- "I just loved this entire experience. The property is in a beautiful setting on many acres in the country. The owners love their home and it shows. They have filled their huge property with beautiful flowers and trees and many bird feeders. Sitting on the front porch watching the humming birds is so relaxing. The bed was the most comfortable I ever slept in- best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The breakfast is amazing. It was different each morning, all freshly prepared, homemade recipes. You can smell it being prepared while you sit on the front porch watching the humming birds. It is in a great location 20 to 30 minutes from some of the most beautiful national parks and state and national forests. Beautiful lakes with hiking trails. I was so pleasantly surprised. I came for a long weekend just to check the box and knock another National Park off my list. I will be back many times. It is simply a gorgeous area. Let me address the comment somebody made about the house being isolated and the driveway being difficult to maneuver. The driveway is maybe 1/8 mile long. It is beautifully maintained like everything else on the property. It’s a gravel driveway like many in rural areas, but there are no sharp rocks as another guest claimed. I would have driven my Ferrari down that driveway. The same guest made a comment about the distance to things. The drive to the property is beautiful, through farmlands, and horse ranches with the beautiful Arkansas hills in the background. The house is only 20 to 30 minutes to amazingly beautiful things to do. My drive to work every day is much longer than that. Whoever wrote that one bad review must not have actually stayed at the property. I would highly recommend this beautiful place."

Woodsy cabin just a short bike ride to Cedar Glades and North Woods mountain bike trails. Also only 3 miles from downtown Hot Springs and bathhouse row. This cabin sits in a serene patch of woods at the base of West and Music mountains, where deer come right up close! Amenities provided include satellite TV, kitchen area for meal preparation, a fenced in area for pets and comfortable sleeping for couples in the one bedroom, a single bed at the other corner end, and an additional fold-out cot.

This cabin was built to accommodate mountain bikers, hikers and anyone visiting Hot Springs seeking fun and excitement . While it is cozy and a little limited on extra amenities such as washer/dryer, this rustic lodging space provides everything you'll need to spend several nights very comfortably, while located along the backside of the gorgeous mountains of Hot Springs National park. We understand we are still in days of uncertainty; yet, we believe "this too shall pass" and it is passing. While we believe we should come together and unitedly follow the procedures we have been advised to take to make this virus disappear, we also believe we can seek refuge in small ways that might give us a time of respite and the opportunity to breathe a little easier. We want to simply reassure our future guests who will still be able to make the trip, sort of give an update on the situation in our town. Things have opened up and are pretty close to the usually bustling crowds but there are still some businesses with limited services and mask requirements. We can say we are pretty much open for those who have chosen to venture into our quaint, small town; most likely due to the ample area in the natural setting surrounding our national forest. Our cabin is located approximately three miles from the Historic Downtown District and it borders the protected national park forest so it is in a peaceful, secluded yet open space. The nearest neighbor is close to a “football field” away so there is no concern or worries of crowding neighbors. Also, while not all our indoor activities are available, the nice thing about our place is that we have many options for outdoor adventures. From hiking through beautiful scenic trails to taking a drive up to West Mountain or Blakely Dam and capturing the picturesque panoramas, to exploring the historical, world renowned Three Sisters natural springs or Garvan Woodland Gardens. The perfect “true getaway!” We just want to give you a little bit of reassurance that this would be a safe place to getaway to but we also want each person to make a decision of what is BEST for your family.

Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away.

The Abbe House Inn is a quiet beautiful location on the outskirts of Heber Springs, AR. We are just minutes from the lake and the river, both great for fishing or boating. Heber Springs boasts several shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The veranda across the front of the house is a relaxing place to sit in a rocking chair and visit. The covered patio in back is a favorite spot to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning or to the watch the sunset and deer in the evening.

The space
The Blue Room has nearly 350 sq ft of space. The room is on the ground floor and has a private entrance/exit to both the front and back of the house. The front entrance has a private sitting area to enjoy the morning sun or the cool evenings. The main room has one queen size bed, dresser, 2 sitting chairs and a 32-inch flat screen TV. The bath contains a large soaking tub but no shower, a sink and mirror and a separate area for the toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The living room has comfortable chairs and a couch, a fireplace and a flat screen TV. The dining room has seating for 14 – 20. The media room features a large screen and projector. The front veranda covers approximately 520 sf and has several rocking chairs. The back patio has nearly 1600 sf of covered space and 3200 sf of uncovered space with tables and chairs that are great for relaxing or visiting. The back patio has a large propane grill and a smaller charcoal grill that guests are welcome to use.

During your stay
Whether you arrive early or come in late, we will be here to greet you and show you to your room. Coffee will be ready for you when you get up in the morning (or anytime during the day) as well as a full breakfast. We will likely ask about your day, not because we are nosy but because we hope to get to know you better.

