We have four cabins! We do accept a pet with $25 pet fee. Decorated in the World War II era with airplanes hanging from the ceiling, It has a desk for work needs, ample storage with a small fridge, smart TV and Wi-Fi and a full sized bed. The Shower House & Laundry are in a separate building a few feet away. The Laundry Room has a microwave along with a washer & dryer. Even though we are on a lake we do not have water access. This room shares a porch with the Victorian Room. It is chocked full of authentic memorabilia from the WWII era, and most of the furniture is period correct. We enjoy adding articles to the history of all the rooms! Located on East Lake Tyler, we do not have lake access, but there is a public boat ramp a few miles down the road. Please no pets!

Relax with your family at our Guesthouse in the quaint town of Lindale, Tx. This guesthouse is quiet and nestled into a small peaceful neighborhood. You and your family can enjoy the hammock or walk the miles of trails the land has to offer.

The guesthouse is located in a separate basement apartment (separate from the main house) completed with its own outdoor entrance and patio. This gives our guests privacy and safety which is our top priority!

The space
This guest space is surrounded by trees and walking trails for the whole family to enjoy.

The living area is peaceful and comfortable. It provides a couch which folds into a king size bed. There is a dining table which can seat four. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. The bathroom has a walk in shower and will provide guests with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other toiletries. The kitchenette has an oven and stove combo, refrigerator, and microwave. Guests will be provided with all basic and necessary items for cooking meals such as salt, pepper, and oil.
The kitchen is equipped with a mini blender, coffee grinder, Keurig, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and milk frother.

Guests will have access to the bbq grill and an outdoor fire pit.

The living room tv has shows for the little ones. Toys are provided too!

Please Note:

The guesthouse is the bottom apartment of the main home. Guests will have a separate entrance around the back of the property. None of the spaces are shared with the main home. The bottom apartment is connected to the main house by a flight of stairs and a steel door which remains locked at all times. Since there are people upstairs, we ask that all guests please be respectful of this and observe the quiet hours.

Guests are allowed to park on the left side of the driveway. There is a pathway leading around the back of the property, down a hill to the guesthouse. The path will be lit.

This is 350 sq ft. efficiency style studio guesthouse attached to the garage. You will see there are no dividing walls separating your living area with your bedroom.

From the cabinets to the bathroom vanity, we custom-made this space with you in mind.

Outside, you will find a fire pit with seating for your enjoyment as well as a picnic table for your use under the big oak.

You will have the entire guest house to yourself as well as the outdoor seating areas. You will have plenty of privacy and space for you to enjoy during your stay.

Darcies country living is a comfortable private unit behind our main house that well lit and offers all of the amenities of home. We offer free wifi, netflix, and directv... (Netflix only in the bedroom) with a backup generator to ensure you will never be without. Our kitchen is stocked with water, coffee, creamer and snacks (crackers and chips) including some condiments.

We live in a quiet, safe, and sought after area of Tyler where location makes for easy travel to anywhere in Tyler and beyond! The GreenAcres neighborhood is known for its quiet, safe streets and proximity to anything and everything. We are close to shopping, several Walmarts, the Mall, restaurants, both major hospitals as well as both TJC, and UT Tyler. There are also several beautiful parks and playgrounds nearby, one within our neighborhood (Pollard park) with pickleball courts, a brand new playground, a dog park, and several beautiful open fields for play and sports. Our property is on a corner lot, which allows for plenty of street parking, but also features 2 private driveways for your own personal use. Access to the guesthouse is right off the driveways and allows you have entirely your own space and privacy. We are uniquely prepared for the many storms and outages due to East Texas weather and have a natural gas home generator attached to both the main house and the guesthouse, so you will never have to be without power while staying with us regardless of the weather!

The property is completely fenced in and has remote controlled gate access. You will have covered parking for one vehicle. As you come and go we ask that you ensure the gate closes behind you for the safety of the animals.

Inside, you'll find a beautifully decorated space with a comfortable Queen-sized bed, an equipped kitchenette, and a cozy sitting area. The apartment also features a private bathroom and laundry room.

Gather around the fire, grill up a delicious BBQ, and fish from the dock as you soak in the peaceful surroundings. Ideally located between Lindale and Mineola, it's the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience for a relaxing getaway. You’ll find two bedrooms along with a loft that has 4 additional twin beds.

The space
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds and the open loft provides four additional twin beds.

This is an immaculate 1 bed, 1 bath guest house with a full sized kitchen and open living room. It is located in south Tyler on 4+ acres - behind the main house. It is truly a beautiful country setting in the city!

The space
One of a kind location and accomodation in Tyler. The house is fully equipped with everything you need in your own home. One queen sized bed and a full sized sofa that makes out to a bed. Bathroom includes tub and shower. Wifi access, tv is internet ready for netflix/hulu & has basic cable. All linens, towels, etc provided and some basic pantry staples. Utility room off the bathroom has a full size washer & dryer.
This would be a great place for 2 adults with or without kids (we have a packnplay crib available if needed).

The cleaning fee ($40) is for the final cleaning after the stay. If you are staying monthly, we are happy to provide weekly cleaning (on Thursdays) if desired. This will be at the renters expense and is $40 per week.

Located in a rural area just outside of Mineola, an old town with shopping and antiquing.
The rental unit is located on a 50-acre ranch with cows, horses and chickens and with beautiful landscaping that adds to the natural beauty. All previous guests have enjoyed their stays and recommend a visit.

The space
This is a two bedroom cabin. One bedroom upstairs and one bedroom downstair. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed in it. One full bathroom.

The lake is a large fishing lake full of fish. Catch and release only.
*We are located close to the Sabine river, gators are known to migrate from one body of water to another. Swimming is not allowed in this lake as they could be present.*

You have access via keyless entry to the entire cabin. Check in is at 3pm. You will receive the code just before check in.

Our recently renovated 1929 house in the heart of Tyler’s historic Azalea District offers all the best amenities of today with all the loveliest charm of yesteryear. We hope you’ll find the stylish decor and the surrounding gardens to be a rare treasure.

There is a 2-night weekday minimum and a 3-night weekend minimum for suite stays. There is no smoking/vaping & no pets allowed anytime anywhere on property.

The entire house is also made available under a separate listing (see Azaleas Nest).

The space
This lovely upscale suite was created for retreat & relaxation. It features its own private luxury bath, private coffee/fridge/microwave bar, & private french doors to the garden patio. The generously-sized king bed provides a comfortable night’s rest. A nice sitting area flanks the garden windows in this very spacious room. And the large in-room fireplace provides a cozy addition to the space. (There’s also an oversized ottoman that converts to a twin bed with a memory foam mattress if needed for a third guest.)

Guests will also have shared access to the fully appointed kitchen, cozy living areas, & beautiful outdoor spaces.

During your stay
When we’re on property, we enjoy being available to visit & assist in ways that help each guest feel most comfortable. When off property, we’re available by phone.
