Your stay is also very conveniently located only 15 minutes away from DFW airport, downtown Dallas and AT&T (Cowboy's) Stadium.
We have outside cameras facing the driveway and back patio.

Our house is centrally located right off Loop 12 which means you are only a quick drive away to most places in DFW. We are located in Irving, but are also close to Dallas, Arlington, Grand Parrie, Richardson, Coppell.

You will have the ENTIRE PLACE for yourself!. Modern Studio Apt newly refurbished in a very friendly and quiet city, 15 min. to DFW airport. It provides perfect housing for the corporate traveler, a professional in the midst of a relocation, or visiting family. It has a nice roomy kitchen w/new appliances. A full modern bathroom. The space
Your privacy is our priority. This Studio apartment is independent from main house, it has is own entrance/exit door. Also self check-in is available with a keyless padlock. One parking spot by front of house.
This Guest suite has a bedroom area with a black leather head queen size bed, a work desk with lamp, and in closet: an extra bedding set and pillow for futon, iron and iron table.
Roku tv and free access to a fast WIFI connection.
A nice modern bathroom with walking shower, toiletries and courtesy towels.
French double doors to separate bedroom area from dinning, here you will find a nice roomy kitchenette with all necessary appliances, all new: Portable electric cooktop (ceramic glass double hot plate), microwave, toaster, coffee maker machine and good size refrigerator.
Available in wooden cabinets: courtesy ground coffee, sugar and basic condiments, mugs, cups, plates and silverware also available.
In Kitchen area: direct access door (lock/unlock from inside suite) to Free Laundry room. This is a shared area, laundry room offers 2 large Washer and Dryer combo sets.
Independent A/C Window unit with remote control to adjust temperatures as you need.
Place is not suitable for cats, dogs or any other kind of pet/animals.

Guest Suite/Studio Apartment is totally independent to the main house and is located on the right side of the house. Private entrance door. Door has a keyless padlock for easy and secure access.
Irving is a nice suburb located in the North West Dallas area.
The house is located on a very calm and quiet family friendly neighborhood, this is a secure city.
You can get pretty much anywhere from here. House is just 15 minutes to DFW airport, also is surrounded by 4 mayor freeway/hwy:
Less than 7 minutes to 161 President George Bush Turnpike
About 10 minutes to Texas 183 TEXpress
About 10 minutes to Interstate 30 HOV
Less than 7 minutes to S. Loop 12 Hwy
Also all in walking distance: CVS pharmacy, Auto zone, Family Dollar, Pizza Hut, Braum's, Subway. You are welcome to use address to order food or groceries, just be present to receive delivery.
And if you planning going shopping or to a nice dinner, Irving Mall and Family Full service Restaurants are just about 10 minutes driving distance.
If you enjoy the outdoors, there is a Big park with a trail and nice picnic area.
and a splash park for fun times.

Towels, shampoo and soap is there as a welcome courtesy but is not replenished after.

LONG STAYS (8+ weeks): additional monthly cleaning services will be scheduled, limited to standard cleaning & maintenance, no dishes, no laundry, guest payment responsability for services will be adjusted to total price.