Welcome to the Hillcrest Hideaway, our sweet backyard carriage house located in the Historic Hillcrest area of Little Rock. This charming and safe home is within a 15 minute walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, as well as UAMS hospital and War Memorial Stadium. Downtown is a 5 minute drive, or if traveling without a car, a $6 Uber ride.

The space
The Hillcrest Hideway was once the carriage house and maid's quarters for the main house in the Historic Hillcrest Neighborhood of Little Rock. In the Spring of 2018, we completed the renovation to turn the old building into a traveler's retreat. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the sofa in the living room folds down to make a full size bed. There are guest robes for your use, located in the large bedroom closet. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction cook top (no stove), as well as tea kettle, coffee pot, all cookware and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a lighted mirror. Quality linens are used on the bed for a wonderful night's sleep.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the cottage using a keypad lock programmed with their unique code, a private deck and a fire pit area. The backyard is shared with the homeowner, but is rarely used and very private. There are two bikes for your use, if available.

Parking is on the street only. The driveway is used by the homeowners. There are absolutely NO animals allowed inside the Airbnb due to severe allergies of recurring guest who stay with us. Thank you for understanding.

Lill Brown Cabin is fully equipped for 2-4 campers. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate ATV or boat trailers in our drive.

The space
Lill Brown cabin is a charming cabin on the edge of a small ravine. We added a small patio with a chiminea to the this view point. Its the perfect spot for your coffee or tea in the morning. Also the loft in this cabin is a bonus nap nook.

Guest access
There is a shared fire ring outside, and a shared outside game area that has a cornhole game and a dartboard. You may also walk or hike our property which is comprised of an open field and lots of woods on our 13 acres. Please keep your dogs on leash.

Other things to note
Mena is about 7 miles away which is a great small town to serve all your needs.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate ATVs or any trailers.

The space
Toute Suite decor is loosely defined as French Country. Blue and white color scheme with fresh grass green floors. Small in most regards, kitchenette has the basic equipment for a short stay. Shower is hot with good water pressure.
Very quiet surroundings with front porch perfect for your vêpres du matin. (Morning vespers)

Guest access
Access to pretty much the 13 acres. We have a short trail, Lazy Lady Trail with a surprise at the end. Large open field perfect for Fido and his frisbee or ball. Outdoor games and a rock painting kit - all included in your stay.
BONUS: Fall brings weekend hayrides with s’mores at the campfire. Starts September 3rd. (Weather permitting)

Both buildings sit well off the road in a very private, peaceful setting amongst lots of mature trees. Pets are welcome and will love the ~3 acres of natural beauty. The space
This newly remodeled guest house is the perfect place to stay in the area. It is casual, simple and clean. The space is pet-friendly, kid-friendly and surrounded by nature. It is just a short drive in to town for dining, groceries, etc. and about a 25-30 minute drive to Little Rock for even more dining, shopping and entertainment options.

As pet owners ourselves, we understand the cost involved in traveling with pets. We offer a pet-friendly space at no extra charge. Feel free to bring your furry family members (just remember to clean up after them). Not a pet-person? No worries, we have the space thoroughly cleaned after each stay.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire guest house which sets apart from the main house. Guests will also have access to their own private fenced in space. This is great for pets who enjoy being off of a leash.

Other things to note
The exterior door on the west side of the building has access to a private fenced yard for guests to enjoy. When pets want to be off their leash, this is a great space for them. Cellular service inside the unit is spotty, but calls and data can be done via Wi-Fi.

There are several outdoor cameras around the main house and one near the front door of the guesthouse that view the entire perimeter of the property surrounding the buildings. No cameras inside or with interior views.

This riverfront cabin is an intimate little hideaway with authentic character. Our one room cabin has River access and Riverview, sleeping space for four people on a queen size bed and queen size futon. A full kitchen with quality cooking utensils, full size refrigerator, electric range with oven and fully stocked coffee bar. The covered dock is available for fishing and if you bring a boat you may use the dock to shelter it.

The cottage is well equipped with all the essentials & more. We have the basic spices, olive oil, coffee, and filters for your convenience.

Outside, you will find seating, a swing, and a lighted fire pit with wood provided for your enjoyment.

Nestled in the Ouachita National Forest, this cabin sits less than three miles from the north trailhead of Wolf Pen Gap. Once here you won't need a trailer. You can ride to Wolf Pen, Fourche Mountain Cassatot River and miles and miles of forest roads. Our completely renovated cabin has plenty of room for six adults. Enjoy a coffee on the porch, a drink by the fire, or explore the property.

This is a cozy little cabin on 23 acres with Mack's Creek at the rear of the property.

We do live on the property, but you are welcome to explore. The only off limits places are our outbuildings and our fenced back yard.

Polk county is no longer a dry county! There are several places where you can pick up your preferred beverage.

This cabin is remote. The WiFi isn't always reliable and the only phone service on the property is Verizon.
