could want, complete with a hammock for relaxing. Ceiling fans provide plenty of airflow during the hot summer months. Close to the covered area is a fire pit and grill with rock wall and traditional seating. If you were to grill some burgers or hotdogs, you are only steps away from serving the food on the lower patio or around the firepit. Perfect for cookouts!

There is no satellite or cable but we have a Netflix account ready for guest use. You can also use your favorite streaming services on the smart tv. If you happen to not remember to sign out, we'll take care of it for you.

Guest access
The entire 87Getaway Treehouse is available to guests. There is plenty of acreage, so if you enjoy walks through nature, feel free to explore the surrounding area.

Interaction with guests
I am usually home in the afternoons and live in the cabin at the end of the driveway. I'm always open to meeting guests, so stop by and say hi if you'd like. You can always get ahold of me (or my son, the listing manager) by phone or through the app. Someone's always around to provide information or assistance.

Other things to note
Check-in is easy! Once you are booked you'll arrive to find the door unlocked and a key left inside for you, anytime after 2pm. Self check-in is implemented so that you won't have to go through any extra trouble when switching between traveling and treehouse.

This tiny cabin located on 38 privately gated acres has much more to offer than a normal vacation rental. Whether you spend the day at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, hiking one of the many trails, or just relaxing in the hot tub overlooking a tranquil waterfall that flows into a fish-filled pond, you’re sure to have fun! The cabin features a well-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and spices, queen bed lounge area downstairs, crawl in cozy sleeping loft , a large bathroom space and an outdoor paradise. Sip coffee on the patio or make a cocktail and sit by the fire pit. Though it may be little in size, this tiny home has no shortage of amazing amenities that make it a great place to stay while visiting Hot Springs.
We are located in a rural area with a private gate entrance to the property so lots of privacy. This cabin has no shared spaces. Owners do live on property to ensure they are available when needed.
The Time Out cabin is a different vacation experience with an adventurous style of lodging. It has a full size queen bed/ lounge space downstairs and also a queen bed in the sleeping loft.

Conveniently located near area attractions, this modern rustic Studio offers a cozy setting for your Ozark getaway. The open concept cabin offers a newly renovated kitchen and has a full bed with memory foam mattress, built in bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large covered porch or gather around the fire pit in the evenings with the ones you love.

The Studio is a small 480 sq. ft. open concept space with a full bed, queen sleeper sofa, and two built in twin bunks. There is a dining table for four and a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom has a stand up shower, no tub. This cabin is dog-friendly, with an additional $50 pet fee (MAX 2 dogs). Sorry, no cats allowed.

This cabin has fast fiber internet, but there is minimal cell service. You will need to enable wifi calling on your smartphone and/or use messaging apps through wifi. There is a landline available for emergency and local calls.

The cabin is located on a gravel road, and is therefore not recommended for those traveling on motorcycles or vehicles with very low clearance.

~It should be noted that our properties are located in a rural and, in some cases, remote area of the Ozarks, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control device, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this.

*Please clean up after your dog.
*Please do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties. Many of our homes are located near residential neighborhoods, and we must respect the comfort and privacy of those residents. Complaints may lead to eviction without refund.
*Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc. that have pet hair left behind.
*Please don’t leave your dog unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for those situations in which you must leave. You are responsible for any damages your pet causes.
*Please ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up-to-date, especially flea treatment.

Come stay at our cabin on a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton located in beautiful Hot Springs, AR. This 2 bedroom/2 bath cabin is close to everything.

Only 15-20 minutes away from historic downtown Hot Springs where you can do some shopping on Central Avenue, visit Oaklawn Park gaming and racing, or spend time at Magic Springs theme and water park (in season). If you’d rather just stay in, you can relax in the hot tub, do some bird watching on the nature trail and roast some marshmallows at the fire pit. Free WiFi.

The Living Room
The living room has seating for 5 that includes theater style reclining couch and rocker, recliner and a tufted side chair. The couch has cup holders and console with outlet and USB for charging electronics. A smart TV with soundbar is located over the electric fireplace.

The Bedrooms (2)
The spacious master bedroom is looking out over the deck and into the woods. It boasts a king size bed with smart TV and soundbar along with a bathroom and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom has queen bed and Roku streaming TV.

The Two Baths (2)
The master bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower with seat and extra shower wand along with double vanities and toilet. The guest bathroom has a vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combo- large soaking tub.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel fridge, microwave, electric stove top, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot, Ninja blender, air fryer, pots & pans and all cooking utensils.

Laundry
The laundry room is located near the kitchen and has iron, ironing board and a washer and dryer available for guest use.

