Relax on the patio with coffee or drinks, feed the geese, go fishing or just enjoy the beauty of the lake! A lighted walkway leads down and around to the apartment entrance and the walkway is on a hill. If you have mobility issues please take this into consideration. Your safety and comfort is of utmost importance to me! A beautiful neighborhood park is right across the street. Featuring a custom totem pole that was hand carved on site by an amazing artist. A quaint wishing well and gorgeous landscaping. make it a lovely place to sit, watch the ducks and geese and just enjoy the beautiful view.

The space
This cozy space holds a comfy twin size daybed with a quality hybrid matress, and an adjoining full bathroom. Hair dryer and clothes steamer are provided for your convenience. Microwave, mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker plus a selection of pods, some snacks, bottled water, and dishes/flatware are provided for your use. TV with Roku. Dedicated heat and air, so you are in complete control of your environment.
Guest access
As you are facing the house, the sidewalk to the left of the garage leads to the private entrance. There are motion detector lights at the driveway and next to the door. You will be provided a code before your arrival for the electronic key pad on your door. It locks automatically after 3 minutes.
Other things to note
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in the U.S. There are 2 gates with personnel for guests to gain access: one on the east side off of Highway 5 (closest if coming from Little Rock), open 7am to 10pm, and one on the west side off of Highway 7 (if coming from Hot Springs),open 24 hours. You must have a guest pass to enter. Automatic, unmanned gates are not available to visitors (property owners only).

The space
The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests.

This lovely chalet style lodging is situated in a beautiful country setting in a quiet, wooded neighborhood 9 miles from Hot Springs and 3 miles south of HSV, (but not in HSV)
Cozy, comfortable and welcoming for guests. A total open plan with loft sleeping arrangements that thrill many children. Unique premises, a must see, a fully equipped kitchen and extras.

Guests have use of the yard and porch where one can sip on fresh coffee/tea from supplies in the chalet and watch sunsets/rises. It is a quiet neighborhood for walking and a large grassed area for children to play . There are free range chickens in the yard and a friendly cat to round out the family. Boat parking is available on the property. Hot tub access is on the lower level between the main home and the Airbnb space. The hot tub is under the covered porch and about 5 steps outside the lower level space door. It’s very private and is used only by who is staying in the Airbnb space. During the warm season the swimming pool is available for an additional per day resort fee.

Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets allowed. Sorry, No unregistered guest are allowed on the property without prior approval with the Host. The space is a total separate space from the home. The structure is not attached to our home so it’s very private and has its own upper and lower level entrances. Again the space is total separate and private from the main home and who ever is staying will be the only people so there’s not any other guests on the property. If you’re planning on traveling to Hot Springs or Hot Springs Village for the upcoming holiday season to see family and friends we are located only 1.7 miles outside the west gate of the Village off Hwy 7 north.

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.
The space
We have one memory foam king bed and a sofa that pulls out into a full/queen. There is a memory foam mattress topper and extra pillows/linens available for the sofa bed to ensure a restful sleep. We supply firewood for evening campfires.
Guest access
We have a short walking trail around our property that you may explore! The street we live on is generally calm and quiet, great for taking walks, although there are neighborhood dogs you might encounter. We walk/bike around the neighborhood often and never have any issues.

Fully furnished, 2 bedroom/1 bath creek side Villa. Main bedroom has a queen-size bed and 2nd small bedroom a full-size. Villa is comfortable for sleeping 6 people with the 2 provided roll away single beds. The property is just minutes away from all of Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village's best attractions. Guests are sure to get a true Arkansas experience: Hiking, Lakes, Brookhill, Magic Springs, Hot Springs Village's beaches, trails, and golf or Crystal Mines, Bath House Row and Oak Lawn!
