The space
The Guesthouse Loft is located on the top floor of the guest house accessed by an outside flight of stairs with a private entrance. Guests have described an treehouse ambiance with elevated view of the gardens and grounds.
Guest access
Guests are invited to explore the surrounding woodland landscape with rustic flower gardens, vegetable garden, labyrinth, outdoor fireplace and many outdoor sitting areas.

Cozy, secluded space nestled in a quiet wooded setting. This space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay and is just a short distance to downtown Conway, Lake Beaverfork, and our local colleges and universities. The guesthouse is a converted workshop/pool house and is a separate structure from the main house. Guests have access to the pool/patio area which is a common space between the guesthouse and the main house. We do not use the pool/patio space when we have guests.
The space
Our ground level guesthouse apartment is 720 sqf of studio style space with two queen-size murphy beds, a full kitchen and living room space, washer/dryer, and a full bathroom with a spacious tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen includes an electric oven and four-burner stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and full size refrigerator. Guests have access to the pool/patio area, a common space which connects the guesthouse to the main house. We do not use the pool/patio space when we have guests.
NOTE: Please check with us before booking if you are pulling a trailer. We have a steep driveway and limited turnaround space which can be problematic for trailers.

Guests have access to the full guesthouse and the patio/pool area between the guesthouse and the main house.
Other things to note
Towels are provided as well as hand soap, body soap, and a hair dryer. Guests need to bring shampoo and any other personal items. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, microwave, pots and pans, and spices. There is a starter supply of coffee provided. We also provide a starter supply of laundry detergent.

Centrally-located guest home, just a short walk from UCA, CBC, and downtown. This is a two story, two bedroom, one bathroom guest home, complete with a living room, kitchen, dining table, and a washer and dryer. There are 2 parking spots available and a fire pit area designated for the guest house with complimentary fire wood. Coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and teas are also complimentary.
The space
This is a 2 story, 2 bedroom guesthouse on our property, attached to the garage. Please note:l that the garage is not included, nor is it available for use. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The downstairs is the kitchen.

We do have EV charging for Tesla available per request. Converters must be brought for other EV vehicles.