The Decks
The back deck has a small 2 person couch and table as well as a bar table for 4 with tilting umbrella. Bose speakers can play your favorite tunes while you spend time lounging in the 5 person hot tub for the ultimate relaxing vacation.

Nature trail, Fire Pit and Covered grill area
A nature trail is located around and behind the cabin for a walk down to the cove that leads to Lake Hamilton (Kayaks available for use Mar.-Oct.). Enjoy playing some horseshoes, or corn hole in the yard or grill up some burgers and have a picnic at the table along the trail.

Outdoors
The property sits on 2 acres and has outdoor security cameras and a video doorbell to monitor for security the front, back and sides of the cabin. No video is shared and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in the public areas of the property.

This beautiful cabin is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks. The cabin features a private bedroom with two person jetted Jacuzzi tub. There is also a loft with queen bed as well if you decide to bring the kids along. There is a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. The sunsets from the porch are amazing! You are sure to enjoy this little slice of heaven.

Overall, would 100% return to this Cabin if the surrounding trails were better quality."

Cottage at the Creek is accessed by steep county-maintained gravel road. While most cars make it fine, motorcycles do not. Sorry, no campers, trailers, or ATV's of any kind allowed. Please be respectful of property boundaries, as marked. Walk, don't drive, to the creek.

It is important to note that the Cottage is in a remote area and accessed by county maintained gravel road and narrow gravel driveway. The final approach to the cabin is a steep gravel hill. Although 4WD is helpful, it is not necessary. If you need tips for driving on gravel roads and accessing the steep gravel hill, we are here to help.

Just 15 minutes from town, the Hut is located at the end of a privately maintained gravel road. Please drive slowly on Old Hwy 5 as you may meet another car and will need to pass by carefully. Livingston Creek is crossed by bridge to reach the cabin. In times of extreme rainfall the creek may be over the bridge, making the cabin inaccessible. I will advise you in advance if I feel this is something that might be an issue during your stay.

- "We came for the first time last June (2022) and enjoyed our visit so much we came back again for our vacation this June 2023. This is a nice, well kept property. It is just the right size for a couple with 1-2 dogs. We brought our dog Maggie and she loves it here! Maggie is a 70 pound Husky Shepherd. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for a week's stay if you plan to do your own cooking. There is a nice grill and fire pit with wood we used some evenings as well. Located on a lake, we went swimming down in the swimming area some evenings, and I took a kayak out on the lake as well. Roxy Ridge is a very unique cabin development that boast incredible National Forest and Lake Views within walking distance to Horsehead Lake and the newly developed Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center. Roxy Ridge 3, the third cabin in the development contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and balcony. The unit has one bedroom with king bed, one queen sleeper sofa and full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The balcony and look out tower will take your breath with the surrounding nature and tree top feel of it all.

A perfect place for a quiet getaway, this newly built modern A-Frame cabin is tucked in the woods without another cabin in sight. Located between Court Square and Blanchard Springs Caverns, it's convenient to area attractions.

This cabin sleeps 6, with a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom and two full beds in the upstairs open-concept loft, which is accessed by spiral stairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with all the cookware and serving ware needed for preparing meals, as well as a propane grill on the large deck. The one bathroom has a tub/shower combo as well as a full sized front load washer dryer.

The A-Frame is located in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from town. The cabin is accessed by steep gravel drive and is not suitable for motorcycles, though other vehicles make it fine. In winter weather the cabin may not be accessible.

~It should be noted that our properties are located in a rural and, in some cases, remote area of the Ozarks, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this.

*Please do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties. Many of our homes are located near residential neighborhoods, and we must respect the comfort and privacy of those residents. Complaints may lead to eviction without refund.
*Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc. that have pet hair left behind.
*Please don’t leave your dog unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for those situations in which you must leave. You are responsible for any damages your pet causes.
*Please ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up-to-date, especially flea treatment.

The cook shack has a gas grill and charcoal grill byo charcoal. Enjoy the pavilion with plenty of seating, and a screened in porch. Ride your ATVs from property 1 mile to the south Wolf Pen Gap trail head. While visiting the area you may want to check out the local area by visiting Little Missouri Falls, Bard Springs, Shady Lake, and Albert Pike. Visit the newly remodeled Queen Wilhelmina State Park. Also Mena has many antique shops and locally owned restaurants with down home cooking.

Close to everything best describes this location with a great covered Cabana for outdoor enjoyment.Large field and a fishing pond all part of this property. Frequently getting to watch families of deer grazing out front.

Cameron's Cabana is at the back of of a 3acre tract with woods as a back drop and a field surrounded by trees fabulous for walks or safe play for children with a fishing pond.Location is safe.

Although there is an Air bnb to your right and left we have taken great lengths to give your Cabana areas privacy.The field out front,including the fire pit area and the pond are shared with all three cabins in common. After 9pm please be respectful of other guests if the units are occupied Please note there was temp heat mentioned in guest comments.Central heat and air is fully operational now.There was an issue with the old thermostat.

This cabin is located 8 miles from the town of Ozark, Arkansas in the Arkansas River Valley. The building is new with a kitchen, large bathroom, and one bedroom. The seating in the living room can also be used as a twin bed. The location is surrounded by old forest and is peaceful and quiet. A good location for kayaking the Mulberry River, swimming at Cove Lake, hiking Mt. Magazine or just resting in the peaceful countryside.

The space
There is a kitchen with a hot plate with two burners, pots and pans, microwave, small toaster oven/air fryer, medium sized fridge and freezer.
We have a small bedroom with queen sized bed and a sofa bed that’s also queen sized. There will be an air mattress for use as well.

We have provided a fire pit with 4 chairs and front porch seating. Along with a BBQ grill to the back of the cabin.

There is also enough yard space to play yard games or have a tent or two. Guests have access to their own private entry driveway with enough room for several cars.

We have decided to no longer allow pets. If you booked a trip before Oct 6th 2024 we will excuse this rule but please do not let your pets potty in the house or get on the furniture!

The space
Our one room cabin is a cozy and rustic Oasis nestled in the picturesque landscape of Northern Arkansas. The interior of the cabin is filled with warmth and charm and is decorated with rustic wood furniture and accents. The room features a double bed, sofa, dining table and chairs, and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower tub combo, toilet and sink. The cabin also has a spacious deck where guests can enjoy the fresh air and take in the stunning views of Clear Creek. for your convenience, the cabin is equipped with wifi, a flat screen, TV, heat and air conditioning!

The nearby White River is a great spot for fly fishing. It's home to a variety of fish including brown rainbow and brook trout.
You can also take a river cruise and enjoy the scenery.
The Buffalo River is a great spot for exploring. It's full of spectacular views.

It is duck and hunting season and always time for fishing or just visiting family or friends! Relax in a quiet neighborhood, just a minute from the boat ramp, where you can catch some of the fish Millwood is famous for or haul in your limit of ducks! We have plenty of room for boat and truck parking, and water and electricity for keeping everything charged and ready to go! When you are finished fishing for the day we have a fish cleaning station. Finish the day with a warm fire and comfy bed!

This cabin sits right on the main channel of the Arkansas River. It is built from cedars cut from surrounding land and mostly repurposed items. The train tracks run alongside the river, so guests can enjoy both train and barge traffic. The loft bedroom is accessed by stairs that would be more aptly described as a ladder; it would be dangerous for small children or people who are not well balanced. Guests can enjoy the outdoor fire pit, grilling, and beautiful sunsets.

The space
This is a primitive cabin and not suited for people who cannot easily climb a ladder. There is a loft bedroom and a futon couch. There are also two hammocks that can be hung on the hooks inside or on trees outside. There is a beautiful view (no access) of the Arkansas River. Railroad tracks run alongside the river, so there will be train traffic (they do not honk, just rumble on past). There are also dogs, chickens, and cows on the property; ear plugs are provided just in case any noise disturbs your sleep. The kitchen has a Breville oven that can hold a 9x13” pan. There are 2 portable burners, a toaster, a kurig, and a microwave. The kitchen is equipped with pans and baking dishes. Landscaping is still in progress. We live on the property right next to the cabin, and will interact as little or much as needed.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cabin and surrounding outside area. Outside, there is a fire pit, a chiminea, and a covered area with an Oklahoma Joe smoker/grill.

Other things to note
The climb up to the loft bedroom is basically a ladder; please make sure your party is comfortable climbing up and down from the loft. Keep in mind that the bathroom is downstairs, which means climbing down in the middle of the night to use the facilities. Also, there are dogs, chickens, and cows on the property, so you may hear barking, roosters crowing, or cows mooing (as well as the train!) Ear plugs are provided just in case these noises disturb your sleep.

Our Cabin Oasis is centrally located to so many great places. You can hit the water on the Buffalo River, or Greer’s Ferry Lake. Plenty of trails for hikes, bikes, or ATVs. There is also lots of great local restaurants! There is a drive inn movie theater, that also serves up some great food! A great place to come make memories with the family, romantic getaway, or girls/guys trip. There is plenty to do here in the Ozarks that will entertain any group.

There's a Second cabin #2 that accommodates the same both can be rented for larger groups. The Cabins are just off of Hwy 88 about 15 miles from Mena, AR. in the Cherry Hills Community. We are centrally located in the middle of two ATV/UTV trails systems Fourche Trails are about 6 miles away and Wolf Pen Gap East Trail head is 9 miles, you can ride your SXS to them .
